Won't ever come back here, I tried there pulled pork sandwich something different from the norm I usually never order when I'm out, my god they burnt it so much. The BBQ sauce was horrible and had no taste. The server was awkward and seemed new and didn't know how to approach us, didn't even really introduce himself and something that's never happened was that he offered a to go cup for our drinks (it must be something new corporate restaurants are offering now) I didn't know they recently remodeled (hopefully they updated the menu and recipes because what I had was god awful)

Very bad service and the food took a long time to get to the table and when it got there it was cold. The manager apologized and offer dessert, really? Like that is supposed to fix it. I couldn't eat the food. I paid for the food and complemented the waitress cause it wasn't her fault, but the kitchen staff and management need training. BIG TIME!!!!!!

They weren't very crowded as we tried to beat the dinner rush, so I was surprised that it took so long for someone to even take our drink order. Then we got switched to a different waiter who took our food order, he finally brought our drinks mine was wrong but it took forever to tell him because he wasn't checking on the three tables he had. I ordered the oriental chicken salad and my chicken came out already cut for me and I think it was because it was so over cooked it seemed almost burnt. I do have to be fair though and say that my daughter's food was all fine. Was very unhappy with this visit don't know if I'll go back to this location or not.

Have gone there on three occasions. The food is good and it is a family friendly atmosphere which is great for my family of four. The wait staff can be slow to refill drinks, bring the check, and check in with the table but are always polite.

Are server Edgrado was completely rude we watched as he checked on multiple tables multiple occasions refilling drinks and what not yet we waited 20 mins passionately after reminding him twice about not bringing the drink to have someone else bring it to use. Also threw his hands in the air after we asked for our check. We'll not be going back.

Burger offered "pink or not". Came out RAW. Sent it back and it came out over cooked. No manager, long wait. Very disappointed, absolutely won't return. Sever was good but wow the rest was beyond poor!

$11 for a pink and red hamburger no thanks I won't be coming back. My plate was just covered in blood and grease from all the drippings. I didn't complain because I believe you should win the customer the first time not try to apologize to him and make it up to them the second time. The place was clean and I really like the remodel but the gnats were killin me

Nightmare. Was a Friday night. Took my girlfriend out for dinner. She ordered a steak with veggies meal medium rare and I ordered a mushroom swiss burger medium well. After a long wait hers came back nearly uncooked and mine blood rare. After what seemed like an eternity the waiter reappeared. He took our dishes back to the kitchen, then for what seemed like another eternity he brought back my girlfriend's steak this time overcooked on a small side dish, minus the rest of her meal! Mine was now overcooked as well. Now we had to wait for them to bring out the rest of her meal, but by this time she had enough and drove down the street to Checkers (I kid u not) while I finished my now overcooked burger. Also flagging the waiter down for iced tea refills was another challenge altogether. The manager came to the table to offer his apology and to comp our entire dinner. Too little too late. NEVER going back to this or any other Applebee's ever again.

If it was possible to select no stars I would. Had the garlic steak with potatoes and creamed spinach for $12.99. The steak was tiny, and you got one tablespoon of creamed spinach and two sliced small potatoes. I feed my cat more in a meal. We got 8 mozzarella sticks....$7.99.....is Italy being blockaded? $7.99 really for 8 sticks? Or is it the drug war in Mexico making the sauce expensive??! For those prices there are many more restaurants in this area to eat at. We asked them to split the bill, and out of a $37.00 bill, my half was $27.00 when they brought the credit card receipts back. Either they are working for my ex-wife or their people missed out on a lot of math classes in school......

Hey! It's a chain restaurant that tries to take every nickel from you. The food was OK ( I had blackened chicken & shrimp and my spouse had the Orange Chicken) but they tried to clip me for a half glass (rest was ice) of club soda at $2.50. First time ever charged for club soda. They gave me a BS story about they had to open a bottle. To their credit, the manager wiped the charge but beware if you eat here and check your bill closely.

I ate here late night in early February waiting for my aunt to fly in to the Sarasota Airport. Had about an hour to kill and this was a good choice. Had a couple of appetizers and a drink for about $10. Nice price for good food.

About Applebee's

Applebee is an American full-service restaurant brand popularly known for its signature Riblets. Applebee was conceptualized in 1980 by Bill and TJ Palmer in Atlanta, Georgia. At first, the restaurant was named T.J. Applebee's RX for Edibles and Elixirs. After the concept was acquired by W.R. Grace and Company, the restaurant was renamed as Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. Later the company and the Applebee's concept changed hands with Abe Gustin and John Hamra who started the first Applebee's franchise restaurant in Kansas City.

Later in 2007, IHOP Corp. now known as DineEquity, Inc. acquired Applebee's and began their journey together to make Applebee's the world's largest full-service restaurant chain. Today, Applebee's serves at more than 1,830 locations worldwide. The Applebee's menu ranges from Appetizers and Salads to heavy meals consisting of ribs and steak.
