I liked coming here because it was an easy food option, but now I refuse to eat there ever since a roach ran across the booth seat while I was trying to enjoy a burger. There is something about a roach near my food that makes me uncomfortable, odd huh? I drive by here occasionally thinking how convenient it would be to go through the drive thru, but I can't get the thought of my previous booth visitor having friends and potentially hanging around in the kitchen. Perhaps they spray often and this was a one time incident, but Wendy and I broke up and I'm not taking her back (at least at this location).

This store is the absolute worst. Consistently every visit there is something wrong. I feel the bread is sometimes stale. The lack of customer service is something to be desired. I do enjoy a good Wendy's sandwich. But not at this location I would recommend visiting another store.

Food orders are most often wrong. Food is okay when the order is correct. At least one manager is fluent in english while at least one other is not very familiar with the english language. Not recommended.

This was the first time I've been here in a long time. We decided to try the new bacon cheeseburger on the pretzel bun and their new chicken gouda sandwich on brioche. We also ordered a few other of the regular items. It took a while to place the order, as the woman taking the order seemed to be on her own planet. We waited a while for our order to come out, counted the packages to make sure we had the right number, then we headed for home, which was about 5 min. away. I was eager to try my burger as I love pretzel rolls and bacon burgers. Imagine my disappointment when I unwrapped the burger and found a regular cheeseburger on a plain roll. Next we opened the chicken sandwich. It was actually better than I expected. The sauce was a bit on the sweet side, but the caramelized onions were good and the chicken was cooked well. However, the cheese was so thin that I couldn't taste it. The fries were cold and pretty soggy. Much more so than they should have been in such a short time. It wasn't a terrible meal, but it wasn't what we ordered and the quality wasn't what it could have been. Maybe a different location might do better.

I know, I know... Wendy's. You have to be kidding, right!?! I discovered their chile while I was teaching and spending so much time traveling through airports. It was quick, very flavorful and very much like the chile we made at home (the red chile, not our green chile... totally different). I haven't really tried anything else at Wendy's but the chile is a hit with me. Give it a try. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I was! (And it is pretty consistent wherever you go... I've had it in airports all over the country.)

MADE A FALSE TRANSACTION ON MY DEBIT CARD. This Wendy's is literally right in front of my house. I frequent it, the service is typically "Meh." The staff at the drive through will quite often not say a single word to me. They'll grab my card, swipe it, hand me my food. If i ask for some ketchup, They'll hand me one or two packets, without saying a word. Even when I say "Thank you" I'm quite often left with silence instead of a "You're welcome" or "Have a good day/night" I'm not going to mention the food, because its Wendy's, you know what you're getting. Despite the non-personable employees, I've rarely experienced a mix-up with my order. That, and the proximity to my house, are the two reasons why I tolerate this location. However, what I do not tolerate is having money taken from my account. I was at this location Saturday night, and I noticed today that my card was charged twice. Once for the amount of the food I ordered, and then a follow up charge of $15.00 even. I don't know what you can purchase at Wendy's for exactly $15.00, but I assure you I didn't purchase it. I'm generally someone who tries not to think the worst. So, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt, and say that this was a mistake, and not a deliberate charge. I called the store to speak with the manager, who was not terribly helpful. Apologized, and told me I needed to call my bank. As a sidenote, my bank Chase, who had nothing to do with this mistake, issued me a credit in seconds flat. Meanwhile, Wendy's, the perpetrator of this "mistake" is getting away scot-free.
