1st time eating here. It was good, but in my opinion, not as good as Raising Cane's nor Chick-fil-A. Although Zaxby's wasn't bad, I don't think I'll be returning. The food was just okay, and the service was nothing to write home about. However, the dining area was clean, and they have a fancy drink machine with many flavor combinations to choose from, and good ice (pellets - the kind you get at Sonic).

I purchased two chicken tender meals here for $19 (drinks not included). When I asked for sauce for the chicken tenders I was told I'd have to pay for it. So you can have ketchup with your food, or pay for a sauce. Seems way over priced for what you get. Chicken was good but with all the other places around here to get fried chicken, this is definitely the worst. Will definitely not be going back.

WOW...Went thru the drive thru last night. Not only were the tenders cold they were hard and dry. BUT I FIGURED OUT WHY. The tenders are SOOOO small if you cook them longer than 2 minutes they will be a dried up shoe string. These are the smallest tenders known to Sysco. I ordered the Large plate which is 7 tenders. When I got home, I opened the box and was greeted by a pile of fries the size of a small mountain and off to the side, packed into one forth of the container were 7 of the smallest tenders ever seen. I should have taken a pic. I thought some of the tenders had to be under the fries but nope all 7 of them could have fit inside a pack of cigs. I'm talking SMALLLLLLLLLL...Church's tenders and Guthries across the parking lot are half the price and twice the size...Oh well...I know where I'm going next time.

I love Zaxby's! The first time I tried them was when I was in North Carolina and it was delicious. This is a southern chain so when I moved to Pensacola I was happy to see that there was one here. I always get the chicken tenders. It comes with French fries and a big ole thick buttery piece of toast, yum! I have also tried the grilled chicken sandwich, very good. You can't go wrong with anything that you order here!

Chicken = delicious and juicy. I had their salad though. Heaping pile of iceberg and some greens on a large platter, with perfect chicken (grilled or fried, I chose grilled). Fried pickles = good. Even though I'm not a fan of the dry cornmeal batter. Yep, I'd suffer living in the South Service = friendly at the counter Prices = moderate.

Pretty good chicken tenders. The hot sauce is hot- no lie! My honey, who loves spicy (like x19) said it was hot, the group I was with all looked in disbelief! The fries are pretty tasty, I had a side salad that was fresh and tasted good too. I think it's probably our go to for fast food chicken now...

Its another fast food chicken restaurant. It has its own distinct flavor. Chicken is delicious. I has fried potato chips which you dont see in other chicken places. The staff was courtious and friendly. The service was quick. I had a good 1st experience in Zaxby's, and would eat here again.
