Service was so so. My order was wrong I sent it back and they added to what I was suppose to get on my burger on the same burger. Always makes me nervous sending food back. No apology or manager to come over and apologize. Also my daughter got the wrong meal and the waitress asked after if she ordered the wrong meal. We got charged and corrected for an adult meal and was delivered a child meal. Now I see why Friday's are going out of business. Management not the staff care about customer service. Also when you walk out of a place it's always nice to be thanked.

Worst experience at TGIF's in over 20 years of going. Once seated, I waited over 20 minutes for a simple beer. The appetizer NEVER came out, the food was subpar and my wife got food poisoning which ruined one of our few vacation days. I will never spend another $ at one of their restaurants again. Life is too short to eat sh!t!!!

Tonight My husband drove 20 min just to pick up my take out when he brought it home my food was wrong and they charged me for food that I didn't order! So I called the manager he was nice but said bring it back and I'll fix ur salad and ur bill so u will only have to pay for your salad I was like ugh ok I just drive 20 min and I felt I should have got it free ur the ones that screwed up so I was like whatever went back got the right salad and paid full price for my salad... Then I got home started eating my food and there is a f-ing hair in my damn salad that was it im done I will not go back!!!!

Two stars that is being generous. When we first entered it was 830 pm there were two hostesses waiting and greeted us. We were a party of 4,there was only one couple waiting to be seated. It was a little bit disorganized as they didn't know what to do, we were asked 5 times(yes I counted) how many were in our party. It was busy not packed as I saw a lot of empty tables We were seated after 5-10min of waiting all the way to the back of the restaurant near the restrooms. We were seated no mentioned about specials or anything from the hostess that seated us just gave us our menus and left 10minuted our served finally showed up to get our drink order. Again no mention about any drink specials I had to ask about them. I ordered a pink pun martini it was vodka cranberry juice poured over cotton candy.sounded yummy and server said it was very sweet, my friend got a cocktail with orange flavored vodka and some juice. 10-15 min later our drinks arrived mine tasted like orange yuck I returned it and got a melon drink. We ordered our food when the first drinks came out I got a medium flat iron steak with Parmesan fries (yum) and Mac and cheese(better the next day) Friend at the table ordered the same steak only medium rare Another friend ordered appetizer wings and the last friend ordered the Friday shrimp. Fast forward to about a half hour later our food started to arrive the shrimp the the two steaks, the chicken was still missing.. As I cut open my steak it was bright red not medium we were all starving at this point I wasn't going to say anything until I tried a bite it was burnt. My friend that ordered the same steak cut his open and it was medium the switched our steaks. We told the server she apologized (still no chicken wings for my friend) she immediately ordered us new steaks ( which took another 30min about) at that time everyone else was done with their meals as we just got ours. It was a friends birthday so she ordered her free birthday dessert she got the chocolate brownie that was topped with ice cream fudge and nuts. Looked yummy if you are looking for them to sing happy birthday to you well they don't.. I would recommend this place if you have over two hours to waste as we did not and do not want fast service then come here. I do not recommend this restaurant as they lack customer service management prescience and getting the orders correct

Popped into this location because it was close to our hotel. Service was slow and lacking. Our glasses were never refilled, salads came out with our entree and the orders were wrong. Food was sent back which took even longer to come back out, when it did it was cold. Very disappointed in this location.

After leaving the Fridays right near Sea World with some if the worst customer service i have ever experienced, we went to the one near Universal Studios Orlando off of Kirkman. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Eli was our server, as polite as could be. The food came out so fast, and so fresh, and he was already on top of putting in a refill order as they set the first plates down. Night and day difference between the two locations. Maybe they should send some staff from this location to properly train the other one.

Went here a few days ago on a Friday and I gotta say I was not impressed. I've been to this location before and have had a range of good to great service. All in all I was there for about two hours and not by choice. Also the drinks were a bit on the pricey side for the amount given. Not a terrible location but service has to speed up.

Great food. Fast, good service. We were seated fairly quickly considering how packed it was. Server was very on top of things and refilled my drink several times without me even having to notice it. Would definitely come back.

This TGIFridays was attached to my hotel. I used them three times. 2 stars is.. about average for each visit. The first use was room service. I used the number on the dial, no answer, it rang to front desk and she routed me to them - so why have a room service button in the first place? I placed my order - noting that the page in the menu said that - GRATUITY IS INCLUDED- When the food was delivered, it was right, and it was OK, the person delivering was expecting a tip. When I explained what the menu said, she told me that "Oh no, that's just the service fee..." .... Ok. The 2nd stop was breakfast the next morning. They offer a buffet for everyone. The hotel said it was $10, The menu said $10.99, beverages separate. It offered standard fare, but it took 7 minutes to be seated. While I stood up front, the person behind the bar refused to look at me, refused to acknolwdge my presence. FINALLY the one wait person in the dining area came and sat me, placing a menu down on a table and told me to go ahead and serve myself. I did, when I came back, the table I'd been seated at, had been cleared by the bus boy.. WTF? The food, was cold. The scrambled eggs, were cold. the bacon was only half cooked and cold, it was pretty nasty. The fruit was OK, and the french toast was ok. But the Coffee was Great. Third time, Dinner on Saturday. This was the only experience that was redeemable. I sat in the bar area, at a table near the window. I ordered the chicken skewers, no rice. they made that happen. However when I asked for additional dressing for my tomato & mozerella salad, it never came. The food was tasty and the temperatures were good. They aren't concerned about custmer service here, it's obvious.

If I could rate a negative number I definitely would. First we ordered Long Islands (Happy hour) and the tasted awful. The were sent back, but the next round wasn't any better. We ordered appetizers and they were finally bought to the table, but we didn't have any plates or silverware. We got our own, but our server finally bought some to the table 20 minutes later. I've always had crappy service here, so I don't know why I came back. Just avoid it completely and drive to the Friday's on Conroy.

Worst service ever. Waited forever and the place was empty. Finally Served our appetizers and were not provided silverware to eat it, then after quite some time were given plastic silverware. When we wished to order our entrees, the server did not return for at least 20 minutes. We had told him we were planning on ordering. No excuse, the place was not busy and we were near their stand and could hear them socializing. Left disappointed and hungry.

We are locals to the area. Okay service at the bar. Ran into some friends ata booth during our visit. Their server was a blonde female. They had been sitting for over twenty minutes waiting for beers they ordered and hadnt placed a food order. Server walker by multiple times and didnt acknowledge them even after multiple attempts of trying to get her attention. This was our first visit to this location and we probably wont be back. Our half off appetizers were mediocre.

We came here because it was one of the restaurants closest to the Holiday Inn we were staying at, and our room card entitled us to a free appetizer. Our server was very, very aggressive when it came to pushing drinks. It was rather annoying. I mean, I get that the bar is part of the attraction of the restaurant, but if I've already ordered a lemonade I shouldn't be harassed for five more minutes about 'upgrading' to an alcoholic beverage. Portions are large and the food arrived piping hot. I had the Dragonfire Salmon and it was pretty good. The rice and vegetables seemed like afterthoughts; the broccoli was limp and unappetizing. Even though I couldn't finish even half of my entree - I was just too full! - the server bugged us about dessert repeatedly. Dude, I get that your tips are bigger if we order more food, but I'm not interested! So while I intially would have given TGI Friday's a 3 for being an OK, serviceable restaurant I had to knock off a star for the disappointing customer service.

Service was awful. Waiter took order and forgot to place in computer. Waited 45 minutes to get served. Most of our party had chicken. We all got sick. We got diarrhea and one of us even began throwing up. The soda was flat and the water tasted like chlorine. Never go to this TGI Friday.
