EXCELLENT. They catered both the pre-wedding dinner for family and the wedding reception. For the pre-wedding dinner we had a low country boil and salad and banana pudding. The food was amazing and wonderful and filling and plentiful. We had about 40 people and everything went smooth as silk. I did not hear one complaint. For the reception we had room temp foods because i hate hot food that gets lukewarm. So, we had a pig roast and 5 sides that were vegetarian. We had a tossed salad with strawberries and feta, coleslaw, cucumber salad (which was soooo good), roasted veggies, and baked apples. We had a lot of people and the food never ran out. For the pig they had some pre-pulled pork that was good but then they had an additional server that actually ripped the meat right off/out of the piggie. I've never had such good pork and I should have had seconds and thirds but I was busy dancing. One of the good things about using culinary Productions was that they can do it all. They provided linens (for a charge) and plates and silverware (built into the catering cost), without nickel and diming every step of the way. We I gave the staff the decorations and they got it set up so i didn't ever have to worry with that stuff. We also had them do the beer/wine. They provided 2 bartenders and came up with some unique wine choices. We're going to Portugal so we wanted an affordable Portuguese wine and they found some that was the same price point as Barefoot!

BEST caterer in town! AMAZING food! I'm salivating just thinking about their Beef Wellington and Crabcake Pizza! Also, the owner, Mike, is awesome! So if you want Phenomal food with great prices and wonderful service, Culinary Productions is your company.

You know how wedding food is usually terrible? Not ours. Our food was delicious! Everyone who attending the wedding bragged on how good everything was! Culinary Productions was so accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our day was perfect. I had visited with other caterers in town and they were rude about my $3K budget for catering but CP made it work! The servers were amazing and very attentive. They seemed happy to be there and that made the night go well. I had special requests that they were very attentive too (like no beer bottles) and when they ran out of glasses the bartender found me to make sure it was okay to hand out beer bottles. I was very impressed with how much they respected my wishes. They set up the tables just as requested. It was absolutely beautiful.
