Arrrrg. WTF? Either the waiter we had has ilegible handwriting or the cooks in the back can't read! Why do I say this? Because last weekend, my family and I went to this Denny's location and the food really stunk. My wife and I have been going to this Denny's for quite some time now but, lately, it seems that their service has been lacking...BIG TIME! Honestly, how is it possible to get wrong 5 out of 6 orders? I understand that that's a pretty big order but, come on! 83% of our food had to go back for one reason or another? That calls for looking for a new Denny's. Too bad, because this is the closest Denny's to us. :-(

The worst food on planet earth. I was real hesitant to eat at Denny's, I have had Denny's before in the past and the very few times I have been to Denny's I have been very disappointed. I was real hesitant to visit this Denny's location due to my past experiences at other Denny's but I decided to give them another try? Wow what big mistake, the food was horrible, I ordered a double cheeseburger and the burger was served in less then 5 minutes, it made me wonder where this burger came from and why was it served so quick??!! The burger meat was cold and flavorless + chewy, yuck! I took 2 bites and left it where it sat, I was so upset I wanted to smash it with my fist lol. I hate when I'm starving and the food sucks! The service was ok, but the waitress lied by telling me that the food was good lol. I will never return to this fast food/chain dump.

This place needs ALOT of work...as far as management I don't know what they are doing. I have been there twice. BOTH were HORRIBLE experience. I ordered my food with no onions because I'm allergic then they come back with onions in my food. That's not the worse part. The second time they came back with my food it looks like they just picked the onions out and brought it back to me because there were still pieces of onions under the eggs. I called the manager she apologized and STILL made me pay FULL price for there mess!!! I will never again go there because I could've been killed and it looks like nobody even cared that my food wasn't right. I didn't even get a receipt so I don't know what kind of business they are running!!

I was there week before . And I had order french toast slam .. and I don't eat red meat so I asked hash brown instead of my bacon but they reply me they can't And I was asking for diet coke but they keep repeatedly give me dr pepper ... Finally food arrived after 25 minutes ...even waiter's don't want to refill the soda Finally I was yet to pay the bill ... my bill was around 33 and I paid 36 ...but the waiter's ask me that why I am giving less tips and she ask me to at least the minimum of 15% of the bills It's very embraced for me ..When they don't care about our food and services but they care about tips

Went with my wife for breakfast about 6 months ago. We were excited because it was within walking distance. We were seated right away and then it went downhill. The server was horrible as she didn't seem to listen to anything we were saying or asking. For some reason she kept bringing out the sides we ordered (toast, fruit, sausage) instead of all at once. My food was average at best and my wife couldn't finish her omelette as there were some ingredients in it that she didn't order. She never came to check on us and dropped off the bill when cleaning our plates. I didn't leave a tip and have never done that before. We approached the manager about our experience and instead of listening he immediately went on the defensive and was a jerk. He said we needed to say something right away. We had already eaten and he couldn't do anything about it. We didn't want a free meal, just to let him know the service was a joke. We have never gone back since and never will. Unfortunate because it is so close, but I'll gladly drive 10 minutes for good service and better food!

This location is severely understaffed; resulting in long wait times, a hostess doing double duty, and food thrown together haphazardly in the kitchen. However, I did add a star for the waitstaff who were up to their ears in complaining customers and patiently kept smiling and trying to make it right.

The service was terrible, there was peeled wallpaper held down by a salt shaker next to where we sat which had a mildew smell coming from it, smelling up the entire section. I could barely breath and felt sick from the food when I left.

One of the worst I've seen. We had to finally ask someone to bring us menus, the server had to ask us about our order like 3 different times, we watched one family move tables 3 different times because the floor was so sticky and dirty under their tables, the plate my toast came on had grape jelly smeared on the side and I didn't have jelly. The servers looked like they were miserable. The place just looked and felt filthy. With such a great location it could be a great place.

I love Denny's food but this particular one sucked! The service is bad and they all seem not to care about nothing. There just there for a paycheck! I went there a few weeks ago with my family and we waited about 20 minutes to be seated, then another 10 mintues just for a waiter can come take our order. Once, he came with our order, 4 of 6 of the orders came wrong!!! WTF? HOW? Once my plate came back right, I had to re-return it because they didn't add my extra cheese...c'mon? Are your serious? They really need to train there staff better.

The manager, Diego Gomez, was the worst manager I have ever encountered in my 41 years of eating out. I absolutely do not like being talked down to and made to feel like their mistake is at all my fault. I have never liked the quality of this food however today I was asked to join with friends and the experience was horrible all around. The food came out wrong and looked and tasted as though it had been sitting for a bit too long in waiting...Then the manager took the "RE-USABLE" plastic coupon that does not read anywhere "one time" use and would not give it back...it had been used by my friend several times throughout the year at other locations..She will never return again either and it was my last word to her that really rang true...."I told you so..." and I will continue to never go here EVER again...If this Diego Gomez from Plantation ever comes looking for a customer related job..."I told you so!"

This was my second bad experience at this store. The first time, I got up and left after waiting 15 minutes for service. Why I went back again, I'll never know. This time, I arrive, wait 5 minutes for a hostess or host who never appear and finally decide to seat myself. Coffee arrives somewhat promptly, but it's downhill from there. The order took 20 minutes to arrive - and the place was about 1/4 full. No pepper in the shaker, no sugar in the container. Waitress then spent 10 minutes talking to a couple at one table while I waited for more coffee. Then she spent another 10 minutes in front of the computer screen in a state of befuddlement. After waiting another 10 minutes for my check, I finally got up and asked for it. The check amount was about $11 more than what I expected - for two "slam" breakfasts. I complained and was told that those weren't the "senior" slams - which I thought I had ordered, but the regular "large" ones. They were nice enough to give me a 10% discount. The waitress got NO tip, and this place hopefully will go out of business so as not to torture anymore innocent, unsuspecting diners. On my way out, I observed an employee (the cashier I believe) staring blankly at a huge pile of disorganized receipts on a table in plain view of the customers. I wouldn't even give this place one star but had to to get this review posted.

We phoned in Christmas breakfast. Our order was short a side of hashbrowns. The food was good but double and triple check everything in the bags before you walk out of there! They also told us 10 minutes it was more like a 30 minutes wait. Next time we are going to just wait around before going there, and check our order twice.

I went in for lunch with my mother. He food was horrible. The service was horrible. I ordered the bird sandwich which I had from another Denny's and it was great. This Denny's it was horrible. It supposed to come on sourdough bread and they brought it on white bread. I told the waitress and she showed it to the manager who said it was sourdough. I clearly knew it was not and the manager was rude. I would not go back.
