Place used to be good but has gone down hill. Really bad service. They are not very accomedating to simple requests. Stay away on weekends.

Great service almost all the time when I come here. Bartender this time because I'm alone and sat here. Lol So she gave me some good advice on wings and promptly asked me if I needed more ranch and then gave me extra napkins quickly when I asked. All of them are super nice and helpful. No complaints

We went here for my daughter's 21st birthday. We arrived at 10:30pm on a Saturday night with 5 people and the entire left side of the dining area had no one sitting in it. We told them we would have about 10 more people coming in. They would not sit us until we had 3 more people. After 3 more people showed up, they said they could not sit us at one table until everyone showed up but they would sit us at different tables so we could at least order. After everyone was there, we asked if we could finally get one table and was told that they could only make a table for 10! Everyone sat at 3 different tables. :( This is the second Friday's I have been to with horrible service. IF you MUST go to a TGI Friday's (because sometimes you just have to have an ultimate long island and fried green beans!) , go to the one on Carrier Dr near Wet & Wild. Worth the drive for the best service.

Just not as good as it used to be. The chicken salad I got was ok, but the service was terrible. The hamburger wasn't even that good, and those are very hard to mess up! The server left us alone for long stretches of time and the food took forever, even though the restaurant was not crowded at all.

So maybe the table service isn't as great, but I can say without a doubt that the bartenders at Fridays are amazing at what they do. Stumbled in at 1am on a Wednesday (they close at 2am mind you). Expected crappy bar food and was thoroughly impressed with the recommendation of spinach dip and the spicy jalapeño burger, followed by wings. Kept us hungry, happy, and I wish hoppy but we stuck with wheat beers to be safe. Don't bother with the wait, if the bar is quiet go ahead and take a load off and order a drink. The bartender recommended a couple drafts that I was surprised I'd never heard of jai alai - try it!!!

Came in with my girlfriend for lunch before heading to work and we were greeted very well and our waiter was extremely nice and a great person with whom we interacted with for a while as he explained the tons of questions we were throwing at him about the new food and drink items (recommend the jackdaniels steak!). He had a great personality and was extremely helpful. Lunch was great but the prices for the menu Items are a little high for the amount they give you but the food tastes great. Don't know why this place has less than expected low ratings? I guess we were lucky or they unfortunate...still recommend it!

For being so close to UCF, this location is ran very well. The food never comes out with problems, and I get great service each time.

I never went to Friday's a lot growing up, but it is my boyfriends favorite place to eat. He loves their chicken fingers. I always order the petit sirloin with a side of Mac n Cheese. The Mac n' Cheese is amazing! We are stripes members and get so many free meals, appetizers, or desserts! Last week we both got our meals completely free.. Only had to pay a tip! If you frequent Fridays I deff. suggest becoming a member. We once went to Fridays with my boyfriends entire extended family and they let us put everyone's separate tabs on our stripes card. We got 4 free meals!!! Also, if you are using a stripes reward, say you eat a meal for free, they will still put that free meal toward more stripes even though you didn't pay a dime. We always choose to sit at the high tops in the bar area. Unless they are very busy there is no wait to sit at high tops and you can seat yourself. We always enjoy their drink specials and always have great service at the bar area! The food is not AMAZING, but I have never been disappointed with my food.

Not impressed so far. Dirty bathrooms, uncleaned tables, giving out to go menus instead of real ones & the real one we got is literally falling apart. All this before the food... ...got food. Most of it was pretty good actually. The French Dip was pretty weak though and mostly bun. I would def not recommend it if you happen to find yourself here. Wait staff was inattentive. Had to wait a while on waiter to get refills, order, even the final check.

When we walked in we were told it would be a 10 min wait which was great but the bar tables were first come so we sat right away which was awesome! It was graduation day so a lot of restaurants were super busy. It took a little while for someone to help us. We finally placed out drink orders and appetizer order. Our appetizer came before our drinks and some of the drinks were watered down. It took forever to get plates for our appetizers. Our food came out quick and great but asking for sauce sides took forever to receive. I ordered the Parmesan chicken and it was sooooo yummy! It same with Mac and cheese and a tomato mozzarella salad. Another waiter was more attentive to us than our real waitress. The food was great and it wasn't a bad experience I just took off two stars because we had to wait for so many things.

Worse Service I have ever had! We sat by the bar and had three different bartenders "helping" us. It took alittle bit longer to be greeted then that most other restaurant which was no big deal. It was not very busy at all especially with having three bartenders. Our apps. Took 35 mins and no one came to check on us and see if we needed anything and we did. Our food came out and it wasn't very good at all and was alittle cold. No one still came to check on us but they keep walking by our table to talk to other tables. Then we wanted to leave because it was so horrible. We sat there not eating with our empty drinks for an other 10 mins before we had to go up and ask for our checks. Seeing the bartenders just sitting behind the bar watching us and not coming up to us was ridiculous. I will never go to this location again.

Queen of hospitality! Amazing, attentive service. Potstickers are my favorite, great appetizers. Jack daniels chicken was so tasty. Great kids menu, great drinks.

Haven't been to T.G.I in awhile but met a friend a few days back for lunch midday afternoon at the Waterford location. They are now serving happy hour around the clock which is a pretty good deal. The drink specials are reasonable and their are some good options. Their have been some changes to their menu as far as some new appetizers and pricing. Appetizers are now $12.00 each instead of the $6.00 they used to be at the second one at no charge; the catch, you cannot share between people. No matter what, you will need to order a second one to get the value. I ordered a Margarita for $3.00, the Boneless Wings and the Bruschetta. The wings were okay but the bruschetta was very good! Service was friendly and it was not overly crowded. Easy to find off Alafaya.

TGIF..that's about it. The food was ok at best. I had the fried shrimp, they were cooked, but could have been a little more crispy. My wife had the pick 2 which was bbq chicken flat bread and a sirloin. It also was ok. We both had a couple of drinks. Our server was nice but seemed overwhelmed. The other 2 in our party can get a steak at Fleming's and still find a reason to complain. All in all like I opened with....it's TGIF.

Rolled in a bit later on a Monday night and the place was doing a good business; large crowd on the bar side and 4-5 parties eating in the dining room. Was looking for something quick before i checked in at the hotel for the night so I ordered the French Onion Soup and a Balsamic Glazed Chicken Caesar Salad. Food was pretty standard and served at an appropriate temperature. The tomatoes in the salad were really flavorful and the salad didn't lack for a decent amount of chicken either. Good fare overall. Only complaint would be that I think my order got lost in the kitchen, or perhaps not put in as it took a long time for these simple items, and folks came in after me, ordered the same thing (the soup) and got it before I did. Wasn't in a rush, so no harm no foul, but I would have appreciated it being acknowledged all the same.

Great service, good food. The endless appetizers are awesome of course, the cheesecake dessert was surprisingly great. A nice place to just catch up with friends if a tv isn't required, and if it is then the bar has plenty. Tip: if coming with large group you need at least 50% of the party. I don't see why this is an issue to some people because let's face it, they need to watch out because they are a business and many times groups don't turn it as big as they say.

So it's tgi fridays. If you've never been, where have you been? Food quality has seen a decrease. Out of certain alcohols. Staff seem pre occupied with what time they get off. There's alot of drinking and dinning options out there. It will take a few years before I find my way back to tgi if ever.

If it wasn't for my food being good, I would've given this review 1 star. As we were seated we were told that our server Colleen was "going to take REAL GOOD CARE of us" Unfortunately, she did not. Not sure if she was new or what, but my boyfriend & I were very dissatisfied with her service. She started off good, but once we got our meals it all went down hill. She didn't take our appetizer plate until I pushed it to the edge of the table. My boyfriend needed a refill for a good 5min & didn't get it until I asked her to refill it for him. I noticed she looked at my drink, which was already low, but not once brought me a refill. I got to the bottom of my drink & waited for her to come back to ask for a refill. I even left it at the edge of the table, with my boyfriends empty cup that she never took either, for her to see it, but nothing. I got to the end of my meal before she even came back around so my boyfriend just gave me his drink. By the time she even came back to our table we were both done with our meals and just wanted our check. I would've understood if it was really busy, but we went in around 10:30pm on a Monday night. & she was only serving about 4 tables MAX. I have been to this Fridays plenty of times before & never had such bad service. Needless to say, I may not be back to this location.

Our valentines plans fell through and we instead came here hoping for some good food. I ordered a blue cheese burger and my girlfriend ordered the chicken & shrimp sizzler dinner. My burger was so dry and overcooked I questioned if it had been made for someone else by mistake, left waiting for the next burger order, then given to me. It was disgusting. My burger bun must have sat under the heat lamp for a while as well because the top of the bun was hard as a rock. My girlfriends dinner was so burned on the bottom that she had to use a knife to separate the chicken from the cast iron hot plate. The sauce it was in had burned long enough that little burn bubbles formed on the cheese. I knew it would be noisy but we sat next to each other (not across from each other) at a booth and we still could not hear what we were saying to each other. Our waiter, however was excellent and was spot on with everything. The food was like eating food cooked in hell. Will not be returning to this location. EVER.

Bad experience. Came with a group of six on my graduation day from UCF and started with one member not receiving her food for 10-15 while the rest received their food. Two out of the six received the wrong meal with my girlfriend receiving croutons on her salad while she explained in detail her sensitivity to gluten. They did not take the salad back and while I was finishing my chicken strips, found a large price of plastic connected to one of the strips. They did discount the overall total and was appreciative but this kind of situation should have comped the entire total.

Decent atmosphere and solid quality. Popular chains don't have anything that stands out but it gets you by for the night.

We eat at TGI Friday's quite often because I like their pecan crusted salad and since we joined their Stripes program they are always sending us coupons for money off of our meal which is a great deal. With Stripes, we get free chips and salsa with our meal. Our only requirement for using Stripes is to offer the wait staff our phone number before they place our credit card. I think they have new management since some of the other reported problems. I skip the lunch-sized salads and stay with the dinner-sized because my salad is usually my main meal for the day. If you're hungry, just pay the extra dollar and get the full meal--if you're there at lunch time tell them it specifically. We've had good steak, shrimp, pasta, salads. My husband likes the fact that they have Stella on tap. Good wait staff always brings beer quickly. Best seating is in the bar because they work as a team and are really good about getting your beer to you quickly. The bar has many televisions for watching sports. The other areas are okay. I don't particularly like their extremely narrow bathroom stalls.

The service at the bar was decent, but I am not fond of restaurants where the employees stand around talking about what they don't like about their jobs, or how "hammered" they got the night before. As someone in the hospitality business, I am huge on professionalism and pride in your work. There is always something to do, so why are you standing around bad mouthing your job? There are plenty of people out there who would be more than happy to replace you. The cobb salad was good, but by the time I got to the movie theater my stomach was doing flips. I also had the french onion soup. This gave me concern for the cleanliness of the kitchen. I will not return.

I just don't get it sometimes. Why are some restaurants so loud that I have difficulty hearing my wife speak to me over a meal. Food is good, as always. Service is a little lacking during this visit. but why so loud? Their Dragon Salmon was very good.

Went there at 9:15 on a Friday night (2-7-2014). Our service was sooooo slow and the food was horrible. I ordered the Jack Daniels Ribeye and it not only did it not really have any sauce or seasoning on it, is was full of gristle. Also, I ordered it Medium and it was Medium rare to rare. I couldn't even chew it. The fries were not even hot and certainly not crisp. The only thing edible was the tiny side salad that came on the plate. My wife asked me on the way home if we should go get a Big Mac on the way home. While we laughed, I almost considered it because I was still hungry. I have not eaten at a Friday's for probably 5 years and won't ever go back to one. Just a waste of money.

I love their fried Green Beans and Jack Daniels recipes but this particular locations service leaves much to be desired. They are incredibly slow and unaware of the importance of moving when people are on lunch.

we never come here- it's just not on our radar. This was not a good experience for us. After being seated it took the waitress probably 10 minutes to greet us, she was a bit below average at her job. Not sure if it was an off night or what. Wasn't terrible, just wasn't good. Food was eh. Huge menu, and yet nothing really wowed us.

The last two times I went on a weekday, the food was not good at all! My aunt asked for the cajun chicken and shrimp alfredo without cajun spices or the chicken and shrimp. She said "basically just plain alfredo sauce pasta." The first time the dish came out it came out with shrimp... so I decided to try eating it. It was very bland, tasted like milk and pasta --it looked like it was sitting under the light for a long time. Second time it came out with the cajun spices and tasted like lighter fluid. Very weird, very disgusting. We had a plain view of the kitchen and the cook--and it was in the afternoon, only like 3 other tables in the whole restaurant. The restaurant manager came out took it off the bill and apologized a few times. He was very nice! I can say at night the bar area is usually pretty good with drinks though! This just is not the place for entrees. I usually just order some appetizers anyway, I mean what do you expect from a chain restaurant like this? I see they have signs outside for hiring experienced cooks, so I am hoping the quality of the food will change soon.

I left the new version of their Cobb Salad take out on top of the hostess station desk and walked out. They can keep their paltry salads. Folks, unless you're a 21 year old college student who has no idea what a Cobb Salad should look like, stay away. They took what used to be an acceptable dinner entrée and reduced the ingredients beyond belief. I could not believe the paltry portion of blue-cheese, bacon and avocado; a bland cherry tomato. Then, they added what appeared to be a 4 oz portion of chicken in some type of bourbon sauce. An absolute disgrace! Folks, when you're as old as TGIF Friday's, you put out new entrees to put new life into old blood. Friday's is doing just the opposite. P.S. The garlic stick rolls on the order before this last one consited of two rolls. Previously, if I remember correctly, one received I think six.

Went in for lunch. Had a buy one entree get one free. Waitress was excellent. Showed her I had coupon. After ordering, eating and plates cleared, manager came to table requested (never introduced himself) to see coupon. Informed me it wouldn't be accepted. No explanation, reasoning, nothing. Perhaps coupons should be verified before placing order.

Friday's is always the place to be. They have a really good menu, graet drinks and it's afun place to go with friends. The waitstaff can be slow if you're a ta table but it's not bad at the bar. I miss all the Americana on the walls though.
