As far as ice cream/gelato stores in a mall's food court go, the people working behind the counter in this one make all the difference. Tonight was their "free cone day" from 4pm to 8pm, and my daughter and I got there around 7pm, so figure they've been dealing with all of us greedy-grabby free-loaders for 3+ hours. There was about 10 people behind the counter, and every last one of them was smiling and laughing as they took orders or scooped ice cream for the 50 or so people standing in line. Some were even singing and dancing, and their good mood was infectious, because everyone waiting in line was smiling, too. How often do you see people smiling in line? Not even at Disney World. I'm sure you're familiar with their product, so I won't go into much detail on that front, other than to say it's great. My daughter and I both had the black cherry & amaretto gelato on waffle cones. At another time in my life, I would have surely gotten back in line to scam another one. Good thing we all grow up ....... eventually!

I love this Starbucks! The staff is always so welcoming ( and they know all of the regulars names) and they remember my crazy drink requests. They handle crowds well and make sure that we are happy. It's my home away from home (at breakfast time) and an essential stop on my way to work. I love my free refills on iced coffee (I am a gold card member). Thanks to the staff and great management who work so hard and care about their customers.
A nice and tidy little Starbucks. Still, $5 for a pumpkin flavored mochafrappelatte? No thanks. I am content with a grande Cafe Americano for 2 bucks and change. It's like coffee's mean step-sister, and it does the job just fine.
It's Starbucks, but the staff makes the difference! They are very friendly, personable, and aim to please always. We will drive out of the way just to go to this one.

Been to many SB around the country and this the ONLY one that will serve your coffee in a MUG. It makes the coffee/latte taste a zillion times better. Again plenty of near parking, lines are long but quick in AM. Staff is friendlyish. Tend to hold things up when they r deeply involved in talking to friends who visit. Dont rush u out of store
This is the Starbucks I always go to and my drink is always the same. I love how no matter who makes it, it never seems to vary. I get the caramel frappe everytime. The staff is young and hip. My favorite part is that they spell my name right everytime.
What a great experience sty this Starbucks. I ordered a large Caramel Frappuccino and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The server was a really cool girl and super friendly. That is expected sty all the Starbucks and this one didn't disappoint. I was completely blown away by the freshness and softness of the toasted bagel. I mean it was really good. The frap was full and rich with the right amount of whipped cream. This Starbucks had plenty of seating too. There are two areas of stuffed leather chairs and several tables but not too close together to make it obtrusive. I world recommend this Starbucks and will come here again. It is located next to Outback Steakhouse. There is plenty of parking nearby as well.

My wife and I stopped in for dessert after having lunch. What a great place! The taste testing only served to whet our appetite. The flavors were tasty. The Raspberry Sorbet exploded on my taste buds, We had a choice of two flavors in the regular size cup. This was more than enough to satiate our need for gelato. Paul, the owner is passionate about his gelato! His personalized attention to every customer and knowledge of his craft make this a must visit when in the Palm Beach Gardens area!
I love coffee and I love dessert. Here I got a salted caramel gelato topped with expresso. Let me just say the salted caramel was out of this world. The staff was outgoing and handled all the customers in a quick yet accurate manor. The service was definitely five stars. Next time I'll try the Nutella or chocolate mint. It could make me reevaluate this review and make it five stars.
Stopped here randomly while driving to south Florida on Memorial Day. It was 9pm so I was surprised to find a dessert place open so late. Conveniently located right off 95 in front of the PGA mall. We tried the lemon sorbet and stracciatella gelato. The stracciatella gelato is otherworldly. It's plain gelato with flakes of chocolate that simply melts in your mouth. The lemon sorbet is also amazing and so refreshing. So glad we found this place! Can't wait to stop by on our frequent trips from south Florida to the treasure coast.

We got tickets on Living Social, at $55 for VIP entrance to the event. Let me tell you, it was totally worth it!! At check-in, we were given a wristband with 10 detachable numbers. Each number corresponded with one food truck, where you could trade your number in for one of three dishes they were serving (technically one of the three offerings were meant for children, but at some trucks those seemed like the most appetizing options). So $55 divided by 10 = about $5.50 a truck, which is probably less than you would spend for a dish anyway. Add to that the PGA's food truck, which had unlimited servings of mac and cheese and Bear Claw ice cream cones (which was one of my favorite things of the day!). And a Kuerig truck that gave you unlimited iced teas and coffees! Plus, since we were VIP, we had access to the VIP tent which offered unlimited pours of alcoholic beverages and sparkling waters - it was all definitely worth the price of admission. It wasn't too crazy packed, and even though it was a bit of an extravagant expense, in the end we deemed it well worth it!
What a hot event! Literally :) Of course, I was there to pig out and see what they had in store. 10 food trucks got together to give the customers what they do best. All of the food I had was fantastic. When we got there around noon, it was starting to get hot and we were ready to chow down on some food. Thanks to Yelp and Blue for the tickets (YAY!). We stopped by to say hi to Ashley at the tent and we were off to start the adventure. There was a VIP tent for an additional charge that offered drinks, but we didn't go there. Our wristbands had detachable numbers for us to redeem at each food truck to get the food item we wanted. The numbers were collected by the JROTC members and it was very organized. Most of the trucks were quick to serve the food and the people working on those trucks were deserve a standing ovation for cooking for all of us in the scorching weather today. It was nice to sit down and eat the food in the shade while enjoying the breeze as well. Gotta love South Florida! Here were some of my favorites: Keurig - Strawberry pomegranate! The drinks kept me hydrated throughout the entire time. I probably would have passed out if it wasn't for them. BC Tacos - BBQ pulled pork taco topped with coleslaw and corn and the chicken ceasar taco. Che Grill - BBQ pork empanada and Choripan (Argentinean sausage sandwich) Cheesezilla - Steak and cheese sandwich and the classic grilled cheese with white and yellow American mac/cheese InspirAsian - Fierce Bulgogi Chicken (savory pan fried chicken breasts marinated with a Korean BBQ sauce on top of lettuce, cucumber, and carrots dressed with teriyaki sauce Parabas Grill - Green Chile Cheese Steak Tacos (thin sliced ribeye steak, caramelized onions, chiles, and white cheese The car show was neat. I'm not a big car freak, but it was pretty cool to see all the cars on display and to vote on the best custom car. The new black and red Corvette got my eyes and my vote. They even had a military helicopter to check out as well. I'm glad my husband and I was able to attend this event to pig out and to have a great time. Ah, we were about to burst on the way out and are still stuffed from all of the delicious comfort food. Hell yea!
That was some afternoon! This was a great event, in all respects. #1 - It was very well organized. We got there about an hour in. While I won't say that there was "plenty" of parking, there was adequate parking that was close enough to the venue to not need a canteen and tent. There were not a ton of people in line and the ones that were, were handled quickly and efficiently. We picked up our tickets and headed onward. The trucks were spaced out enough that you weren't crowded and most of them were in a shady area, rather than all sitting in the blazing sun. There were quite a few tables around, but we could never find a good place to sit in the shade. People tended to find a table and just sit there for the afternoon. #2 - The classic car show. This was really cool. I don't have a big interest in cars, but it was truly fun to see some of the ones on display. My daughter got to see a real Model T with the crank engine. You could vote for your favorite and my vote went to the classic Woody! This was such a cool car! I've seen replicas, but I don't think I've ever seen the real thing before. This one had gorgeous curly maple inlay along with a dark wood (I think maybe walnut), and a perfectly matched surfboard perched on top. I'm pretty sure the Beach Boys were playing in my head. I would so LOVE to be able to bring this car home! I wish they had been spaced a little bit apart, so I could have gotten good pics, but they were all packed in fairly tight. There was also a military helicopter. Looking inside was sort of a surreal experience, thinking about all the young men who have flown into war zones in this cramped space, just to protect the rest of us. #3 - The VIP tent. This was a spacious area and provided a nice respite from the heat. There were plenty of wines and beers to taste, along with some hard liquors and sodas. Something for everyone. I tried a spiced whiskey that was really good, and I'm not a big fan of whiskey. It was great to be able to pop in and sample anything we wanted, whenever we wanted it. #4 - The FOOD! Oh my! What can I say?? There were 10 food trucks and we got a sample from each. I use the term "sample" loosely, as it could be anything from a plate of salad to a couple of small skewers. We ate our way through all ten food trucks. Yes, we sacrificed ourselves for 2 1/2 hours of carefully paced eating. While nearly everything we tried was good, there were some that were definitely better. "Da Bacon Beast" from Burger Shack was a nearly perfect slider. The flavor was everything you could want in a burger; juicy, perfectly seasoned, a nice amount of bacon flavor. It was a bit underdone for me, but that's just a taste thing. My food truck favorite was the Choripan from Che Grill. This wonderful Argentine sausage sandwich was goodness on a bun. The garlicky sausage and flavorful bread needed nothing for improvement. Oddly, my best bite of the day went to Fresh Market! They didn't have a truck, but were serving an amazing meatball sandwich from a small tent. I forgot to write down the description, but I believe it was a Korean meatball with a Siracha slaw on top. It was heaven on a bun! All in all, it was a terrific event. I hope we'll get to go back next year!

Great lunch! Again today I was totally impressed with our lovely waitress & the fabulous food. I had the quiche of the day with a salad & my hubby had "Chicken of the Gods" Panini. I dream about the house made potato chips. Can't wait to come back!
Alaina a huge thank you to you and your staff for making our One Year Cancer Free Party so much sweeter! The custom order Bacon & Bourbon and Mountain Dew cupcakes were a hit! Truly a little bite of heaven in each cupcake!

The wife and I went here for our anniversary, and we were very impressed! When I made the reservation, they asked if we were celebrating anything. When we arrived, the table had some decorations and a rose waiting for us. They gave us a complimentary sample of their tuna steak with corn relish. It was delicious. I ordered the porterhouse steak, my wife had the citrus salmon, and we split a lobster Mac and cheese. Everything was fantastic! They then brought us a complimentary dessert with "Happy Anniversary" stenciled on the plate with chocolate! The little touches went a long way in my book. I'd definitely recommend coming here for a special occasion!
I've been to many capital grills, from Chicago to California. This is by far the WORST capital grill I've been to. Of course part of it , is it's Florida and no one keeps them accountable. I ordered the Chilean sea bass $44 it was over cooked & dry (really hard to do) The baked potato was stale like it was from yesterday and re-heated. I'm not going back here any time soon. Time to shake up that kitchen staff..... Not impressed at all!
I have been to Capital Grille's across the US from Seattle to DC and have only had one really lousy experience in Kansas City. This trip we were seated outside, even though we had a reservation at the Capital Grill. Unfortunately the wind was blowing 30-40 mph and it was actually cold! One of us had a medium well Delmonico and the other has a medium rare Delmonico; however, they both came out the same. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was a great side. Food: 2 star Service: 1.5 star Ambiance: 1-5 star depending on if you are in or out and the weather conditions Price: $175 for 3 There's better places in the West Palm Beach area.

We have been there a few times when they first opened and within a year after. The first time we stood in the entrance for a few minutes and no one said a word to us. It was absolutely dead and we were just flat out ignored. We left. We came back with family on another occasion and we're promptly sat. Maybe a bad day that day. The food is amazingly mediocre. The spicy tuna roll was one the worst I have had. The fried rice was bland and boring. I only have been there since because those family members like it. I wouldn't go my own. Others seem to enjoy it but my pallette for Asian fusion is limited since I am not much of a curry or fish fan. So take my review with a grain of salt.
My daughter and I ate here last night and we will be back MANY times! The sushi was delicious and the service was perfect! Our server was very attentive and pleasant. We never found ourselves looking for him as he checked on us frequently. The food was out quickly and was perfect! AND they had gluten free soy sauce!!! A must for us as we are both allergic! Lastly the price was great!! We had 4 rolls and an appetizer and the bill was barely over $30. My new favorite sushi spot!! :)
Really good food and service today at lunch! My husband and I swung in here for a rare lunch together in PBG. The lunch specials are $12 and offer your choice of an entree + a roll OR just two rolls. We both opted for an entree + roll. We didn't even need to open up the regular menu because there were so many options available as part of the lunch specials. My pad thai with tofu was scrumptious, and I appreciate when I'm given the choice of steamed or fried tofu. I also ordered the shrimp tempura roll which which was larger than I expected. while my husband ordered the shrimp and rice with a dynamite roll. His shrimp were really prawns as they were huge! The dynamite roll was not skimpy and was uber tasty. Additionally, guests receive a choice of miso soup or salad with ginger dressing. Though $12 isn't a cheap lunch, the portions were large, and we both took leftovers with us. The bathrooms here are clean as well, and that always counts for something! Given the good service, good food, and cleanliness of the place, I'll surely come back.

Love love love! First tried when I moved to Palm Beach five years ago and still go often. The lobster pad Thai is amazing along with all the curry dishes. Has been packed a few times which was annoying but just need to have a reservation. This is a must visit for authentic Thai in Palm Beach!
I like this place for dining in AND taking out. I find their portion sizes for takeout to be incredibly generous and I am always left with extras for the next day!
I like this place but am annoyed that I called at 4:45pm and they told me they couldn't take my take-out order until 5pm and that I would have to call back.

Brooklyn Water Bagel

I had an open afternoon and decided to give Brooklyn Water Bagel's menu a shot. I ordered a Brooklyn sandwich... egg, bacon, sausage, ham, and American cheese on an everything bagel. It took 10 minutes from the time I ordered it until delivery. The sandwich looked like a mess, but most breakfast sandwiches do. The bagel was delish. Nice and salty the way a good everything bagel should be. Still, i think I've decided that bagels are not the best delivery system for a sandwich like this. It tasted great, don't get me wrong, but with every bite the sandwich innards would squoosh out making it actually quite hard to eat as a sandwich. I wound up using a fork at the end to finish up all the stuff that fell out. A good experience. I will certainly be back, but maybe I will just stick with cream cheese.
Coffee here is great especially with the coffee ice cubes and the sandwichs and bagels are good. Only problem is the price.
*Update - they brought in a guy named Josh from another store, and it had a huge impact. His first order of business was apparently requiring all employees to chug a six-pack of Red Bull at the start of their shift (he prob downs twice that). The guy looks you in the eye, SHAKES YOUR HAND IN A BAGEL STORE, and asks how everything is. He'll probably be running the company in six months. Major difference in service gets it bumped up by two stars. Well done by all.
