I used to stop here at least once a week when I was at UWF...I had many biscuit-fueled days holed up in my little room in the library when I was in grad school. Service comes with a smile, but it doesn't frequently arrive in a speedy fashion. That was proved again a couple of weeks ago when a friend and I visited the drive-thru on our way to pick up some stuff for football day. We ordered stuff off of the menu board...straight orders, nothing special or unusual. The lady at the window took my payment, then told us to pull up to the white line. Ten minutes late and after a half-dozen cars had already ordered, paid, grubbed up, and decamped, I ventured inside and asked to where had my two steak and cheese biscuits disappeared. Three minutes later, after some grumbling like I was inconveniencing them, I was out the door with bag o' biscuits in my grip. WTF? Can I get an "I'm sorry" or some other consideration for my inconvenience? I'm glad that this location is not on my normal path of travel to anything important, or I'd really loose a rant upon their glacially-slow service. Pfft.
