Nice, but they don't serve bacon! Never making that mistake again!

The store first off doesn't sell bacon. Secondly they are so very rude and full of sass that is be embarrassed to manage them! Quick to talk down and the management was no kinder! I'm actually surprised that my multiple bad food and experience from this branch that it's still a business.

A lot of people mention no bacon. Blame the hospital that leases the location. They push their religious agenda and state that the location can't serve bacon. Other than that, the employees are always friendly. I sometimes stop by before they close and have never been turned away. Fries are always hot and fresh too. Only complaint is sometimes the wrapper around the sandwiches is a little greasy and I feel like I have to wash my hands.

0 stars. I stayed in the hotel across the street this summer. Me and three girl friends went over to Wendy's for a late night snack around 1:45. (You know, cause they have that slogan, "Eat great, even late") They were closing at 2 that evening. Since my hotel and Wendy's literally shared the same parking lot, we tried to just walked up to the window. The woman told us that we needed to be in a car. So I got my car and drove up to the window. The woman who was standing there from before saw me pull up, and walked away. I gave her about a minute to come back before I started calling out, "Hellooo?" -- It was ten minutes until 2:00, I didn't want them to delay me long enough to then tell me they were closed. So I started tapping on the glass. A minute later I started knocking on the glass. Finally, a young man came out from the corner, he saw me, and looked like a deer in headlights as he walked backwards out of sight. I couldn't believe it. Ten minutes before they close, and they're HIDING from their patrons! Against my better judgement, I decided to knock for about about two minutes straight so that someone would come. They never did. I went back the next day to inform the manager, and he was very helpful. He told me that he would definitely be taking care of that issue and that he personally prefers to stop serving at 2:05, because everyone's watches are different. I hope they're doing better, but this was definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

No bacon (WTF!) = No Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger = No thanks. Apparently this Wendy's is on land leased from the 7th Day Adventist church (and apparently they don't eat pork) so this particular Wendy's doesn't serve any pork, which sucks! I mean, Wendy's is fast-food and 3-stars at best, and this place automatically loses 1-star for the whole "no bacon" thing.

This is absolutely not one of the 'best' Wendy's locations I've been to. Yes, they have no bacon, but I'm not even factoring that flaw into their rating. They are extremely slow at one of the two points (lunch-dinner) of the day in which you would think they are expecting the most traffic. If there is a line about 15-20 deep that is going through the door, you may want to consider adding a second cashier. Somehow even with only one order coming at a time, the kitchen still manages to fall behind and create a crowd of about 4-5 waiting for their order. Mind you, most people in the area are on a timed lunch and can't afford to spend 20-25 minutes waiting for "fast" food.

A lady was cleaning a nearby table and only wiped part of it. Clearly they don't take this seriously. And their wifi is locked, WTF.

...NO BACON sold in this location! Really??? That's just plain ridonculous! Contact your Congressman TODAY! Let's collectively request a shut down of this fake, hypocritical and society-damaging bacon-less store.

Even during lunch rush the staff is polite and efficient. The counter host took my name and called me a minute later with my order. I like that personal touch. No need to treat me like a number. The dinning room was clean, even though the place was hopping busy. I had the premium cod sandwich and it turned out to be the best fish sandwich I have enjoyed in a long time. Miss Wendy seems to have it together with a tight ship and crew. I have to mention the fabulous ample parking with easy entry and exit.

Other than no bacon, it's wendys. Its not the cleanest or newest, but its not filthy. Food is about average for Wendy's...all depending on how much the person cooking it cares that day. I guess that they signed their lease before the bacon craze hit, so this whole controversy was a non issue back in the day...

Food was fine. Due to a clause in their lease agreement, this location says they cannot serve pork products. So you won't find bacon cheeseburgers here!

I had no idea that this Wendy's did not serve bacon, as the previous reviewers pointed out. However, that's not why I'm giving it a 2-star review. I was recently here and went to the drive-through late to pick up something to eat since not much else close-by was open. After I got to the pick-up window, I was told that what I wanted to order was not ready and that, if I still wanted it, I'd have to wait about 5 minutes until it was prepared. I didn't really mind that, although it was a little unexpected and inconvenient. I drove over to the side of the parking lot and waited for my food to be brought out to me, and as I was waiting a guy walked up to my car and started asking me for money, and using a story about how he left his debit card in Lake Mary and needed some gas money so he could drive up there and pick it up. I would've been sympathetic and given him a dollar, maybe, but unfortunately for him I'd experienced his act before. The same guy used the same story on me at the 7-11 just down the street (jct. Princeton and Orange) maybe a month or so prior. So, I had to deal with him again because a) the food wasn't ready when it should have been and b) the store manager didn't do anything about people loitering in the parking lot late at night. The manager did come out to bring me the food I'd waited for and then began talking to the loiterer/beggar as I drove away, so maybe he told him to leave at that point. Anyway, this was just too weird an experience for me. Also, on previous visits to this Wendy's, I had to wait for my food ... so this one instance of having to wait was not the only time. The food is fine and the people are nice enough, but I don't know why I regularly have to wait for food here. I'm almost better off just driving to The Hideaway and getting a hamburger there. I'm not sure I'll be going back to this location since I don't enjoy waiting very long for food like this and don't like being harassed by strangers as I'm waiting.

We stopped by to try the New Natural Cut Fries. A big thumbs down. They were greasy and soggy. I suppose the frier was not hot enough, even though it was noon.

Why can't you give zero stars...worst Wendy's experience ever. Can I have onions, "no, we don't got em"...can I large size my meal, "no, we don't got large cups"...can I have Coke to drink, "no, we don't got none". And to top it all off, they don't serve any pork products (bacon) but don't formally tell you that, they just tape white paper over half of their menu and look at you like your an idiot when you ask for a Baconator. Look around for the manager to get some help, ha good luck with that one. I will be placing a phone call to corporate about this one.
