Wow, I found some NC style BBQ in the heart of Port Richey. I had a pulled pork sandwich that had just the right amount of pork and BBQ sauce on it. It was so good!! They have pizza and that was selling fast so must be good too. They are right in the flea market. Really nice folks own it!!!! Go in and say hello!!!

This location actually is 9406 US HWY 19. And the food, atmosphere and service there is as always unbelievable. Restaurant is clean, food is fresh and very relaxing to sit and dine in. If you want chicken that is cooked with more care and Love and less grease than it's competition who's name starts with a P.... and just opened on Route 52 off of US 19. With a much friendlier staff, cleaner restaurant, better pricing and edible food that doesn't make a quick exit or make u sick. Dine here. Bucks well spent!

Really enjoyed my first foray into Polish cuisine. The peroigies were delish!! The owners are veryfriendly and the place is very clean. Highly reccomend this little slice of Poland for those craving Northern European cuisine!
Really good. The people are really nice. Food is good. I asked for my pierogi's to be fried with butter so they crisp up a bit. Oh yeah good. Only con is they need more choices on their menu(the reason for the 4 stars). Go give polish food a try. They alway have polish kielbasa and potatoes.
Great authentic homemade Polish food. Owned by a Polish couple whom are the only employees. You Must try the soups! Dill Pickle soup is my favorite. I know it sounds weird but it is surprisingly delicious. Peirogies and stuffed cabbage are good.

Their food is very fresh and tastes delicious!!! The waitress is very attentive!!! And the food came out fairly quickly! Def a little treasure!! Can't complain about one thing! I had the veggie omelette, it was great!!
While this restaurant is listed as american traditional it has Greek and Mediterranean influence. We found out that Pamela is actually Greek so we all tried something different. One tuna salad melt with chicken noodle soup, the Greek sampler plate, taco salad and the Monte Cristo sandwich. Everybody LOVED their dish and the service was super friendly. Refills were timely. They were running a Facebook check in special so we even got an unexpected break on the price. If you're thinking of trying this place I'd say do it. We'll be back!
My family and I have been going to Pams for years now and never had an issue! great food and staff! awesome prices! I love just about everything they have! super clean too! they are very accommodating to families, if you have small children and want a good place to eat, this is it. It's diffidently a gem! Pams will continue to be a repeat and family favorite!

Orchids Thai Restaurant

8647 Regency Park Blvd
Port Richey, 34668
Reviews:
Always been my favorite Thai food for many many years. Last time I went we had a bad experience observing the sushi prep guy eating with his gloved hand while making sushi for customers. Didn't change his gloves between making dishes or sitting down to eat his dinner, or to eat from the prep area. Pad Thai was very sweet, no heat, and we usually get a small salad with our meals, but not this time. I have gotten take out a few times since then, and will give them another chance in the dining room soon. I hope things go back to the way they were. I bragged about this place to anyone who had ears for over 15 years.
I love to eat here when I am in the area, especially lunch time. The price is right for lunch and the food is good. I especially love the Panang Curry and the Pad Thai. Pad Thai is not always good at many Thai restaurants I have been to because they get the ratios wrong on the fish sauce. Orchid Thai does it right. The establishment is small and the atmosphere feels more like a lunch place than a dinner. Be careful when you order spicy, medium is even VERY spicy. I recommend spice just be careful how you order it.
Tonight, after a hideous day, I just needed some comfort food, and Orchid's was on the menu. The maternal unit, the husbeast and myself headed the handful of blocks from Mom's place to their store front, only to find them packed! We only waited a little bit of time as they cleaned up a table and sat us. Our waitress was amazing, she took our order, looking rather shocked when my husband ordered his meal Thai Hot. Seriously, he means it. He wants to cry and sweat when he eats his soup. Me, i can't handle it... but I digress, she put the order in and brought out the pepper tray too. I ordered the Chicken Sateh, Mom ordered the Sampler platter and the Husbeast ordered the Noodle soup with beef and meatballs, we had an order of fried rice for the table. Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. The food came out quick and hot and nothing was left on our plates in the end. If you like Thai desserts, I suggest you try the Mango Sticky Rice. It's Delicious!

This is the ONLY Japanese restaurant I will go to for sushi! always fresh, great prices. I love their cold green tea and the Fire bird roll! A must! super clean, friendly staff and fresh food. Can't go wrong!
This was surprisingly great!
I've been to this place twice - once, two years ago while visiting my brother; and yesterday, again while visiting my brother. I'm sure there's a bunch of great items on the menu, but both times I've gotten the Donburi, at the suggestion of my brother. Let me tell you, Donburi is the TRUTH. tuna or salmon, it doesn't matter. get it, and you'll be happy.

Gringos Cafe

6812 Ridge Rd
Port Richey, 34668
Reviews:
I didn't feel like the food was authentic at all. The chips were old, thin and not crunchy. The salsa was ok in taste but had huge chunks of canned tomatoes, not fresh ones. I ordered a regular burrito and it looked like an enchilada. I even asked the waitress if my order was correct. The burrito only consisted of carne asada- no beans, rice, pico de gallo, etc. Sour cream and guacamole is extra, but I didn't care for that. Service wasn't that great either, but very nice staff. I had to ask for utensils and napkin. I guess I was spoiled with good quality Mexican food back home in California because I didn't taste an ounce of it here.
I love this place. It's one of those hidden treasures you find in a small town. I always order their chicken and bacon quesadilla. Always tastes homemade and it's always consistent quality. Their salsa is the only salsa I can eat entirely (usually I'll just dip it in the salsa but avoid chunks of tomato) but OH MY GOD it's just so great. I go at least once a week or so. I'm always craving them on a Sunday, which is when they're closed, but I love the food regardless.
There aren't many good Mexican food options in West Pasco that I've found but Gringos is probably one of the best I've tried. I'll be honest, I don't know if it's authentic. I don't have a damn clue what "authentic Mexican food" tastes like. I've never been to Mexico and never been close enough with someone of Mexican origin who would make me such a delicious treat. At times I wonder how many of the people who do claim to have this vast knowledge of "authentic Mexican food" actually know what they're talking about. Just a random thought I often have. Either way, here's my break down of Gringos. The Chips and Salsa: The chips are basic restaurant chips. Nothing special. The salsa on the other hand has to be made in house. It's made with stewed and fresh tomatoes. It's very chunky. There's just enough kick without being overwhelming. I liked it. The Burrito Supremo: It's just like it sounds, a big burrito covered with the works. It had sour cream, guacamole, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I got the steak Burrito Supremo. The steak was chopped not sliced. It was nice and tender, really good. Gringos is inexpensive, the portions are big and the service was friendly. With only a week and a half left in Florida I'm kinda kicking myself for not trying this place sooner.
