Just your typical Chinese Buffet. They've got a 'Mongolian Bar' and a sushi bar, and I guess a standard selection of other foods. Other Chinese Buffets in the area are better - China Sea in Milton, and there's another down 90 over the bridge in Pensacola. The ambiance of this place is a little nicer, and although the food wasn't bad, I probably won't be making my way back to this one again.

I'm honestly glad I only went and wasted 8 dollars compared to taking both my boys there, the service leaves so much to be desired as well as sushi and food. Food was practically a miss there and it had JUST opened...

Not impressed. Read the reviews and tried them out today for lunch. Slow service, food was not refilled, sushi looks like it was 'stale' and 'plastic'. Only thing I ate was the hibachi which was ok. We won't be going back, we'll drive into Pensacola, Chow Tyme is the place to go.

Typical Chinese buffet with a few extras for kids. However, they have a Hitachi. All the ingredients for this is very fresh and there is no extra charge, you can leave tips if you would like. They also have basic sushi but my husband always eats the sushi and loves it. One of the best Chinese buffets we have been to in the area!

Great place to eat. Fresh and very clean. Habachi is awesome. And the service was fantastic. We will more than likely eat here again.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INTERVENE!!! This USED to be good. Not true anymore. Sushi was FROZEN and it was supposed to be fresh. The piece I had was frozen, fried! Can you imagine that taste? Gross. I have eaten at this place since they opened. The quality has gone so far down. My favorite is the egg drop soup. Last night I had to spit it out. THEY USED SPOILED CHICKEN! We are foodies and I know the taste and smell of spoiled chicken. I was backed up that it was spoiled by others at our table. BEWARE. that could kill a child. They have went from quality to bad. Look around, the waitress area was filthy and your drink glasses are right beside the garbage plates. Like that ice cream? How many people have touched the scoops without them being cleaned? We couldn't get the waitress to understand the soup was dangerous because she could not speak English. We told the manager but she left the product on the line after three people complained.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
