Great Ice Cream Shop! This small little mom & pop ice cream shop packs huge flavorful scoops. I was in town for three days and I made four trips. This is a small shop with very little seating but it is well worth the visit. I had mixed reviews about the service but the ice cream is defiantly superior. During my many visits I had; pumpkin, butter pecan, cookie dough, pralines & cream. All were absolutely scrumptious. The scoops were large and the price reasonable for homemade ice cream. They have a ton of flavor options. This is a nice change from chain ice cream shops. If you're in the area and craving something sweet you have to stop.

These guys have good old fashion ice cream. If that is your thing this is your place.

Two things. The service was rushed and after a nice relaxing day at the beach when all you wanna do is take the kids for some ice cream the last thing you want is to be rushed for something that you have been anticipating and knowing will should be good. Plus, like I said, we had kids. Kids cannot be rushed when choosing something so important as their ice cream flavor. It's make or break. It bummed me out that the counter person was so impatient because it caused a little anxiety on my part to get the kids ordered. There weren't even any patrons behind us, but I still felt pressured to get it done. So, after that the kids didn't even really like their ice cream. I did not get any b/c the samples I had were not to my liking.

Extremely delicious homemade ice cream with huge portion sizes. Only recommendation is they need more staff to carter to their customers during peak hours.

Great ice cream, historically delicious! Sadly the service is a huge turn off. The negativity at the counter deters your desire for returning for more. Hoping the owners read all the reviews before they lose the local clientele.

Decent little ice cream shop. Not many fro yo flavors, but lots of ice cream options. The butter pecan fro yo was just okay.

Very average ice cream. Can't say any more than that about it. Service is good. Seating is limited.

I have to agree with the other reviewer about rude, pushy service. The woman with long brown hair who served us tonight was really bad. She was in such a rude rush that she just gave my kids flavored that they did not ask for, only mentioned to each other. Very poor. And the place is feeling run down. And the ice cream really seemed just differently flavored vanilla soft serve. Prices are up, quality and service are way down. Are there new owners?? Something is going wrong here. Too bad, it was a cool place. Not anymore.

The one star is for very rude obnoxious service. We have small kids excited about getting ice cream and the server couldn't have been more unfriendly and pushy. Waited a whole year to try this place again due same issue last year. Will not return ever again. Sad because the product is very good.

Great ice cream in a little neighborhood strip mall. Nothing fancy, and that is why it lost a star, but the ice cream is delicious. There are many flavors, (chocolate Reese's peanut butter is my favorite) of ice cream, including a low-sugar variety. There are some small tables inside and some benches and tables outdoors. Hope that helps!

Had a craving for ice cream and found this place. It was delicious! I have been craving it ever since. I live in West Palm and went back twice just to get more since having it my first time less than a month ago. I love that it's homemade too!

The pumpkin is so good! They really nailed the true pumpkin essence with the right amount of spice. The birthday cake ice cream is probably some of the best I ever had. Ever. The service is fantastic as well.

First off, I should NOT be eating ice cream! However, lets just say that I wondered from the straight and narrow and drove 20 minutes for a scoop of creamy deliciousness.... I'll make it short and sweet, if you happen to be in Jupiter check out this little ice cream joint for a treat.

Still missing my favorite dining partner. Homemade ice cream. It was out of this world.

Great ice cream, lots of choices. Came down for a week long vacation and ate here 4 times (at least).

A very pleasant cycling ride to get here. The butter pecan frozen yogurt has good flavor but is a tad unevenly frozen. As other reviews have noted, the service quality is poor. When I asked older middle aged gentleman which flavor of yogurt he would recommend, he replied, "I don't eat yogurt."

Really interesting ice cream shop but not a great way to end a Sunday date night. As first timers, it was busy and although we wanted to sample more flavors, we chose quickly; that fact and due to the girl who was helping us with the most unhappy face, and unpleasant demeanour. Tired and wanting to be off an hour and a half before closing perhaps? Maybe you guys should close a couple hours earlier so new customers feel welcome and might actually wish to return.

My boyfriend and I visited here last week while on vacation. The flavors were very unique and delicious. I had the coconut and I have been craving it ever since! It was pricey, but it seems to be in line with other ice cream places around there, but the quality was much better. Would love to go back.

Deliciously tasting homemade ice cream and cones. Great ambience very fun and friendly. They also offer frozen yogurt and many other menu items but we were just there for some ice cream. Definitely recommend going here.

Amazing Coffee Ice Cream. Called Kaluah or something. AMAZING. I just get it in a coffee shake cause it's easy to eat that way and it's delicious :D

Children and adults love Palm Beach Ice Cream!! It is definitely the locals favorite place for dessert - homemade ice cream.

"What will your 100th review be, Nicole?" I think to myself that it has to be something delicious and under the radar. This review should keep my foodie street cred, yo, and let readers know of a place they typically may never find unless they decided to read my 100th review. So I bow down, Wayne's World style, and pronounce I am not worthy to give you: Palm Beach Ice Cream. "WHAT?! A review from Florida?" You are disappointed. Yes, from Florida; it's true. Palm Beach to be precise. I hail from the flat land of tanned surfers, Lily Pulitzer trophy wives, and geriatric water aerobics aficionados. And in Palm Beach, there is one thing that all these residents agree upon and brings them together under the sun: the knowledge that Palm Beach Ice Cream is the best in the land. Potentially, the world. Reasons why: 1. Quality: Homemade fresh every day. They are in the back churning this stuff. If you look closely like the peeping tom of restaurants you are (I am), you can see them. 2. Service: The owners are fishermen hippies and I mean that in the most complimentary sense. They are down to earth with their friendly attitudes, generous free samples, and Classic Rock in the background. They are just happy to make their ice cream. Imagine having Ben & Jerry easily accessible before they got famous...and you have these guys. 3. Variety: The flavors oh the flavors of the hard ice cream. We have my personal favorite: the Oreo. Creamy with giant chunks of the real stuff. There has never been a better Cookies-n-Cream in the land. I am tempted to beg him for the recipe so I can share it with the world. Other flavors run the usual gamut and all taste homemade and glorious. You can find any flavor you want here. Homemade milkshakes too. Even fat-free, sorbet, soft-serve for the dieters. 4. Ambiance: The shoppe itself is old fashioned and clean with free filtered water since they know your mouths may get dry. There are a few tables inside - no more than 12 people at a time and benches with wind chimes outside. There's such a range of patrons: families, couples, and the like all peacefully eating their ice cream. People respect this place and it shows. 5. Location Location Location: So close to the beach off AIA. What do you do when you've completed your morning run, achieved your daily tan, and now the sun is blazing and you need to cool off - grab a vanilla shake and go back to the beach! They close at 10pm but never really - people are still beating down their doors for ice cream at 10:01 and they always happily oblige. Stick with me, kids, if you are in the Palm Beach area, you need to get a waffle cone of homemade bliss before your next snorkel trip.

The best ice cream I've ever had. My boyfriend and I took an afternoon walk from our hotel to the lighthouse, then headed to the ice cream parlor. It was amazing!
