A must see for a very casual /dive bar with a great on the river location. You just can't beat a bar that uses tires as a base for their tables. Lol basic beers with a food trailer next door. Great little locals place. Parking is limited but there is a fire pit on the cool Florida nights. TV's for the sports Dan inside and on the patio

Definitely one of a kind, went here with a buddy and had some beers. Fair price and is definitely a "neighborhood" bar. Don't let the trailer park fool you. Everyone was extremely nice. Next time going to have to try a burger, that think looked amazing. REMEMBER ITS CASH ONLY, they do have an ATM. Definitely a place you got to try at least once. Ask them about the wooden door on the cooler.

Yup a five star hole in the wall. Good times for us river rats! Cold beer and a great view of the river.

This place is awesome... if you love karaoke, local flavor and a view of the river this is your place. Only serves beer/wine, bring cash... and don't dress fancy. The parking lot is VERY small and it gets very crowded. But if you want a good time where you can relax, enjoy and watch the entertainment, this place is for you.

Love this place. Dive bar to the max and tucked away in what looks like it could be a sketchy TP, it is always a good time. Great drunk food and prices are fantastic. It is always a great people watching spot, that should be guaranteed!

Had a heck of a time finding this place even after having been here once before. After negotiating the trailer park I managed to stumble upon it. Well worth it as part of my Sunday riding ritual. Nice riverside view and pleasant atmosphere. Decent food and cold beer. A-OK

If you happen to stumble upon this place - you've found yourself a top notch dive bar with amazing patrons and cheap beer. Buckets are $14. Great karaoke system, and by the time you leave, you'll be bff's with everyone in the place. Dress is as casual as you can get - some hop right off their boat no shoes, no shirt, no problem. Pretty nice deck/outside seating on the patio to watch the sunset on the water. Haven't tried the food yet, but I will return! FYI - cash only. They have an ATM on site.

Great little dive bar right on the river. I usually go on Saturday or Sunday afternoon to drink some beer, watch the band, and enjoy the atmosphere. With all that Tampa has to offer in the Dive Bar category, this is a Must see. Parking is an adventure all its own because the bar is located inside a trailer park on the river. Service has always been fast and friendly but bring cash.

Stumbled on the place looking for somewhere open passed 10:00pm on a week night to have a cold one and watch the Rays game. I'm so glad we did. Don't let the drive through the trailer park fool you. Great local hangout with great food and some of the friendliest people you would ever want to meet. No frills and I do mean no frills. We went on Tuesday night with not much going on which allowed us to be introduced to the bartender and some of the friendly locals. Went back on Wednesday (Karaoke Night). The place was packed, (the bartender remembered us), the beer was cold, food was great and some of the best local talent I've heard in a very long time. This is definitely a diamond in the rough!!!!! Tips: Cash only Food served only until 9 Beer buckets are $14.00

This is a unique hidden little whole in the wall bar. It's cash only so beware to bring cash. It's hidden behind a trailer park but don't let that deceive you. It's right on the river, outside seating with live music, it's the perfect spot for a evening drink. The food shack has pretty good food but beer shed itself has none. Order a bucket of beer, bring some friends and enjoy. It's not too pricey either. You can come by boat too off the alafia river which makes for a fun evening.

This place is a national treasure. Dive bar with Ice cold pitcher of beer for cheap. Frosty mugs. Great burgers and wings, free popcorn. Excellent view of the Alafia River. This is a true come as you are place. I mean it's in a trailer park. Most people tend to arrive by Harley but its waterfront so come by boat too. Great place to chill on a lazy afternoon and people watch under the oak trees by the river. The address listed here is also wrong. The correct address is - 11222 Casa Loma Drive, Riverview, FL 33569

What a gem!!! Tiny local spot on the river. This is exactly like it sounds, a broken down shed on the Alafia River. Imagine a broken down double wide trailer, that happens to serve beer, has a frier, and the best outdoor seating on the Alafia River. Take it for what it is and you will have a blast next to bikers, rednecks, and more! We go here often for a beer on the water. It's always a great time.

The beer she'd is where we used to hang out in1980...still going strong...

Had an awesome time with my roommate! Great food and cheap beer right on the Alafia river! Great times! Would definitely come back!

Checked out 3 Riverview bars on a Sunday and this was the last one. I really liked the place. Parking is tough. You need to park wherever you can find a spot. We parked at the front of the trailer park. Yup, trailer park. There was a biker contingent and they were pretty chill. No fights or anything like that. The band was the angry rock you'd expect but was pretty good. I liked the food from the shed that you order from, apart from the bar. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich but was pretty suprised at how small the sandwich was and how few french fries they served with it. It also came on a white, untoasted bun. The food was probably the worst part of the experience. On the upside, they have $1.85 drafts [I think it was $1.85] and sitting on the deck overlooking the river while having a few beers with your friends is a great way to spend a Sunday. This place is tucked away. You've really got to want to find it.

What can I say? Like the song says: We got winners, we got losers Chain smokers and boozers And we got yuppies, we got bikers We got thristy hitchhikers And the girls next door dress up like movie stars Hmm, hmm, hmm I love this bar Sits on the peaceful Alafia river for those who want to sit outside and enjoy the weather. You can get food at the snack shack from Chef Paycheck. And on every Wednesday afternoon starting around 4, chicken wings for everyone. Unfortunately this brings out the broke folk and seniors but, alas, nothing is perfect.

While the Beer Shed is a little different from my accustomed scenery in Hyde Park, we found this place coincidentally one day when out on the boat (and had to try it). It's a true dive-bar to say the least, but was surprised at the prices and the food. A pitcher and two other beers came to $10, and a sausage dog with mac and cheese was $3.50. The beer was good as always, but the food was fantastic - much more so than I hoped for (and expected). We were there on a Friday around happy hour, so the patio was slammed - but service was still great and the people couldn't have been any friendlier. I'd suggest checking this place out, especially if you plan on taking the boat up the Alafia. If you want a spot on the dock to tie-up, getting there earlier than later would probably be a good idea...

Cool place on the river. Cheap cold beer with a food shed next door. Great outdoor patio right on the river. Stopped in for some food and a couple beers after mountain biking Alafia.
