Awful customer service, dirty cafe, seemingly lazy workers. While sitting in the cafe, two team members were complaining about a group of customers that had just left the cafe. They could have used that time and energy to clean dirty tables and counters. Corporate should really evaluate this place.

This is my closest Wendy's, i stop in about once or twice a month. i usually eat in the dining room. i've never noticed it being dirty like others have mentioned. i enjoy their food... the one time i was served cold fries, i returned them the was given fresh hot fries... Their strawberry lemonade is excellent! My biggest problem is with the staff that work the counter. They aren't motivated... Many of them have heavy accents and are hard to understand... i had a very pleasant experience at the drive thru tonight. i ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. i was informed it would be a 6 min wait or I could have another type of chicken. i said I'd wait... they were very apologetic and even gave me a Frosty while i waited!

I like a fast food joint every now and then. This place, yah not so much. There was absolutely no one in this place, my guess it because it was filthy. There were at least 5 people standing around doing nothing and the place was just dirty. Hello pick up a rag and start cleaning! There are flies all over, they even have a bug light on the inside. I've never been inside a Wendy's this bad. Where there are flies I'm sure there were maggots.. blahhh!!! Stay far away from this nasty place!

Stopped in here on Friday afternoon for a late lunch. This is the first time I have been here since it has been renovated. I am not too thrilled with the partition dividing the dining area from a lounge area featuring a big screen television and lounge chairs. It makes the dining area look smaller and feels more cramp. Especially when you get the family of ten sitting next to you. Along with a couple of the neighbor's kids in tow. And as for the lounge area, I think it takes away more dining space. Especially if you have a group "just hanging" while refilling their drink cups from the new Coca-Cola freestyle machine. As for the food, my order was served fast, and my food was hot. Service was also friendly. There is also a small counter area along the front window where patrons can sit and watch pedestrians attempt to cross the intersection of Conway and Hoffner while eating their Wendy's hot and juicy. And if you are familiar with this intersection, you know what I am talking about. Wi-fi is also available, and their drive-thru window is always open late. And if you are going to this Wendy's on foot and trying to cross the intersection, then the best of luck to you!

Having been recently remodeled (as of writing date), this Wendy's looks very clean and tidy. Service was fast and accurate, too. There isn't much to say about the menu, it's the same as any other Wendy's (or as any other fast food burger place, for that matter). However, the nuggets were a bit cold (just the nuggets).
