The girl at the drive through does not know how to even pretend to act slightly enthusiastic when working in customer service. I might as well have been talking to a corpse with extreme lipliner. Nor do they know how to make an acceptable junior bacon cheeseburger. Bread was dry and I had a barely visible piece of lettuce and tomato. Looking on the bright side, at least the lettuce wasn't crumpled up and brown?

Just opened recently... Sunday afternoon.. No one there, they got the burger wrong, took it back, wrong again! Cold fries. Won't go back.

The drive thru staff were friendly. Can't really mess up a frosty, nothing to say here! The fries (it's 6:50pm on a Tues) tasted like they were an hour old and cooked in grease that fried an old man's boot. Seriously, how hard is it to keep a fryer clean and serve fresh product?? We won't be back to this location. The new store on Colonial near Avalon is first rate for fast food!!

Although this is the best tasting fast food around it's service will Be it's destruction you will spend 6 to 7 dollars on a quality meal and not receive what you paid for instead you'll receive one Patty instead of the two you ordered and when you call to let them know about their mistake they will tell you to call back in 10 minutes because they're too busy to deal with you right now

Really bad service here. I go to fast food a lot and I know what to expect. When I say "really bad service", I mean very below-average service relative to fast food. Long story short: you will approach an empty cash register at 5pm, then someone will show up and yell across the room for someone else to get up there and serve you, who will make excuses to each other before noticing the customer and ending with a "are you okay?" Fast food has very high turnover with their labor. That is normal. If you can't find someone who can give you average service during the lunch/dinner hours, despite all that turnover, that is one of the biggest red flags a business can have. It speaks volumes about who or what is managing this place. This is also not the greatest corner plaza. People regularly get rear-ended (or close enough) as they take that right turn off University immediately after the green light. It's impossible to make a reasonably fast (for Floridians) right turn because of that absurd hill / speed bump. I noticed they recently bulldozed and rebuilt this place. It won't bring me back. If they actually redid the entire staff as well, fine, but they'll hafta earn a reputation back the hard way (or from tourists, or people who think every Wendy's is the same just because it has the name "Wendy's" on the building).
