Having a child with a peanut allergy makes it difficult to just go for an ice cream, since there is cross contamination. The server, Maddie said she would open up a new tub and use a fresh scooper. Very accommodating !!! So happy!! Love it!

YUMMO!!!! After stopping off at Kilwin's Michael wanted a sweets treat for himself. We cruised on into Ben & Jerry's. I'm bummed they aren't in more places. Anyway he had the coconut seven layer bar ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle come. He also ordered a latte. Just FYI if you want sweeteners you have to ask them for them. They have them, but they keep them behind the counter. They weren't super busy while we were there, but for being such a touristy spot I must say the employees were very friendly and patient with us. There isn't a lot of space inside though so on a busy day or night I could definitely tell they get crowded. In addition to the ice cream and treats, they also have a variety of Ben & Jerry's souvenirs if you are so inclined.

Amazing ice cream! We always buy the pint-sized Ben & Jerry's ice cream at the grocery store, but we decided to go here after dinner last night. The place is very cutely decorated and the staff are very friendly. I had the Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream which was so DELICIOUS! I wish it wasn't seasonal. My boyfriend had the Candy Bar flavor which was also extremely good. I really think Ben & Jerry's ice cream really is the best of the best. Definitely recommend!

You're a fool if you think you are gonna get better ice cream than Ben and Jerry's! Fresh favors, fresh faces ready to explain their elaborate ice creams and a cozy, but sometimes cramped environment to eat your ice cream in. Forget inside, get it on a cone and take a stroll around St. Armand's circle. Coffee buzz flavor was best I've ever had.

I loved the atmosphere of this B&J's! They had awesome music playing and the lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly even though it was almost closing time. The turtle cheesecake was so good!!

People Perching Great location to sit, take a break, enjoy some ice cream and people watch! It is your typical Ben and Jerry's, small indoor seating area, good service, great ice cream. But the draw, in my opinion, are the plethora of outdoor benches and great Sarasota weather.

Best ice cream in town! Be sure to try the new SNL Batch ice cream in Two Wild and Crazy Pies...it is superb! The atmosphere here is also great and the customer service is also outstanding!
