What an outstanding restaurant. We had our anniversary dinner there last Friday night and could not have been more pleased. Started with the crab bisque and it was excellent, almost needed a fork to eat it since it had so much crab. The steak was cooked perfect. Along with the cheese and sausage grits you could not ask for any better. My wife had the special that day of shrimp, scallopes, smoked tomatoes with bacon. For a little town they have a top rate restaurant in Cherry's, we will be back many more times. Oh and the desserts are to die for.

I feel like the mood of this restaurant does not match how top of the line the food they are serving is!! Dim the lights and invest in better seating :)

Cherry 's clam chowder was so smooth and the clans were fresh. They offered great tasting good-sized shrimp. The coleslaw was one of the better ones in the tei-county area. And to finish it off, the caramel cheesecake is to die for. I would have liked it to be colder, but it was yummmm. Negatives: unless it was just an off night for the grits, don't order those. The peach beans were interesting, but ehhhh, not for my palate. Lastly, the service was adequate and friendly enough. The manager/owner came by and checked on us. .

Seriously delicious food. We came on a Saturday night, and found it casual, welcoming and well set up. We started with the Crab Bisque, which though not quite as thick as a few other restaurants, made up for that in flavor and crab! It was not too rich as to not allow room for dinner. We both had the Filet and you receive a salad and two sides with this for under $17. The Owner came by and talked to us regarding my ordering the steak medium, asking if he could filet it to keep it from overcooking on the outside. This type of attentiveness is what I expect at high end steak houses - perfect service. The wait staff was all very friendly, and we would recommend Cherry's to anyone. We will definitely be back.

Went to Cherry's on Sunday. They were open 11 to 3. They only offered a lunch menu. The service was exceptional. We had fried oysters that were good however there was too much breading. Had the crab bisque soup that was very good. Also tried the crab cake it was also very good. The restaurant just opened this week and I look forward to trying their other menu items.

We had the fish and chips. The wife enjoyed hers and I will get a burger next time. I guess I am used to haddock or cod from the North Atlantic.

I agree with the previous reviews. Excellent food with great service for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place as a must try when in the area.

This place is a little gem! The food and hospitality is superb! My husband and I couldn't decide been the crab bisque and the clam chowder to start so, we order both. Once the two soups arrived it was even hard to decide which one we liked better. Both were absolutely amazing! Everything on the menu is made from complete scratch! You can totally tell how much goes into their food at Cherry's! Our server was so kind. She talked to us for a few minutes and asked us about where we were from. The owner also came over, introduced himself and told us all about the fish decor on the walls and anything we wanted to know! Once our main dishes arrived we were in heaven! My husband ordered the scallops which he loved! I got the fish and chip special. I have never seen a bigger piece of cod! So much bang for your buck too! We had four people at our table and we ordered appetizers, 4 main dishes, and a dessert. It was only $58!!!! Such a steal for the quality of food! This place is absolutely amazing. When my husband and I are back in Florida we are going to Cherry's!
