Have nothing bad to say about them! I've been going there for YEARS. Everything is incredibly tasty. That's all that matters to me! I recently moved and I purposely go the extra drive just to pick-up from them. You want great Chinese food... It's here.

Awesome home cooked Chinese food. We ordered stir-fried broccoli and tofu in Szechuan sauce, beef and broccoli, and stir-fried vegetables and chicken in garlic sauce. Not the standard garlic sauce ... It had a different name ... Sorry I forgot what it was. I will exit the review next time I go back to tell you. I asked for extra spicy with less sugar, and boy did I get it. Delicious and finger licking good. Really fresh veggies that snapped when bitten into. Awesome meat both chicken and beef. Soft and tasteful. I was an HOUR LATE picking the food up and it was still some of the best chinese I've ever had. It tasted homemade. How do I know? My better half in Chinese :). I'm not sure why these guys have such bad reviews. TALK to the chef guys. He is there and this is HIS LIFE. He will try to make what you want, the way you want it. I've met him, his (I assume wife) and their (I assume) son. All of them are Chinese. I bring this up because Somebody in one of the reviews said there were no Chinese people working there? Not sure what that's all about. The chef is the guy with the long hair (and still very chinese) :-) Last time I was there the sauce was too sweet for me. Food was good; but, I wanted to cut down on sugar. This time I asked for a less sweet sauce (hence the Szechuan sauce) and boy am I happy! It was $29 and it's enough to feed 2 people for 3 to 3.5 meals. That's 7 servings, so it's cost effective too. Check these guys out. Tell them what you want ... And prepared to be very satisfied :)

After eating there one time, I have not been tempted to go back even once. Considering this place is 1 minute from my house and I drive past a lot, that's a big statement. I ordered vegetable chow mein, wonton soup, and general's chicken. My soup tasted VERY stale, and had no flavor. The inside of the wonton dumplings looked like canned dog food and may have tasted worse. The chow mein was just crunchy chow mein noodles (like the kind you'd see in a salad) in a wax paper bag with a container of greasy, scorched veggies. The chicken I ordered had a very funny flavor and had a very unusual texture. I rarely have had Chinese food I truly disliked but I will definitely not be back!

We were in the mood for Chinese delivery and came across Mr. Chang's figured we'd give it a shot. Based on the menu, I liked the selection and items they offered, reminded me of the menu's back home in NY. We ordered a mixed soup, an egg drop soup, an order of pan fried dumplings, sliced roast pork, Bourbon Chicken and house fried rice. The Bourbon chicken was by far the best item we ordered, I was very happy with it! The sliced roast pork was good but a bit too chewy for my liking. Both soups were on point and very enjoyable. The pan fried dumplings were good but I've had better fillings in them. The rise was good but not great, all in all though, I was pleased with the experience. Fast delivery, tasty food, nothing missing, not too pricey... I'll be back.

They tried but really unsuccessful. I never had clumpy dry crispy fried rice before frkm chinese restaurant. It's been said that some restaurants get buy old rice from others clearly this was the case at Mr. Changs. Seriously if you are wanting good fried rice detour stop di not pass go. The egg roll even difficult to eat. There was honey garlic chicken what chinese restaurant can't fry this well... it wasn't the grwatest. The only reason I gave 2 stars is my friend says she was hungry and it was palatable. Sorry I can't eat here again just lost money. I was seriously thinking of returning my food for more money but I know people have to make a living but just learn how to cook.

I will never eat at Mr. Chang's again. I should have left when I didn't see a single Chinese person working there. I ordered the General Taos lunch special but got an egg roll instead of the vegetable roll. I also order the hot and sour soup. First I ate the egg roll which had never been rolled at all. There were no seems whatsoever which means they probably dipped it in batter and fried it. The hot and sour soup was very gelatinous and not good. The lunch special came with two fried wontons that had little to no stuffing. They weren't crisp but more soggy. The rice was way over cooked and tasted a little like chlorine. Then there was the chicken. It was three pieces of chicken that had no sauce on them. It was chewy and stringy and you couldn't bite through it. The sauce was all on the bottom of the take out container. All in all, I had a couple bites and through it away. Worst $10 I've ever spent.

Normally I'd prefer not to eat Chinese food back to back but it was out of my control as my parents decided to take the easy route and order food, similar to what I did the previous night. But alas, Mr. Chang's definitely tastes better than last night and from what I hear they always seem to come pretty quickly. "Not bad" mumbled my asian little mommy who has seemingly high standards for her cuisine. FYI, there is a $10 minimum delivery order.

I understand the Restaurant Business and I really know how to be Fair and Judge a Restaurant accurately and with passion sometime and with anger at other times. I feel we are Clients and we are spending hard earned money and we are deserving of a "a good deal and a good deal more"! I get extremely angry when the help or Employees don't care, either. Well when you visit Mr. Changs this is the scenario. Absenntee Owners and Chinese Staff that have not 1 bit of Great fullness in them. Leave a Tip or don't leave a Tip upon your Takeout! Their Attitude is still the same; UnFricken Greatfull. I am a $50 minimum takeout Dude. I don't call up for a Qt. of Fried Rice, Egg Roll and Sweet n' Sour Chicken. (Yeeachh). I can totally understand that you have to watch the Condiments but try to get a Napkin and lookout their 3rd. Eye will stare you down until Guilt mode! Now to the Food, I figured it out; How you can eat there 3 X's and really like the Taste of their Takeout Food. The reason is that We are so tired of most CHINESE Takeout that their Trend is somewhat Authentic I have tried every Authentic Food and not so Auntentic Dishes on their menu. Chicken Is Stingy, and Steak is nothing even close to quality Beef. Watch it! Their Deep Fried Appetizer are the same Frozen purchased food that most Chinese Restaurants buy from. The Shrimp is very small (bait] sized except when you order a Dish called Chow Fan Si. The Shrimp are on the Top. They are the Lure or Trap. Don't waste your time on the Almost Dim Sum Dishes they are Truly a Purchased Comercial Dish. Now the Sauces are about 4 different Tastes. The Food is spiced a cording to requests. They have a $45 Takeout Bonanza and belive me you will think you are at the Vegetarian Extavaganza. The Dishes have very little of the Steak, Chicken or Shrimp that you think you are going to take Home and Destroy. Well Folks I gave her 2 ** and I think overall I am ON THE MONEY. I am very Disappointed and you will be also if you think you are or wanting to be Regular.

Mr.Changs is near my community and I have eaten there I would say at least 3x. I won't suggest as a dinner option anymore. The fried rice does not taste like real fried rice and it does not have all ingredients either. The list goes on... I prefer to drive a bit to other local places like China Express in Weston. Cheaper and much more meat and sea food and the quality of the food there is amazing !

we decided to try this place since it was really close to home. So it's a take-out chinese place, it's clean, and the owner is friendly. we were craving Beef Chow Fun, and looking at the menu, it was a good price, and a large Egg Drop soup was 2.90, while 10 fried chicken wings was 4 dollars... in total we paid 16, for so much food that we still had leftovers today. the beef chow fun was greasy, but not as much as I've seen at other places. and it was a bit sweet. which threw me off the 1st time i ate it, but when I had it for a 2nd meal, it was good with the bit of sweet to it. the egg drop soup was good. no meat tho, just egg white strands inside like faux noodles. a bit salty. but the balance between the two dishes was pretty good. and the chicken wings. they were like mini chicken wings, when i normally eat about 3 regular wings, i could eat about 5 of these fried up, non-greasy, tasty bits of chicken, that had a hint of curry to them, but in a good way. :) we'll definitely be ordering from this place again and try out some other dishes. and since its nearby, they deliver! Bonus! :)

I have been there 2 times and ordered the dumplings. They are the best around and make sure you get the chinese doughnuts. The Pai Thai is also very good.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
