Ate here again last night and it really is good for a quick dinner option especially if you have kids. Fettuccine Alfredo is good surprisingly. The breadsticks are amazing! Clean place decent service, quick and cheap!

This will not be the best Italian food in your life. The food is about what you would expect for a commercialized fast food Italian restaurant. The prices are super cheap and food is good, so as far as value for your money goes, it is a good deal and as an alternative to the usual quick, cheap, and edible options. The breadsticks have a good strong buttered garlic flavor and they are as fluffy and light as bread can be! A waitress walks around the dining area with a basket of breadsticks making them incredibly convienient and hard to turn down when they are right there! They offer pick two item five dollar lunches but the portions are a little small (It's okay because you will full up on breadsticks ).

I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Service is always good and fast, even in the drive thru. The pastas are great and super affordable. The sampler plate is under 5 dollars and is more than I can eat. Unlimited breadsticks when you dine in. They come around a lot to check on you. Once again, I've never had a bad fazolis experience!

i'll start off by saying this...it's an italian restaurant with a drive thru. the food isn't going to be spectacular, it's all already cooked. we don't have fazoli's in my hometown, and so i haven't eaten at one in probably 15 years (when i was a teenager), and we wanted something quick and close to the interstate. saw this fazoli's and pulled right in. fazoli's has really breadsticks and the customer service there was really, really good today. that's why i'm giving it 5 stars. have realistic expectations about the food, it's not even olive garden level, but it's less than 10 bucks, very fast, and the girls were all very nice. thanks

I went back a couple of weeks ago and went through the drive-thru. Ordered the baked spaghetti with meatballs, which was reasonably priced...less than $6, IIRC. Just a heads-up, if you don't want to be lectured like you're a naughty 6-year-old. Tell the person at the window if you want cheese and peppers *before* they ask you to pull up to wait for your order to be delivered. I didn't do that and had to withstand a broadside attack on my sensibilities because of my oversight. I won't make that mistake again. By the time that I got back to my friend's house, the spaghetti was still hot enough to burn my fingers. I know, I ate the food itself with a fork, but I had to get the aluminum pan of food out of the bag, and that pan had to be over 200 degrees. No lie, it was scorching. The spaghetti was tender, but not cooked to death. A bit more al dente would have been better, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Four meatballs were okay, not too soft and not too dense. The sauce was as I remembered it...bland and unremarkable in any way. The breadsticks were undercooked and doughy, but I didn't order those, so I didn't care about them. A better trip than last time, but still thoroughly mediocre and I got my tummy full for a lot less than before. Maybe I'll return in another year and a half...

Picked up takeout while in Pensacola today. This is my son's all-time favorite place. We are still so disappointed they pulled out of Mobile. He said this brought back childhood memories!

We were on a roadtrip and staying in a nearby motel when we dropped by to place our dinner takeout order. It took a while for us to order, and we could not decide what we wanted. I am sure we were very annoying. LOL. The manager who took our order was pretty patient with us. Additionally, we were even more annoying because we are moving to Okinawa, Japan and won't have access to US fast food like this, so we wanted to make the most of this visit and wanted to indulge. So after going back and forth and being very indecisive and finally placing a large to go order during their last hour of being open, the manager put our order together. We got fairly fast service. In fact, our order was ready only a few minutes after we got drinks for eight people with their fun new Coke machine... the one with all the flavors and the touchscreen... LOVE that machine! The manager explained that all the other Fazolis in Florida have closed and this is the one Fazolis left in Florida. Sad. We were starved after a day at the beach, and greatly enjoyed our hot, delicious Fazolis meal, but we also appreciated that the manager took the time to thank my husband for his service in the military. I would stop here again if we were in the area. I am not a fan of fast food in general, but I think it's amazing to be able to stop and grab a hot plate of pasta after a long day at the beach and go relax in the motel next door.

I don't get the negative reviews. you can not compare this place to olive garden or carrabba's. Fazolis should be compare to other fast food restaurants. the value is GREAT and I had the carbornia pasta and it was really good. the Pensacola location is the last fazolis in Florida. The customer service was way above average for a fast food restaurant. This is a must do for families. hate to lose this one.

This was a very delightful surprise. Saw this place last week while visiting the area for work. I'm back again this week for a couple of days and decided to stop in. Had the Monday trio special and it was great for a meal and drink that cost less than $7. This is better than some "Authentic Italian" places that I've tried. This is the best I've ever had by no means but it is the best I've had for this price.

Very impressive for a fast food restaurant. Everything was clean and the workers were kind and friendly. The food portions were just right. Free breadsticks were brought to the tables. Will recommend to others.

The thing is about this food is I'm not holding it up in comparison to Olive Garden, and I'm sure it is probably as good. Thats just not saying much, and I'm sure that a microwave pasta is as good as either. The pizza is just a thick heinous mess, and does not resemble any particular American style of pizza. Pizza could be sold by the slice as decent fast food, but this isn't it.

The building has a strange odor and the food is just sad.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
