This is a charming little place right along a canal. You will see people going by in kayaks and standing on paddleboards as you enjoy your smoothie's, sandwiches or salads. Everything thing here is fresh and local ingredients are used when available. Mostly a vegetarian menu except for the Humanly raised chicken. I had the portobello sandwich on a delicious multi-grain croissant and my cousin had the veggie burger. Both of which were exceptional. We also enjoyed some tasty smoothie's which took us a while to decide which one to have....so many choices. Great place for very healthy and tasty eats... Will definitely go here when back in Islamorada..

It's a tiny little place, but every thing is made there. Great muffins, wonderful whole grain croissants, you can get breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads,fresh juices smoothies etc. For a little place to hit before you go out for a bike ride or on to the water it can't be beat

This is a great spot. The locally roasted coffee is delicious and the staff is friendly. This place obviously cares about providing fresh and healthy menu options for the locals of Tavernier Key. We will definitely be back tomorrow.

The only place I have found locally that carries gluten free bread! Their egg sandwich with brie and jam is to die for. Celiac friendly.

Cute, delicious, healthy, and service with a smile. After spending a few days in the Keys, we were tired of the typical keys seafood places and we lucked upon this adorable place on mile marker 90. The menu was full of healthy items--juice and smoothies, salads, sandwiches--mostly vegetarian with a few grilled chicken items. Everything on the menu sounded so fresh and healthy, it was hard to choose. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and the owner Lindsey was sweet and friendly. I will definitely become a regular there!
