Not bad for a cattle call type eatery. The food is always decent and at a good price. Service is hit or miss but what can you expect? They turn a lot of tables and sometimes the kitchen gets overwhelmed.

Exactly what I expected. Decent food at a low cost. This location was clean and the staff were very friendly. They treated my toddler fantastic and didn't make us feel bad about having a little one who does their own thing. It's always nice to eat somewhere when you can relax and not worrying your children are a bother. The best part was the surprise of children eating free with an adult entree after 4PM weekdays in July. That was a welcomed suprise!

One star only because yelp would not let me leave a no star rating. Did not get to eat. We arrived at this establishment at 7:30 pm on June 19 2015. There were not many customers in the place at this time. We waited approximately 10 minutes before anyone acknoledged us. When we were seated we were told by the hostess that our waitress would be right with us. Our waitress brought our silverware and told us she would be right back to take our drink orders. We waited for 15 minutes for her to return to take our drink order. When she finally came to get our drink order she didn't even apologize for our wait. We told her that we were no longer interested in eating there that we were leaving. On the way out we asked to see the manager. We were told she would be right out. We waited 5 mins for her and left tired of waitng. Two off duty waiteresses came out and appollogized and told us they were off duty and if we came back in they would personally take care of us. We refused this offer. I think that this place needs to be cleaned out of management due to the fact that they sent off duty personel out to try to remedy the situation instead of management themselves. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS BOB EVANS! Because of this i seriously doubt we will ever use or recommend Bob Evans again

Great dining experience on a Tuesday at 11 am. The meal was exceptionally good; tasty and big portions. But it was the most excellent service by our waitress (LA) that really made everything so perfect. She was friendly and prompt and truly enjoyed her job. And she was really good at it--a real people person. Way to go, Bob Evans! Two thumbs up.

I have resisted going into a Bob Evans since a bad experience many years ago. When my wife had lunch with her son at one, she reported that it was pretty good. So when the breakfast choice was Denny's or B.E. we rolled the dice having nothing to lose. Breakfast is my fav meal and I know exactly what I want, scrambled eggs, sausage and French toast. Anything else is a bonus. We were seated almost immediately and lo and behold their "farmers choice" breakfast hit everything I wanted. Add some grits to the other items along with my own carafe of hot bold coffee and Crankie Frankie is as gentle as a lamb. Service was great, not one thing to complain about. Now how about that?

This Bob Evans is wonderful. We go 2-3 times per month to this location. Today, as always, went for breakfast. Had a buy one, get one coupon. We were seated immediately. We never wait more than a minute here. As we were seated our waitress took our drink order. We each had a pot of coffee and waters before the menus were opened. As regulars we knew what we wanted. My wife gets the Rise and Shine. I get the Farmer's Choice. Bacon was cooked just right. Sausage patties have great flavor. The pancakes are the best and we split/ share the three with SF syrup. The eggs are done right every time. Biscuits are big and tasty. Food served hot in 5 minutes today - faster than usual. Total check $14. Left a $5 tip and everyone was happy. Glad we have this place in our 'hood.

Ok. Ya know when you go to a chain restaurant you always find "something" wrong? It's outdated or the food sucks, yada yada yada. Well, I could not find a single thing wrong with this one. Hubby and I went here for breakfast, his favorite meal. The restaurant is very nice inside and out. The hostess lead us to our seats then pointed to the window and said" Here ya go, a seat with a view of the ocean"! LOL, it was the parking lot. I ordered eggs, (over medium), bacon, home fries and toast. Everything was cooked perfectly. Not a runny egg white to be found. The toast was actually toasted! What a novelty. And the home fries, don't get me started! Delicious. The addition of sweet browned onions put them over the top for me. The iced tea was meh (my new favorite description) but not meh enough to downgrade my review. Our waitress was fantastic. All in all, a very pleasant and unexpected experience.

This was our first time at a Bob Evans, and we were quite happily impressed with the quality of the food and the reasonable prices. The place is clean and attractive, and the service was great. The menu is pretty standard American fare, but there is something here for everyone, and our kids were happy with their food (which is an accomplishment in itself!). Their bread (pumpkin, banana nut, ginger, and apple) is absolutely fantastic too. I also have to give a shout out to our server, Shirley (from Detroit) who made our visit truly special - thank you Shirley!

Wildfire chicken salad is theeeee best salad I've had in while... I order regular ranch with it instead of the spicy dressing and banana bread. The lunch size is big enough to fill ur hunger and cheaper :)

Went here with parents as they are local. This place is an oddity to me. Ambiance of a retirement home cafeteria. Mediocre food at best. Even photos of the food in the menu look bad. I wouldn't return here but I'm not a fast food, chain type person. Nevertheless, there are chains and there is this place. I found the experience actually quite depressing. Outside of Cheryl, who was a wonderful, upbeat waitress, everything else was a big fail for us. I am sure there is a clientele for this type of place but good food it isn't. It actually seems to be taking advantage of all the retirees in the area by serving cheap food with no frills. The price is cheap but the ingredients are probably bottom of the barrel. I am sure they generate higher margins than other chains which probably invest more in their locations and purchase higher quality ingredients. Recommend skipping this place as you can do far better in the area with just a bit longer of a drive.

Breakfast was great. Coffee is yummy because you can pick various flavors. They don't have bagels. What kind of breakfast place doesn't have bagels??

Excellent flavorful homemade style pot roast dinner and banana nut bread. Service was superb. We had a 15 minute wait, arriving at 5:00.

Pretty good for what it is. Chainy, but that makes sense. Food was good both times. Second time the service was so-so. Waitress seemed to be annoyed there were kids and with our friends order. I would go back but I wouldn't run. The wait on Sunday's is exceptionally long so get there at off times.

Loreen was an amazing server! In fact the whole staff was excellent. We had a party of seven and Loreen was helping us at the end of her twelve shift. Loreen had such a great attitude that our whole table commented on it. Our food was hot and tasty. I could not be happier with this locations service!

We have normally had good food and service here, but things have slipped. Ordered eggs over easy, got eggs over hard. Ordered fries, got dry, hard fries that were not edible and left them. Burger was well done and dry. OK since most seem to be that way now. Seemed like fried may have been sitting under hot lamp for a long time. Waitress checked back on meal early on and I had not tried the fries so positive comment then on the burger. Mom didn't complain and I didn't notice her eggs weren't right until later. Didn't see waitress again until we were finished. Mom ate her eggs and I ate a few fries hoping they were a fluke. I left most of the fries. She returned at end and asked if we wanted dessert and we replied no. She didn't ask how the meal was so I told her I had a couple issues. She apologized. She returned with the check and no adjustment made. She did ask if we wanted eggs or fries to go at that point. Who would want that and who would want to wait for that? It was really an insult and an insincere offer of resolution from the management. The place was medium busy - she had a few tables and did not seem to be rushed. Food came after a reasonable length of time. Waitress was very pleasant and had good attitude. Got to the register and paid. Cashier asked how it was and I told her I had a couple complaints. She apologized, but asked no further questions and seemingly could care less to pursue. Then Mom wanted a baked good. It rung up less that tagged. We asked why. There was a pause. I asked if they were old. Cashier then checked the date and it was yesterday. That was still acceptable so paid $10 for $2.97 item and change returned was $7.00. I reminded cashier it was 2.97 so we were owed 0.03. Normally I could care less but I care when they presume I don't. She apologized and returned 0,03. It seems many are young and inexperienced. They need some training and experience. The cook is heavy handed on the heat. Poor reflection on the management. When there is a complaint, a manager should be involved.

Went to Bob Evans last night. While we were eating this idiot waitress decided she was going to sweep next to our table. This continued for about 10 minutes until I complained about it. This isn't the first time she has done this, on previous occasions she has swept next to our table. I'm beginning to feel like she has a problem with us. We had Cheryl for out server and she was wonderful. The only issue we had was with with the sweeping witch. I guess she got tired of riding it and decided to drive customers away. Anyway if you don't mind eating sweeping dust then this is the place for you.

I've just returned and thought a word in favor was in order. They have a $10 three course special that I only happened to stumble over because I was hiding from the Halloween relentless bell ringing ... A decent amount of food: chicken soup, chopped steak with mashed / gravy and a couple dinner rolls. Some lesser deserts offered but I opted to "splurge" and added a second vegetable and a pumpkin pie finish (it is the season after all). That combo with a soft drink I leave the establishment ~ $15 poorer but full and content. Once again, however, when I read the receipt I find $2.39 for a soda, today's popular form of abuse. Hey "Bob", your food is a good deal for a chain and I think your quality speaks for itself. Stop raping for a glass of syrup and bubbly water. Anyone familiar with the space understands this is one of if not your best profit margins, and while you aren't alone in your fountain beverage abuse that hardly makes it right. Your cost is less than $0.30 all in (ice, straw, cleaning, servicing) ... do we really need this type of approach and make your educated customers feel like they've been had? This practice prevents me from visiting more often...honestly.

I order curbside to go often from this location and time and time again something ends up wrong my my order. This time I order the turkey dinner, which includes carrots, dressing, cranberry relish and mashed potatoes and gravy. They didn't give me any potatoes but a big side of gravy-what is a turkey dinner with no potatoes? AND instead of unsweet tea...you guessed it SWEET it is! And they threw in some hard cold rolls-what a jip! I hate having to drive all the way to Sun City to be disappointed when I get home...please get better Bob Evans, I truly enjoy your food when it's correct!
