I've shopped at Sedano's countless times. The pricing is less than Publix BUT the quality is nowhere near as good as what Publix offers. Even Walmart has better quality. A lot of Sedano's products are expired. I ensure to inform management. They still sell the expired product but at a lesser price. For instance, if I choose a bag of salad, they only charge me around 29 cents as oppose to $2.50 or so. All I must say is choose wisely.

Where can you go and grab a ready made empanada, buy your groceries and get your eyebrows threaded? Sedanos! I passed on the Empanadas and eyebrow threading, but the grocery shopping was a good experience. The usual variety of foods are present as well as the additional cultural options. There is a lot of overlap with Caribbean and Latin American culture, so my mom truly enjoys taking trips here for grocery shopping. My main gripe is that there are normally 6 or more registers but only 2 lines open, making for an unnecessary wait. The place is usually clean though, and besides that hang up I say Viva Sedanos!

Very proud as a Latino to see a spanish supermarket chain strive the way I see Sedano's doing. Last night I did a little grocery shopping for my self and once in a while I get those cravings of getting spanish produce and no better place to find it but in a spanish mart. Sedano's is the place to find all your Latino Culture needs. This super market is spacious, confortable, clean {very important}, and has all the things us Latinos are always looking for. Ill give you an example, I'm in love with las "empanadillas Kiquet" and unfortunately I can never find em in any supermarket chain like publix or target etc.. but wait.... Sedano's to the rescue, they not only carry Kiquet but they have a whole refrigator full of all their varieties from carne, to my fav. Pizza to cheese to you name em...This is just one example of all the authentic spanish products you will find in this amazing supermarket completely recommend it ..

Just got back from here, had a great lunch for dirt cheap. I had ribs, peas and rice, maduros, a tamale, and a coke for only $7.49! I think my eyes were bigger than my stomach though, I didn't even touch the tamale, but I put it in my fridge it he hotel room. The ribs literally feel off the bone and had a nice little citrusy hint to them. The peas and rice had a little bacon in them, gave it a little smokiness. The maduros were perfectly sweet, but not too sweet. To top it off, I had a colada. I've had the coladas in calle ocho, so I had an idea what it was supposed to taste like. I thought it was spot on. The best part, it was only $1.15. The store itself can be a little overwhelming if you don't know anything about Latin foods, but if you just walk around and look for a little bit, you'll get the idea. I'm glad I saw they had Jupina on sale, gonna have to stock up before I go home!

I did not know, there is so much more than groceries. Seems that people just come here to hang out. Talk and eat, drink coffee. . . Reminded me of a county fair in some parts of the store where arepas are sold, in addition to other items that have to be delicious and unhealthy. I just came in for AJAX, but was surprised to find a decent selection of scented oils and incense, as well as shoes.
