I really don't care for burgers-in fact, I'm not much of a meat eater-I'm a semi-vegetarian (yes, it's politically correct lol)...but 5 Guys...wow. Outstanding burgers. I must say I'm truly impressed. Burgers literally melt in your mouth. They have mastered how to cook them. I've never had a dried out, burnt burger from these guys. The fries are delicious and portions are generous. Pricing is higher than hitting up chemical land (IE: McDonalds) but well worth it. You get what you pay for. Environment is super casual, clean, and seating is plentiful. It does get busy during lunchtime. My only complaint? Parking. Due to the location and being that the strip mall is fully occupied-parking can get a little congested. Overall-parking issues won't stop me from going back! Who can resist those HUGE, juicy burgers?!

Friendly staff, quick and delicious food, and usually not a long wait when I order online! Thanks!

Five Guys gets four stars, in my book. If they tightened up the fries (usually they're a bit soggy for me) and added shakes to their menu they'd hit 5 stars easy. I love the burgers here, like most people do, and I do enjoy the fries (just think they need a little tweak), and even their hot dogs are good. This location gets you in and out pretty quickly, and the staff is friendly. They are also very accommodating to folks who can't eat gluten. They'll change their gloves if you mention your allergy to the cashier when ordering, and put your burger in a lettuce wrap or on a bowl.

$13 for a cheeseburger, regular fries, and small drink. Yeah it's good, but not that damn good. Free toppings from a wide range, but to get your value you need to turn your burger into a salad on a bun. As an American, I am opposed to that. Their fries are pretty decent, and you get a lot of them, but that's a pretty big cash drop for one person's quick lunch.

Who would expect one of my favorite burgers to be from a chain. When I'm in the mood for one this is the first place that comes to mind. If you've never eaten here give it a try!

I'm not a big burger person (I know I say that all the time) but when I do want a burger this is where I come. Unlike other burger joints where the burgers are hit or miss, they are very consistant here so I'm never disappointed. They also have the best French fries anywhere and they give you tons of them. Staff is always friendly and courteous and restaurant is always clean. A favorite of mine!

The food wasn't terrible but for the price I paid (4 dollars) my veggie burger was far too small. Nice environment but nothing impressive, good customer service never the less

Always consistent in their food. Burgers and fries are good! A little burger (single) and little fry plus a bottle of water is a little over $9. Fries are from real potatoes and have a much better flavor than typical fries that are processed. Staff is friendly and helpful,

Not much more anyone can say about 5 Guys that hasn't been said. Good burgers, even better fries, mountains of them, and just a good overall burger joint. If the burgers were charbroiled I would give them that elusive fifth star but they are cooked on the infamous flat iron. Careful though, one small order of fries is enough for 2 easily.

MmmmmMMmmm!! Five guys is awesome! The burgers are so delicious. A "little burger" is really a BIG burger... and a normal burger is really a really, really BIG burger! Five guys reminds me of an ice cream shop where you can have as many toppings as you want, but instead of ice cream it's burgers. Besides the amazing burgers, they also make by far, the best fries ever!! Seriously... you can't go wrong! The guys who work here are super friendly and nice, and keep the restaurant spotless. Thanks to my favorite Floridan man Dan... who indulged with me and brought me here twice... keeping me full and happy while I was in Tampa!

Great burgers and fries. Quick service and affordable. You can customize your burger from a list of ingredients. Their fries are great and they have malt vinegar if you're into that. They also have hotdogs but I've never tried one. Overall a solid place for a burger and fries fix. No milkshakes but who really can eat burgers, fries AND down a milkshake?!

These are definitly some of the best burgers around! The food is always fresh and made to order... there are unlimited peanuts for you to eat while you wait for your food. Price is reasonable and you get a lot for your money. The fries are delicious! They kind of remind me of the fries i used to get on the boardwalk at the Jersey shore growing up!! They were one-of-a- kind and a must have at Five Guys. Burgers are very juicy and you can get a single or double. Eat in or take out- either way a delicious meal! I will certainly be back!

When craving a burger we tried five guys . The staff are very friendly and only serve burgers , fries and hotdogs so it's hard to mess up. The burgers are a notch above fast food but still nothin too special. I'm not a fan of the boardwalk style fries but they have free peanuts which are fun to break the shell and toss on the floor. The only negative is selection is limited but they know what they are doing with tons of topping options that you can't get at the other local fast food joints. My husband loves to load his burger with jalapeños and they have them and the are fresh not from a jar. They are moderately priced and in my opinion a little high especially if you get fries. The place is pretty clean and it's nice to sit down and enjoy your food rather than eat it in the car.

I've been here plenty of times in the past year. always a great burger, delicious fries and fantastic service. be warned the "small" fry is huge! they put it in the bag with the burgers and fill it up. plenty for 2 to share. you'll leave here full

The Menu is simple! Hamburgers & hot dogs, fries & drinks! The key to Five Guys success is make it RIGHT! The toppings for the burgers are like nothing you will get at any other fast food joint. I have yet to try a hot dog because the burgers are so damn good! the fries are always hot & plenty! I've tried the Cajun and have to say that I didn't care for them. and there is only one drink to serve with hamburgers & hot dogs and that is Coca-Cola! parking for this location is limited as it is next to Moe's and seems both places are always busy. The manager is very friendly and the place is always clean.

In the Brandon / Riverview area and looking for a quick bite. I had it been here once before when they opened up a location near my hometown and honestly was not overly impressed. It was one of the first in my area and it was mobbed which added to my dissatisfaction of my experience. I'm happy I gave them a second chance. We were just looking for something quick but decent w/o spending a lot. Yes it is a bit more than the typical burger joints but when you break it down, its just slightly more. And for the that small added expense your getting a burger that is worlds apart from its fast food counterpart. We both chose the cheeseburgers, mine with a good amount of toppings including jalapenos which were fresh and added a crisp bite to it. The burger is big , juicy and messy but when it comes to a burger ,this is what you yearn for. The large order of fries are cooked well just right about of grease and not overly salted. They did not taste frozen at all. They reminded me alot of In and Out Burgers based on the west coast. And having unlimited drink refills anywhere is a huge plus for me. I hate spending $2.00 for a drink that is usually 75% ice. The place does get quite busy during the lunch and dinner rush, It was not too busy when we were there and we waited about 10 minutes for our order to ready. Busier times could extend that wait 15-20+ minutes. Overall in my quest for the best burger , I would easily give this place a B+, there are other better options out there but at this price point , Five Guys makes the grade with flying colors.

We've been visiting this particular location for about a year. The staff has always been very friendly - the person at the register often offers my toddler a free drink (I've never asked for it), which I think is awesome. The burgers themselves are usually very, very well done, but with all of the fresh toppings, it is no biggie. The fries are always hot and fresh, as opposed to some other locations I've been to where they're a bit on the soggy side.

I am a vegetarian and I am giving 5 Guys 5 stars - the fries are that good. Don't forget the malt vinegar! There are now 2 locations in the Riverview/Brandon area - 1 in the food court of the Westfield Brandon mall and 1 in the Winthrop shops on Bloomingdale.

I will never eat here again. The grill still doesn't get cleaned and the food came out cold. I was told that they don't have to clean the grill at all and that they wont do it until the lunch rush is over. Good bye Winthrop 5 guys.

Not sure what has happened here, but things need to change. This is not instance of a single bad experience, but a gradual decline to where I am fed up with their junk. The staff is terrible, the food quality (with the exception of the fries) is garbage. Went there with my wife for burgers and fries, the order took over 20 minutes to fill. I don't mind the wait if the quality was good, but the burgers sit on a cold counter while the fries are cooking, there's no coordination of cooking. When I got my meal the fries were molten hot and the burgers were cold with buns the consistency of hockey pucks. The soda machines are mis-calibrated that do not put out enough syrup, not just one flavor, but all flavors of soda. At least the tea vending device was still working, thank goodness for small favors. I brought up my complaints to the people who work there, but the managers were holding social hour and seemed not to give a damn about the product they put out, I mean coordinating getting together after hours is more important than doing actual work. Also the staff did not care about fixing anything because the ones responsible for corrective action did not care. While I will not boycott the brand, I will boycott this location, and based on the crowd (or lack there of) in this location I am not the only one to take this stance.

A surly staff is a poor start, regardless of the gastronomical capabilities. These people look like they HATE us. The food is hot. The burgers were frozen and unremarkable, but the fries just fine. Fountain drinks and regional bottled water to drink. It's a last resort stop--at least this location (which is in the weirdest architecture'd strip mall ever--not their fault).

We LOVE Five Guys for their burgers and cajun fries. Sure it's greasy and not healthy at all but every once in a while, everyone should have a nice greasy burger! Their prices are reasonable considering the size of the burgers and you can get them any way you want them. They also have roasted peanuts in shell for your snacking needs while waiting on your food. This is not FAST FOOD but is fresh food!

Five Guys has amazing burgers and is great to have so close to home. I just wish they had better french fries, they don't really have any flavor to me and just having a cheeseburger is not filling enough for me. If I could have their burgers with another places fries though then Five Guys would be perfect. I still find myself there ordering a burger and fries though because their burgers are so appetizing. It is much nicer than the previous fast food chain in this spot of town. It is nice to have plenty of options now as well with Green Iguana, McDonald's, Steak N Shake, and Wendy's all close to Five Guys.
