This place is wonderful! The staff is so friendly and the service is great!! They have really good pub grub. They pour a mean Guinness (a proper pint)! The outdoor seating is covered and has fans in the summer which is so nice. If the weather is bad, they allow dogs inside since they are huge animal lovers! We love the place and highly recommend it to anyone!

Good enough food, but I really have to wonder what kind of Irish Pub does not serve a Reuben sandwich? It's a Disney Place of course...but would it kill them to have a genuine Reuben? The singing and dancing was a nice distraction from the realities of a the rest of Disney Gift-Shop hell. It took a while to get in, and the service was clearly hard pressed to keep up, so get some water ordered with your drink.

First time flyer here... Took some fam members in for drinks and much to our delight... It was happy hour! :) The place is very nicely decorated and clean. Our bartender did a great job keeping us wetted down! I shall return for some darts & pool soon,

O'Riley's describes itself as an "authentic...traditional Irish pub." It's not. The renovations and location fit the total bill of a pub - the interior is absolutely beautiful and features woodwork throughout and really gives you the feeling of an authentic pub; Irish folk songs are even played 24/7 outside the bar. That's as Irish as it gets though. O'Riley's is labeled by most as a sports bar and the go-to place for the college/frat scene in Pensacola. While enjoyable most of the time, anything that caters to that demographic will have its issues - music is nearly always some Top 40 playlist, patrons are usually rude and have no idea how to behave and on many occasions I've walked in to see the place filthy (especially the upstairs bar). Do not come here expecting an authentic Irish band or for everyone to be drinking Irish stouts. It's a college bar, plain and simple. If they labeled themselves as such and stopped pretending to be an "authentic pub" I'd give another star, but until they stop lying to their customers it doesn't deserve anything more. So, if you're looking for a college/sports bar downtown, O'Riley's should be on your list, among World of Beer, Intermission, New York Nick's or even Hopjacks. If you want an authentic Irish pub experience, head a mile down the road to McGuire's. You won't be disappointed there. Edit: They have since added an Irish fare menu. I will say this is an improvement - I had the Irish Burrito and it was a unique twist. The pastrami was flavorful and affordable, however presentation still needs to be worked on.

I wouldn't come here again. The music was too loud, and it was hard to order items. When we walked in we sat down at a table, but we did not receive any service, so we had to sit at the bar. We ordered the Irish Reuben burrito, and the red potato chips. It took a long time, we think the bartender forgot to put the order in, as he asked us about it later. When it arrived it was a ham and cheese soft tortilla panni. Yeah it had sauerkraut, and thousand island juice, but it was not a Reuben. It looked like a hot pocket, if hot pocket made hot wraps. (maybe they do) We tried to eat and have a few drinks but all the people doing shots and yelling in each others faces was too much. We had to wait a few minutes to get our bill, and i do not like having to give them my credit card to hold while i eat. Overall I would not go here, or advise anyone else to either. There are way better places.

Where did the pool tables go? Must have dim bulbs here, like most pubs. Corned beef burrito with Sauerkraut sucked. Plenny O'grisle and a pinch of kraut .Extremely greasy and cold fried potato medallions were real NASTY and inedible. They have a few dart boards... big deal. Went back to McGuires Irish pub for some really good food.

Great atmosphere and the ability to play pool and darts is pretty cool as well. The prices are pretty good for being where it is downtown. When I ordered food it somehow got lost in the confusion of the Saturday night, I mentioned it and the chef came out to apologize and then personally delivered my food shortly after. The food was great as well with a nice supply of Irish dishes. Overall an awesome place to go.

How is this place an Irish pub?

Really cool staff, nice layout. Seems like some of the bad reviews are from rival bars posting fake reviews, you know the accounts that have like no profile pics with 2 reviews.....Anyway I felt like I was in an episode of "Cheers" and was waiting for Norm to walk in. Very good prices on their drafts. You can bring in takeout food. Happy hour is BOGO on select drafts like Bud Light, etc. Really looking forward to coming back. I dont think you can smoke here which is a great thing, surprisingly nice CLEAN downstairs bathroom, (Seville take note) and they have pool tables upstairs. Great for happy hour, awesome for Gallery Night, sitting outside people watching, or Sunday Funday Football on their flat screen tvs. I actually prefer this place over World of Beer, ask for bartender Liz, she's awesome!!

Clean and friendly staff. I wish there was more of a irish theme to it though. Conveniently located in downtown close to the water and other restaurants and bars. Good selection of beers. Price wise. Ok. About the same as other local places in the downtown area.

My new favorite hotspot in Pensacola! I went to eat during happy hour yesterday, and I had a great experience. It was not crowded since I went during mid-afternoon, so it was a very chill atmosphere. Madison was our server, and she was super nice and attentive. I had the bacon burger sliders with red potato fries and creme brûlée beer (a very rare beer to find around town). My meal was EXTREMELY GOOD! I definitely will be back to try other things on their new menu soon.

Three of us visited O'Riley's Downtown Pub on 3/23, a Sunday evening. It wasn't crowded and no wait staff for table service. We were summoned to the bar to order. I ordered drinks, nice beer selection, and asked for a menu, but was told the bar didn't serve food. I noticed popcorn behind the bar, but was not offered any. We finished our drinks, left and do not plan any return visits.

It's pretty cool, playing darts in the back room . I do like this spot the only bummer for me is that this place is crawling with navy kids. Every now and then I go and its locals only which is nice but yeah for the most part this place has all the beer choices you can ask for and there are TV's everywhere if ya wanna catch a game.

The staff was friendly. Drinks were moderately priced, but pretty weak. They have beer cocktails which is interesting. Lots of beer selection, and TVs for watching sports. Good for happy hour or bar hopping. Patio tables out front are nice for people watching. Not overly memorable, but will probably be back.
