You have to know what you are getting. It's a sports bar so yes its big and loud and fun, especially on big sports weekends. I'm not going the for a white table cloth linen napkin night. I'm going for bar food and they have some of the best around. There are special promotions on different nights of the week. We call Monday rib night because you can get almost (very few exceptions) for $12.99, that means a full rack of ribs at a great price.

We are original Duffy's customers from Lake Park. The food once we got it was great. However, the last 3 times we have been at the Duffy's South Stuart the food has taken forever to receive. We complained tonight and were told that the drinks were on them. However, they weren't. It was two for one so the second free one was on them???? Our second drink finally appeared as dessert??? We did not drink it. For a dinner of hamburgers, it should not take an hour an a half. The excuse tonight was that they were busy ; however, it was not full when we arrived. The past times we were there had half of the restaurant not full so we are not buying that excuse.

I've been coming to Duffy's for more than 10 years and is one of my favorite local restaurants... My only complaint is that it seams like the costs keeps creeping every few months or so. Whenever a new menu comes out that seams to be the best time to creep the cost. Other than that, the food is pretty good. The service is normally really good although I've had a bad server before, but those types don't usually last. Duffy's is pretty good at keeping the good servers and letting those that don't fit the bill go elsewhere. I highly recommend Duffy's especially if you've never been.

Ranking on the food it would be a one. Lots of TVs and bar room. Little tight to get around though as not much room was left for maneuvering the bar area. We ordered some appetizers and were unimpressed. Maybe it was a busy night, but they were just greasy with no flavor. Bar had a large selection of beer and any game you wanted to see.

I always go here! Never disappointed! This is the best Duffy's! I always order the French Onion Soup , without cheese! Then the toasted margarita flatbread! I was looking for a change! So I ordered their traditional original wings! And OMG! Duffy's has the greatest wings in the world! Delicious!!! :D I am in love with their wings! They also added a vegetable soup which is very good! Simply brilliant! The quesadillas are phenomenal, as well! Great service, sports in front of you, yummy food, good prices....what more can you ask?

South stuart Duffys needs help Uninvited the manager sits with you after we are served the most disgusting chips and a watery new concoction called trio dip We were told they would make a new one but after waiting 25 minutes we were told they were out of the product. Really. This place used to be ok but has just gone downhill. Couple visits ago we went in for dinner and found the manager and waiters sitting and constantly hovering around a table of 3 which were some girls who came in for dinner There seems to be absolutely no professionalism in this place The CEO gets on tv asking locals to come in He must first look or send secret shoppers and clean up this place Very disappointed

Stopped in for a standard snack: beer and wings. Their wings are great - good sauces and a nice batter (if you like the breaded kind). My faves are the honey garlic and the atomic. Service could be better - we chose a booth in the bar area but the bartender never came to ask us what we wanted nor did any other server come up to us. Don't you usually get table service in the bar area of a restaurant if there are tables there? We ended up just grabbing a seat at the bar and all was well. Beers, house wine and cocktails are all two-for-one, which I can certainly get into! This seems like a typical local chain - a lot of premade/reheated/cooked from frozen stuff but it's a sports bar so what can you expect. All I know is, i like the wings and the cheap booze.

Duffy's is always good and consistent. Having the Philly Cheese Steak and my brothers having the Tuna Burger. Should've got wings too!

Tried the new menu item-chicken pasta laya. It has a really tasty cream tomato sauce with a nice "kick" from the andouille sausage. The dish has a few red peppers, lots of chicken and the rotelli pasta are really big. Nice change of pace with lots of left overs. The mussels appetizer was a hit with my husband who ate every one of them and sopped up the juice with the bread. Nice job Duffys! Now if we could just get the lobster tacos back!

How they stay in business I will never know!! I met a friend for a late lunch, the entire experience was unsatisfactory. The server greeted us, no introduction, just said hi, what do you want to drink. Our drinks were ok but took a few minutes to arrive at the table. We placed an appetizer order of chicken wings, they were all right, nothing that set them flying the coop. My friend ordered the Taco Salad, I ordered a Turkey BLT. While waiting, sitting to close to the kitchen, I could hear a screaming Spanish woman. This continued for the rest of our time there. Someone needs to turn her volume down!! Who is she screaming at and why isn't a manager doing something? Maybe she is a manager? Our food arrived about 15 minutes later, slightly longer than it should have in my book. The Taco meat looked like it came from Taco Bell, the black beans had a dried up look, and the lettuce underneath was browning. My friend stopped eating after a couple of bites. My Turkey BLT wasn't much better. The turkey wasn't even at Oscar Meyer standards, the bacon was very hard and the tomatoes made the bread mushy. Had to ask for mayo, as it's served with some kind of watery version of a Chipotle mayo. I picked off the bacon and ate the rest along with my fries which were ok. The server did ask if everything was alright but we didn't want to complain. Didn't want to take a chance at getting screamed at. With all of the restaurants Stuart has to offer, no need to return to Duffy's.

Big loud busy sports bar, where the focus is definitely NOT on the food. Great place for beers and the game, but if you're looking for a decent meal, eat before you come. Three customers: we came to eat, not watch TV. 1. Chopped drafthouse salad. came in a big bowl, grilled chicken, pepper-crusted bacon, blue cheese, egg, tomato, cucumber, red onion. The chicken was so dry it had to be put aside, the bacon was barely chewable. Alot of dressing options, had 2 served on side, but didnt care for either. The lettuce tasted old and thawed. 2. Tex-Mex Taco Salad with Grilled Chicken, avocado, cheese, beans, roasted corn, pico de gallo and cilantro-onion relish, topped with sour cream. Sounds delicious. What I got looked like it had come thru a wood chipper set on fine. The lettice was so thinly shredded that you coudnt see it and the whole mush was discusting. THIS WAS SENT BACK. One positive - they didn't give me any problem sending it back. 3. rib & wing combo. the BBQ sauce was tasty but couldnt save the ribs that were probably slow roasted (good) and sat around too long (bad). The chicken wings were over cooked. 4. Bowl of veggie soup: delicious, no complaints! The service was fine, she was very attentive and sympathetic to our issues. tipped her well, but we wont be back.

We eat here a lot, very laid back atmosphere and the food is really good. I have only had one bad meal here so far and ate here more them 40 times. I take advantage of the duffys reward card.

I have been to Duffy's many times but this was the worse ever. I had three Grandkids who ordered kids meal with chicken tenders. They waited almost an hour for the worst meal ever. I mean who would think they could be cold and tough and not in the least crispy. My Daughter in law also waited patiently who had Crab cakes and they were mushy and like they had been waiting to be served. I live close by this site and am really sorry they have gone down the Tubes. Wont be back ever. They can take there MVP points back. It was also twice as noisy as I have ever experienced and the 76 TVs were over load. SORRY DUFFYS'its a NO!!!. FOR ME

Pretty good sports pub. The evening crowd was pretty rowdy and loud, so that's something you have to either enjoy or put up with. We were told that our party of five would have a forty-five minute wait but in fact only waited about five minutes. 2-for-1 drink special is a good deal. I had the rodeo burger and didn't get any grief about asking for it rare. Better yet, it came as rare as I asked. It was a busy, crowded night so if wasn't that surprised to find the side order of sweet potato fries got lost.

I order the Ahi Tuna and it arrived over cooked. We also had the pasta primerava, also over cooked and the broccoli was under cooked. The manager and waitress were quick to address the problem by replacing the meal. The initial disappointment altered our overall experience but the newly cooked food came out perfectly cooked.

The food is supermarket/sysco assembled on your plate. Store bought croutons and ceasar dressing, bagged lettuce. The black beans turns out, have ground meat in them which looks like it came from Taco Bell. Even complete with fried tortilla bowls. I hadn't seen one of those in about 20 years. I ordered a Kettle One and tonic and they have 2 for 1 drink specials....everyday. I said OK I will have two drinks. I got a short glass full of ice and tonic, and my second one 30 minutes later. Also short, ice and tonic. I would have rather just had a real drink and not a watered down drink special which is everyday. So turns out, it's not even a decent bar. So you can't even drink enough to enjoy the food.

We were driving through decided to stop so I could watch the World Cup. Lots of tvs. Buffalo chicken was great. French onion soup was awesome. Melissa was a great server. They have a gluten free menu for my wife. Its a little pricey. Pretty good place in my opinion.

Birthdays tend to come up once a year and my father-in-law wanted to celebrate it here. This one was bigger than the other ones that I have been too while it still pleased the sports crowd. The card perks are rewarding if you are a continuous visitor at any one of their locations. Anyway, our visit was pleasant. The guys raved about their skirt steaks while I couldn't complain about the chicken alfredo that I had. It was ok, but it was too creamy for me. Don't get me wrong. I love alfredo sauce, but it overpowered the whole dish. I had the dish at other Duffy's and it didn't turn out like the one I had the other night. Thankfully, the sauce didn't need me take a rolaid. Our waiter was great though. My father-in-law is a frequent guest there and the waiter even remembered all of our names when we left. Thanks Timmy!

My wife and I had dinner Tuesday night and it was terrific! I had a seafood pasta special chock full of lobster, tender and delicious. My wife had the Rodeo burger cooked perfectly. Stacked high with onion rings it looked and tasted great. I was caught stealing some of her hot fries when I thought the Mrs was engrossed with a cool skateboard video. Worth the stern look. The new GM was funny and made sure we were happy. Awesome!

Duffy's corporate sure didn't take my review lightly.Almost immediately I was contacted by a Duffy's rep, truly concerned about my/our experience .By the way it wasn't that bad.A free dinner was given to me with apologies.Class act.I will always be a Duffy's regular.

I like the place and the staff is great. The specials and price are perfect. My only gripe is a very limited selection of beer, no real hoppy crafts.

We went there for a late dinner. I had the french onion soup and my hubby had the blackened mahi mahi. Somewhere somehow they manage to burn my hubby mahi mahi and they had to make a new one. Since my french onion soup was ready, they decided to put that aside to wait for my hubby mahi mahi. Well, the french onion soup was luke warm when it got to my table and they had ran out of cole slaw (a side that my hubby requested).... so many minutes later after hubbby ate his fish the cole slaw came to the table. That what happens when you don't want to spend too much money in downtown Stuart. You get what you pay for. This place is a sport bar with a very large menu.

Wow, can't believe I'm the first one to review this location but okay. We stopped here after landing at PBI and really had a great lunch. We started with an appetizer of the boneless wings 3-way. You get 15 boneless with three different sauces. We chose Asian Sesame, Original Buffalo and Spicy Orange Ginger. They were very good. I had the Pepper Bacon Cheeseburger with the crinkle-cut Sweet Potato Fries. Burger was made to order and I have to say that the fries were probably the best Sweet Potato ones I've ever had. I've never had them crinkle-cut and this allowed them to be very crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Great product and worth the upcharge to the meal. MK had the Patty Melt which came on a Rye Texas Toast. She's not big on thick breads and had never had a rye like that but she was very happy with her choice and remarked how she would have never really ordered it but it sounded different and unique. We liked how they did their kids menu in that you get to choose a main, a side, a fruit and a drink from a variety of options. This is really easy for restaurants to do but most don't and just pre-arrange what the meal choices are. Aidan liked his mini-burgers, fries, grapes and chocolate milk very much.

Duffy's is your typical chain sports bar. They have a ton of big screen tvs so its a great place to catch the game. They also offer free WIFI conntection which is great when your following your fantasy football team. Food is nothing special, ok at best. Pretty typical bar food that you would find at any other sports bar in america. The bartenders are very friendly and make you feel right at home. The best part about Duffy's is there happy hour which is two for ones for everything from 4 to close. When I say everything I mean everything. Whether its a Miller Lite or a Grey Goose. How can you go wrong with that? Just be careful because two for ones can add up quick and your be crawling out of this bar not walking out.

This is a very pleasant, cheerful, but typical, sports bar, and the food is good, too. When we entered, the waitress came over and informed us that it was 2 for 1 drink night. I usually have only one beer, but she brought me two, anyhow. For dinner, I had sesame encrusted tuna, served rare, with a baked potato and cole slaw. Very good, but, as it is only lightly sauteed, it will be served cold. My wife had the crab cakes, which she enjoyed, as well as sweet potato fries (for a modest up-charge) and cole slaw. She finished with a chocolate cupcake, half of the proceeds for which the restaurant donated to the Girl Scouts. They have both inside and outside seating; although the weather was mild and the outside pleasant, we chose the inside seating because there was better lighting, and the entire restaurant was open to the outside, anyhow. We really enjoyed ourselves and recommend this place highly.

They have a ton of tv's to catch the games, laid back atmosphere and good food. For appetizer I got the firecracker shrimp which was really good. I then got the ribs, which were also delicious. Fiancé couldn't finish her burger so I went ahead and dominated that too.

Got an order of ribs to go. Satisfied my rib craving, but I've had better. However, this review is mostly for the Duffy's staff -- the two times I've been in the staff has always amazed me. I know working in the service industry can often be a miserable and thankless job -- but I'm amazed at how polite, helpful and friendly the staff at Duffy's always is! And they seem genuinely pleased to be there -- this says a lot about the place and certainly makes me want to come back. Tip your servers well!

This was our first visit to Duffy's, and it was a great visit. The place was hopping; so, we had a little bit of a wait. We enjoyed the 2 for one happy hour that is offered all day. Our waitress, Amy, was a little harried, but managed to take care of us. Our burgers were cooked medium rare - the way we like; the Caesar salad was crisp with just the right amount of dressing; and the lobster roll was very good. All in all, we had a good experience at Duffy's.
