We love this place. We got lost in Orlando after leaving Disney and Yelp suggested this strip mall restaurant when we searched for Peruvian. We love Mario's Peruvian in LA, and Pollo a la brasa aka Tati's satisfied our cravings. They have jalea de pescado; we requested jalea de mariscos instead, which was not on the menu. The owner gladly obliged and the result was delicious. The ceviche is superb, with fresh ingredients and a nice balance in flavor, not overly acidic. The Peruvian tamales were ethereal and I wish I could have had ten of them. My mouth waters as I'm writing this. The papa huancaina was something we've never had before, and it was surprisingly delicious despite the humble ingredients. We wanted to try the pollo a la brasa cooked in an oven imported from Peru; however, we were stuffed at this point. The owner was gregarious, funny, proud, and passionate about her cuisine. Highly recommended and a must go in Orlando. The place is hard to find, but it's located next to an oddly named baby store called "Macro Baby" and bordered at the other end by a day care center.

The food was good. Jalea de pescado was great. Chicha morada was home made. I would definately come back.

It was delicious!!! It was hard to find because it is in a shopping plaza off sandlake rd. actually....it's next door to a child care and there is an outback steakhous and sprint store in the plaza. Also, the name of the resaurant is not Tai's anymore, it's Pollo a la brasa! I'm peruvian and the chicken was deliciouis, the size of the meal was not bad. I bought half a chicken and it fed myself and my husband who became a FAN of their Lomo Saltado (PEruvian beef stir-fry) They also had chicha morada, que rico, and maza morra! I've been to China hut which is DELICOUS and right down the road from this restaurant. I definitely will come back to Tati', oh also it is small inside..but it's a great mom and pop restaurant. Vive Peru! Que Rico pollito!
