Servers were fun and worked as a team which was great to see. Sausage gravy was very good. Overall portions were generous, food was good, service was great, and prices were fair.

First time there today. Quick, friendly service and my eggs Benedict were excellent. Wish we had found it sooner...leaving to go back north.

Not Great. Went there for a quick bite to eat for lunch around 1:30pm on a Saturday. There were maybe three full tables inside, and 4 parties outside. We were told by a random person (that didn't work there) that we could sit anywhere. So we did. After a few minutes of watching waitresses clear other tables, I grabbed menus off the table behind us. Typical diner menu... nothing exciting. After a few more minutes, the waitress took our drink order and delivered them, saying our waitress would be right over. A while went by before she came over. She just stood there, no "hi," no "can I take your order?".... We ordered and waited 35 minutes for 2 salads and 1 sandwich to come out. She said that there was a backup because everyone came in at once. I don't know what she meant, because like I said, there were very few people there and most of them were done and waiting on their checks... Most of which just got up and went to the counter to ask for their tab so they could get out of there! Needless to say the food was blah... Nothing to write home about! I feel bad, because I can tell this is a mom and pop shop, but they need to step it up quite a few notches in order to stay afloat in an area of great service and food!

I've been here only for breakfast and maybe a dozen times over the past year and I can't understand the negative reviews. They have daily breakfast specials at good prices, though I usually get an omelet. Omelets are very fluffy and not browned, to my taste the best in Stuart, and one option for the sides that come with them is mini potato pancakes that are excellent. Service is okay, though it degrades a bit if they're crowded.

I wish I could even eek out another star for the lovely service. But in the column of places I will not return and didn't finish my meal I have to leave it at one. We were told to check this place out as it turns out by someone who had never been. I ordered the eggs benie with no ham, I was asked if I wanted spinach instead, I said yes, forgetting entirely that spinach also comes frozen or in a can. My fault. T ordered a tuna on wheat, got not albacore, with egg whites mixed in. She didn't finish it. My meal arrived with the aforementioned can/frozen spinach which, seriously I have not seen on a plate since I was a kid at a friends house whose parents apparently don't know that it comes fresh in a bag or not and cooks real real quick. I scooped the poached eggs off the sad spinach and soggy english to my hash browns, ate the eggs and got the check. Utensils and plastic wear need replacing and it was oddly overpriced for what we ended up with.

I have been to this restaurant many times when visiting my parents in Florida. I would describe the food as average portions of uninspired food. The last visit, I ordered eggs, Sunny side up, sausage, and toast. Again, averaged-sized portions of competently prepared food. Uninspired. I believe that my parents enjoy this place because of it's proximity to their home and inexpensive price tag. I would give the food a 4-5 on a scale of 1-10. The interior is bright fluorescent lights with white walls. Clean, but institutional. At our last visit, we approached, and, as is the custom, selected an empty seat outside. There was a menu open on the table, having the appearance of the table's being ready for ordering. Suddenly, an employee blustered across the restaurant, and with voice raised, told us we had to move because this was a "saved table." No reserved sign. It was unnecessarily embarrassing. Especially for my 85-year-old mother and my 90-year-old father. Don't get me wrong, you will get average sized portions of average food competently prepared in this restaurant. The interior of white walls and fluorescent tubes you will also find clean but uninspired. If you want my advice, Yelp any of the surrounding neighborhood restaurants and you can do much better.
