Well, to start off, the kids love this place. The staff is very friendly & helpful. There's usually a person on the floor to help with game issues (no tickets, games not working etc). The pizza & salad bar are good. The cheese bread is awesome but so greasy... But good!!! The place is separated into 2 parts, one side for older kids & the other for smaller kids. Tables & game area are usually clean. If you know or see that a camp or school is here, try to come back another time.... The noise level & chaos is a bit much to handle. My only two major issues with this place, number one, the smell.... Sadly it has a very funky smell. Kinda like feet in some areas, & urine in others. The other issue is the bathrooms. They are pretty messy could use some attention. Other than that, it's a good place to kill an hour or so with the kids.
