Absolutely love this place!!! Great Bellinis and omelets!! The Western omelette is my favorite and Karen was such a great waitress!!! The Apple Fritters with the caramel dipping sauce are the best! I'm just absolutely in love with this place!

This place is overpriced and nothing special. A side of 3 pcs. of scrawny bacon is $3.00!!! That's a dollar per piece, and it's not even good, artisan bacon! The apple fritters with yogurt are gimmicky at best. The service was rough & rushed. I ordered the croissant vegetable Benedict, and I was disappointed. The croissant is too big and soft for this dish, and all of the ingredients are only on the bottom half of the croissant. The hollandaise sauce is fake! It was grainy, room temperature and disgusting. It is the furthest thing from real hollandaise sauce that I've ever tasted. It may as well come from a squirt bottle on the table. The home fries were good, but they're just deep fried potatoes. Don't bother with this below average restaurant. I only went to try them out because of a $10 off coupon that I got in the mail, and I'm glad I had that coupon because I would never pay full price for that food.

I like how this place has an outdoor dining area with fans, in which you can sit in right away if you don't wanna wait to be seated indoors. The service was ok, i wish the server came back to refill my sweet tea, but i had to ask him. As far as the food, i tried the chicken n waffles and the philly cheesesteak egg benedict croissant sandwich served with potatoes and a small serving of fruit. Chicken n waffles was good, but i've had better. As far as the croissant sandwich, it was filling. Oh and they put hot sauce in their syrup. definitely a good thing cuz i love spicy food! I would rate this place higher but what killed it for me is that they allow customers to bring their stupid barking dogs in the restaurant and the outside patio is nice but the fans don't even help cuz its just too hot outside. The price is decent also, but on some dishes can be too $$$. I'll give this place another shot INDOORS and try other dishes... THEN i'll decide if i give it a 4 star. Oh yeah and the sweet tea wasn't the best either.

Ok but not worth the price with food at nearby locally owned diners better and less expensive.

Service was a little slow but besides that I had a great experience and the apple fritters were soooooooo good and I was a huge fan of the chicken and waffles I will be coming back!

Ate Saturday brunch and will definitely be going back. Staff was attentive and greeted us quickly and the food is divine! Make sure you try apple fritters, trust me, you want the full order! Chicken and waffles were great too!

Definitely a favorite to us downtown people. Staff remembers our faces and even what we drink. The managers are friendly and always come by and say hello. Very much feels like a hometown diner. Oh and the apple fritters are theeee best!!!

This is a great breakfast/brunch spot. We really like it for a quite break for great food. Today I just made a quick stop in for the Carmel Iced Coffee and apple fritters w/ yogurt. Delicious way to start the day.

If you like fancy waffles and gourmet breakfast items, Peach Valley is a decent choice. The quality of the food is good, as is the service. But the prices are a little high. You're not likely to get out of their for under $15/person if you include coffee & tip. Personally, I'm like my breakfasts simple, and in the South Orlando area, there are at least a hlaf dozen mom & pop diners nearby that offer a nice (greasy) breakfast for a fraction of the cost.

This place I tried is absolutely nasty food its like cafeteria style yuck an yet the nurses still go there I guess its what they are use to hospital food but not for me but the staff are amazing nice but not worth the pricey unappetizing food that's for sure

Oh what a wonderful place. The food is delicious and service is like no one. The prices are good because of the quality of the food prepared. New breakfast favorite traditional egg Benedict

Being in S. Orlando and breakfast lovers, we will travel for good breakfast and Peach Valley didn't disappoint. We have been 4 times and have had consistently good food and service. As mentioned (dozens of times!) the apple fritters are cinnamony-delishiousness! My 6y/o who is incredibly picky, is in love with the (seasonal) pumpkin pancakes. My fav? Fried chicken'n'waffles! We are also picky about our bacon and when asked, the bacon is the perfect crispiness! I also love that I can have a mimosa or peach belini with breakfast! Anyway, I love the atmosphere and the food. We have sat outside and in and have always had a really great experience.

This place is meh. It's a pretty typical old Florida southern- lots of retirees and typical American breakfast. Nothing fancy. They will look at you like you're crazy if you want egg whites or kale or turkey bacon or anything "yuppie." Not a lot of healthy selections. I will say I've had the apple fritters though and THEY are delicious. Would highly recommend. My grandparents love this place, so it would be good for taking older relatives who just want simple food. They also upcharge you for literally EVERYTHING. You can probably make just as good at home.

There isn't anything really special about Peach Valley. My wife and I usually only eat here for breakfast when we really are not in the mood to make ourselves breakfast on the weekend. Plus, SODO is pretty limited on breakfast joints. While it actually does get busy weekend mornings, we found wait times to be very reasonable. Almost always seated right away, I believe the longest we've had to wait may have been 15 minutes. Service is usually good. Wait staff is always friendly and on top of things as far as taking care of their tables and guests. I suppose where Peach Valley is lacking is the quality of their food. Their food is very...vanilla. What you're served is basically the same meals you could probably make at home. It just doesn't stand out from other breakfast restaurants.

Enjoyed a marvelous Mother's day breakfast at Peach Valley Café. What everyone says about the apple fritters is right on, they are THE BOMB! I had the Valley Fiesta. It was abundant with flavors, filling and something I have never seen on a menu before. My son had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was not a large pieces of chicken but rather several pieces that resembled chicken tenders. They were tasty and possibly easier to eat than 1 large piece would have been. The waffle was light, fluffy and the blueberry butter was a perfect compliment. The one thing I would have done differently is ordered my son a large juice. The small was $2.59 and it was really small.

I have driven by this place for months and when I finally got to try it I was too excited. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I have to say I was unimpressed. The Good: The outdoor seating is very nice. Although sometimes the early delivery trucks van be a little noisy, I felt there was plenty of shade to eat and wasn't ignored by our server. Speaking of the service, it was friendly and kind. The decor had a modern diner feel on the inside but on the outside has the appearancebof a regular food place. My f liked this aspect but I was disappointed thay it didn't have that cafe/diner feel. The Bad: The food left me wanting. The french toast was dry, thin, and had little to no flavor. The eggs were slightly overdone, and the sausage was bland on top of bland. Truly it was horrendous. I imagine it's excellent hangover food: not too much flavor and dry enough to soak up all that alcohol. It tasted like they got the bread from the sale counter at the bakery outlet. #cross All in all I gave them 3 stars because although I wouldn't come back again for the french toast I have heard their other dishes are very good. I would just stay away from anything bread wise.

This place presents a solid breakfast menu--including their famous apple fritters and an interesting seasonal menu. Is it spectacular? Not really. Will I continue to patronize for brunch because of its affordability and convenience? Absolutely. Service is great, and the prices are reasonable, and when the weather is nice, the outdoor seating is lovely.

The only time I come here for breakfast is on a Sunday morning, and it's usually very crowded. If you're not in a hurry for a table, have some free coffee, relax, and you'll be eating in 20-30 minutes. If you are in a hurry and running solo, or with another person, try to get a seat at the bar, it usually has no (or very little) wait. My first few visits here would have me rate this a solid 4 stars, but lately, I feel it's more on par with a 3 star. Maybe it's just me, but lately, the glasses have smelled dirty, and on my last visit there was a very light lip stick stain on the glass rim. Not a huge deal breaker for myself (I'm pretty laid back), but when you're a little hungover and just want a mimosa and not someones else's dirty glass, it can really detract from your dining experience. Every waiter I've had has always been very pleasant. On my last visit, they forgot to put in an order of chicken, which is pretty frustrating, but she did own up to it saying it was completely her fault, and she took it off the bill, and we still got the chicken. I can appreciate her taking responsibility, and she still got a good tip. But when you want all of your meal at the same time, it can be very frustrating. Regardless, the food is always good, and I have never had any problems with it. The apple fritters are great, and the chicken and waffles are delicious. I usually get a skillet meal of some sort, where everything is basically dumped into a skillet and mixed together. Try any of them, they're worth trying at least once if you aren't too picky about your food being mixed together. This location has a very nice, clean, and brightly lit atmosphere, it has a small patio, which is my favorite place to sit if it isn't too hot and humid. If you're in the area, this is a restaurant I can recommend you try at least once.

We go here often for lunch during the week. I like being able to eat breakfast any time of day. The service can sometimes be a little slow, but -- for the price -- the food is satisfactory.

Chicken and waffles is the WAY to GO! I stopped in with my friend for a delicious and filling breakfast before hitting the theme parks and was not at all disappointed. We were seated immediately on the outdoor patio and was welcomed with breakfast specials. Having heard great things on Yelp, I chose that dish and the half size of the apple fritters! The apple fritters were incredibly delicious! Real chunks of apple, batter wasn't too heavy or flour-y (yes, I'm making up words), Our food came out quickly and our server was courteous and knowledgeable. I've seen many eating establishments tackle the chicken and waffle combo and I'd say Peach Valley Cafe currently holds the #2 position on my Faves list!

This place is jumping! Had to wait for a seat but time went by really fast. I saw the apple fritters on every table it seems. I did not succumb tot he fritter. I did order the chicken pot pie. The pot pie was loaded with taste and a big chunk of white chicken that i cut up. The sauce was creamy and well seasoned. Next time apple fritters we shall meet.

The Buttermilk Drop Biscuits with Sausage Gravy I ordered was very good. The biscuits were flaky and held up fairly well to the sausage gravy, which had a good southern seasoning. Our service at Peach Valley was very attentive and took god care of us. The food here is pretty good....especially for the value. Our entire meal, coffee and Bellini included, was under $28.00...and it was enough for three people. I would definitely return there, or perhaps another location if I am in the area, and I would recommend you to stop by and see them too.

Peach Valley what happened to you? Before you were in the downtown area, I used to drive far and wide to have your apple fritters and your insanely addicting buttery biscuits. The first few experiences that I had when this location opened were great. After a night of drinking, take out from here was a god send. The past couple experiences I've had were ummm... well not. I am fully aware that breakfast is one of those meals best eaten right away and sometimes with take out, the quality can decrease quickly. However, I know how good it has been in the past and that is what I'm comparing it to. I can understand when a restaurant is having an off day, hey it happens to the best of us. But consistently below average? Not cool. The last (and probably final) order that I had from there was just bad. Everything was very cold. ...Like it had been sitting for a while, cold. The girl quoted me 10 minutes, I was there in 5 and it was ready. I live 5 minutes from this place... that isn't enough time for how cold this was. My cheese omelet was ok, although its pretty hard to screw that up. The breakfast potatoes were inedible... completely undercooked. The bacon was so greasy and undercooked that I could literally wring out the grease. (and if you've ready my reviews before, you know my distaste for undercooked bacon) My biscuit: the crown jewel of this establishment, usually perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside was like a chalky hockey puck. How does that even happen? Tighten up PV, I know you've got potential.

We stopped in for brunch. They have a fairly unique menu. I went with the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. It was a traditional Philly on a croissant with poached egg and hollandaise sauce served up with a side of home fries. The food was good and imaginative. The service was good too. Overall, good food at a good price.

5-stars just for the apple fritters alone! Loved them with the pumpkin dip. I got the harvest skillet - pulled pork with redeye gravy over cornbread and two over easy eggs. A yummy rib-sticking breakfast! Absolute loved this place and which there was one here in LA!

This place is like a mom n pop version of Keke's or First Watch. Not quiteeeee as good, but a little bit less expensive and has a shorter wait, so that's a plus! I got the Western Omelet with potatoes and toast and really enjoyed it. The omelet was fresh and yummy and the potatoes were hot, hearty, crispy, perfect breakfast potatoes! My favorite thing was probably the peach pepper sauce they keep on the table. Awesome on my eggs. Our server was great. I asked a ton of questions and was probably pretty annoying but he maintained his composure and was very quick and friendly. I would def come back here!

I award Peach Valley as the "Best Breakfast Place in Orlando! The Server was hilarious even though he forgot everything but his personality matches the Southern Country Charm atmosphere of this restaurant. The food is excellent! Everything was clean! Mimosas & Peach Bellinis were the bomb! Awesome place to start a day! If you need a place that feels elegant and classy in the morning but yet reasonable, head to this place!

Peach valley is one of my least favorite places to go to in Orlando. Save your money and make some memories by cooking breakfast at home. Chances are the food will come out better. They do have a pretty delicious apple fritter thing dipped in strawberry yogurt but hey it's a donut dipped in sweet cream.. How can it suck Save your money - don't bother

Peach Valley is one of my favorite brunch places. I got the Healthy omelette, egg whites, spinach, tomatoes and I changed the turkey for avocado. I wasn't happy that they charged me $1 to swap the turkey for avocado. The potatoes I ordered extra crispy, no onions and got the biscuit. I love their biscuits. Cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, warm and buttery on the inside. The food was good, however, my omelette was greasy.

Had brunch here the other day and I sat at the counter and ordered their vegetable benedict. The poached egg was nicely cooked, the croissant was okay and the grilled onions and asparagus was tasty. Their hollandaise sauce was okay but needed a little touch of lemon. Overall, it was a tasty dish and came with a nice little fruit cup, although it could have certainly been a bit bigger. Service was fantastic and most of the food coming from the kitchen looked great. I will definitely be back here to try some more of their breakfast and lunch items.

My favourite meal of the day is breakfast, and after moving here from Vancouver 2 years ago we have been on the constant search for a good breakfast spot for steak and eggs which has been impossible to find... While visiting the Doctor we came across The Peach Valley Cafe which has finally ended our search... The restaurant is immaculate... The food is great, affordable and the staff extremely friendly. The service was excellent , and our server Renee was awesome, which made our experience even better! Thank You! We Shall Return

After being recommended to try out Peach Valley's food by both my fiance and a co-worker, I decided to give it a go. The seating was comfortable and spacious and the server was attentive. The menu appeared overpriced for the area and the menu items were nothing to write home about. Most menu items were not served as combos, leaving you the option to add eggs and bacon for over $5 to already over-priced pancakes. I decided to order one of the few items that had a good blend of carbs and protein without having to add a bunch of "sides" - the Valley Fiesta. Not bad. My fiance's chicken and waffles tasted like someone closed their eyes while dumping salt and pepper on top. I'd rather choose IHOP or Denny's any day.

This is a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. Our server, Merinda, was amazing to do two big parties (16 and 12) alone. I had her order for me and received the shrimp po boy. There was a fair amount of shrimp that had a nice kick. The lettuce was fresh as were the tomatoes. The only downfall on this item to me is that there was just a bit too much bread. I'd definitely eat here again and have been told that they're known for the breakfast.

Great little home style brunch spot. Servers were super friendly and on point. The food was fresh and delicious. We had started with their signature apple fritters that were amazing. For our meals we had the California omelette which was stuffed with artichoke hearts, provolone, red onions, mushrooms and added spinach and roasted red peppers. Also ordered the club croissant which had a generous portion of ham and turkey topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato and light spread of mayo on a fresh buttery croissant.

Know I told some but not All about this great breakfast place had the pleasure & honor of enjoying for the first time with local family (about 20 of us) in Sodo (South Orlando) section of downtown Orlando right off S.Orange Ave. Wide range of simply delicious breakfast combos, I was thinking Greek Omelet when menu hit my hands which quickly changed to their awesome Philly Cheesesteak Eggs Benedict & before I was done wish I had tried either the grits & shrimp or speciality pancakes many totally enjoyed guess that means another visit really soon is in order Yes I'm giving them a 5 because they managed to serve us All in a Timely Fashion & got it right the first through for everyone That deserves some recognition then the food was good too Oh Yeah Come 1 Come All & Enjoy

This is my new favorite breakfast spot! I've been to this place 3 times already in less than a week. Took some friends and family since the food was so tasty. The first time I came to peach valley was on a Saturday pretty busy but only waited 10 mins to be seated. Our server which has taken care of us 2 times out of the 3 times I've been here is outstanding! The service is great. We ordered a full order of the apple fritters w every dipping sauce available! They were magnificent. To drink a caramel iced coffee which was perfect, not overly sweet! For my main meal I had a steak and cheese egg Benedict which came w their perfectly seasoned potatoes and a small side of fruit. Everything was to my liking but the potatoes in my eyes were just out of this world! paired with their onion peach pepper sauce you'll be wanting to order seconds. My in-law had traditional French toast.. He was content and satisfied and my husband had some sort of skillet. Which I do have to mention I wasn't impressed with the way the skillet was presented but he said it tasted good. The other 2 times I ordered a single order of stuffed French toast. It has been the best French toast I've tried in any restaurant... With of course a side of their potatoes. I brought my friend along and she still hasn't stop bragging about peach valley!

My whole family enjoys this restaurant, and we stop by at least a couple of times a month! The apple fritters are delicious and we order them every time we come here. A nice way to start your meal. I am a big fan of their belgian waffle, and I've been ordering that every time I eat here lately. My fiance loves the stuffed french toast, which is stuffed with mascarpone cheese and berries. I've had some omelettes and egg dishes here, but I wasn't impressed. I also can't stand their sausage links. The turkey ones are precooked and dry as a bone...they also look burnt to a crisp. When I asked about it, the waitress told me they "came like that". Uh, ok. I stick to just my waffle and apple fritters and I'm happy. The service is usually pretty good and consistent here. The servers are friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back.

Heard about this place from my sister-in-law. She was raving about it, so I had to try it. I ordered the Chicken & Waffles and my wife got the Chicken Pot Pie. The latter was hands down better than the Chicken & Waffles. I was very disappointed. I will say that the corn fritters were pretty good. I'm sure they have some better dishes, but for my first time experience, I'm not too sure I will be rushing back anytime soon.

This was my first time here. The atmosphere was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was a good substitute for Keke's when I don't feel like driving out to them or my budget calls for spending a little less. I was happy with my food. I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken looked a little skimpy but it was seasoned perfectly and there was enough for me to be satisfied. The waffle also tasted good. It has been a couple of weeks since I went and I can't remember the taste but I know I would have remembered if it was bad. The chicken had a left a good lasting impression on me. I also tasted the apple fritters. They were really good, but over priced in my opinion.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning for brunch. When I first walked up it looked very busy. My husband and I were told that it would be about a 30 minute wait. I've wanted to try this place for awhile now, so we both decided we would wait. While waiting I started to look around the restaurant. I noticed that there were over five tables empty. I later asked the waitress why there is such a long wait for a table when there are several tables always opened. She explained that this has been a major complaint, but they do it so that the kitchen doesn't get backed up. It appears that they either need to cut back on the amount of tables or hire more staff. After reading all the positive reviews of the apple fritters we decided to start off with them. They were very delicious! The yogurt is a great dipping sauce. My husband ordered the french toast with a side of potatoes, and I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich. Both meals were decent. He said the french toast was typical french toast. My sandwich was rather dry. Our server was super friendly and attentive. Our food took way too long to come out, but she made sure to stop over every couple minutes to let us know it was on its way. Overall I would be willing to try this place again. I would probably avoid it though if I had to wait. Waiting 30 minutes really wasn't worth it to me.

I WANT TO LIVE HERE. In all reality, I would never consider moving near a restaurant unless it was for Peach Valley. I'm surprised to see so many 3 star reviews. Peach Valley has some of the best food on the planet; it's fresh and has great flavor. Here's what you need to know about this fine southern establishment: PROS: 1) They open at the butt crack of dawn and close around 3ish in the afternoon. I've come to live with this since there is no arguing. I'd come here for dinner if I could. 2) They serve a rich variety of breakfast and lunch foods; whether you are in the mood for pumpkin pancakes or a beautiful burger, you'll find it here! 3) They serve an amazing treat called apple fritters which is basically chopped apples fried in a soft batter and dusted with cinnamon sugar. From there, you dip it in a Strawberry yogurt or seasonal sauce like pumpkin. My mother says it like "The Crack" in her thick Indian accent. I promise that she's never done crack though! 4) The service is absolutely mind-blowing. If they aren't sneaking you an extra order of fries or smiling like the sun, they're doing whatever it takes to provide an awesome experience 5) THE GRITS. THE GRITS. Ooorder the grits! I'm not joking when I say that these grits will be the best grits you will have in your life. BEST. GRITS. EVER.

My boyfriend and I live across the street and we come frequently. The service and food is always consistently amazing. The servers work as a team to make sure all the guests in the restaurant are always taken care of. This is our regular breakfast spot and we will continue to always come back. Friendly staff and great prices!

I love going to Peach Valley and always had a good experience with the food but was very disappointed with the chicken and waffles today. The portion was small and chicken was over fried. Looked like they used old oil.

WTF!!! First time here for me. My girl got take out once and said they were skimpy on fries. Well, round 2 and she was right. We even got the sweet potato fries which are $2 more and still got a meager amount, what a rip off!!!! I got the club croissant which was really good but the entire meal wasn't worth the $12 I paid. Forget it. I won't be back. Every item to be added is at least $2.00 extra. Extra charge for each little thing and small portions = awful customer service.

Went here on a weekday morning.. Service was fast and the staff was informative/ friendly. Standard diner type restaurant, nothing really special about the decor. Food was your average breakfast menu nothing to shout about. Ordered the western omelet it was just OK. Got a side of apple fritters, these were the highlight of my meal. If your in the area and looking for a quick meal this will do.

Meh. Had better. Flavorless cheese steak. The meat was dry and bland. The onions actually tasted watery. Seems like they didn't season it at all. Liked fries. Liked cole slaw. Croissant club hubby had was a 7/10. Breakfast fries tasted like bacon instead of anything like potato, which can be a good thing - but to me it meant they were cooked in nasty old oil.

Had a terrible experience a few months back. Food did not taste bad but I was not real thrilled with the portion on my eggs benedict. Also asked if I could SUBSTITUTE fruit as my side and was told that would not be a problem. Later noticed on the check that it was a $2 upcharge which was not mentioned. I found my meal slightly pricey to begin with so this was pretty disappointing. My main motivation for sharing this negative feedback stems from the aftermath. I called the restaurant shortly afterwards because I noticed on my bank account that the total was incorrect. A manager was able to confirm that the server had put an incorrect amount in for the tip. I figured they would be pretty concerned about this but the woman I spoke with was very laid back about it and mentioned it happened from time to time when the servers put their tips in at the end of the day. I was pretty blown away, I work at restaurants and this is definitely not something that would be taken lightly anywhere I work even if it was an honest mistake. This stuff gets verified at the end of the day I know how it works. I also shared with the manager the disappointments with my dining experience hoping that this would make her realize I had no intention of coming back if they didnt rectify the situation. She initially only agreed to refund the extra portion of the tip but eventually offered the extra $2 for the fruit. Keep in mind I had to spend my time calling or this would never have even been noticed. I told her I wanted the whole bill refunded and found it a joke that was not offered from the get go after they acknowledged to processing an altered tip. After some hesitation she agreed to refunding the whole check and we got off the phone. 5 minutes later I got a call back from her saying that her supervisor would not allow this and I was still going to be charged. WHAT A JOKE. Hands down the tackiest customer service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. If you drop the ball you own up to it and make an effort to keep people coming back. Do not eat here.

don't get any of the fancy coffees, i've ordered it twice. once to go and once while dining in...they use a pre-mix machine which tastes like the milk has expired. a regular cup o joe is the way to go.

Peach Valley is decent for what it is. Americanized "fancy" food. Offering various salads, sandwiches, breakfast items etc. Food is decent and services is good. I had the Eggs Benedict and was pleased with it. It wasn't by any means exceptional but it was what you would expect. I've heard the mimosas here are pretty great but given that it was during lunch time I had passed on that. During lunch time it wasn't that busy so I didn't expect the wait to be too long. The parking is great given that it's right next to the new Publix off Orange Ave. The location is great and the selection is vast enough to warrant a repeat visit in the future. I'm not dying to return but I wouldn't necessarily mind if I did.

I was thrilled to see that Peach Valley Cafe had opened up on Orange Ave. because I only usually get to eat there when I'm in the Dr. Phillips area. I had the chicken and waffles. Oh my! This was like heaven in my mouth. 4 crisp, perfectly seasoned pieces of chicken, a waffle topped with blueberry butter and cajun syrup. Yes, yes and yes! This dish was amazing. My boyfriend ordered the vegetable and egg croissant benedict. It looked amazing and he really enjoyed it. I'm envious of that I don't like egg yolk because this dish was filled with goodness. And for all you first timers, you MUST order the apple fritters served with strawberry yogurt. The staff here was extremely friendly. We were here on Christmas Eve so maybe it was the spirit of the season but the staff really seemed to be happy to be there and that was refreshing. The lunches at Peach Valley are also worth a try. I haven't had them at this location yet, but I imagine they are just as good.

So I've heard so many great things about the Peach Valley in Heathrow, figured I'd give it a try. Took my daughter here for lunch, probably should have stuck to the breakfast menu. I ordered the steak and cheese and my daughter ordered chicken fingers. Ok, so my steak and cheese comes out in like 2 minutes, super-fast, along with my daughters Mac & Cheese? She ordered chicken fingers; ok the waiter put the order in wrong. No big deal, he did offer her the mac & cheese until the chicken fingers came out, she wasn't interested. So we munched on my fries until they were gone and patiently waited for chicken fingers. The manager came over and asked if everything was ok, of course it wasn't, we were still waiting on food, and now my steak and cheese was cold, and the bread was soggy. Nothing worse than soggy bread. :-( So she went and picked up the order and ended up not charging us for drinks or her meal. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't the best either. I'm not opposed to giving them one more chance. So on to review the food, the steak and cheese was cold and blah. I think my daughter was just over it all and really didn't care for her chicken fingers at that point. Next time I'll just try breakfast like I should have in the first place.

Not only are the apple fritters a must try, everything from their chicken and waffles, pancakes, and omelets are wonderful. They also have specialty coffee drinks and flavored mimosas. Their breakfast is a bit pricier than your typical greasy spoon, but it's way worth it!

Was invited back by Peach Valley management and we really appreciated their desire to set things right since our last visit. The wait for a table on a Sunday was about a 20 minute wait, which is pretty average considering the after-church crowds. Peach Valley was super popular! We got a great quiet table near the back. The food preparation time was a huge improvement - we got our meals in record time and they were both piping hot. I have to admit, my croissant egg sandwich wasn't too impressive, I found it to be pretty average for a breakfast place. My guest ordered the French Toast and liked it. Our server, Joe, was super prompt and friendly! The food wasn't stellar but it was such an huge improvement from our last visit and we appreciate when management pays attention to their customers feedback - we want to check up on some more of the menu items again (like the chicken and waffles)!

Cheerful decor, very friendly staff. Great food / value. Stuffed french toast was great. Eggs benedict on the croissant was also excellent.

One of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch. Today I had the best chicken pot pie ever. I also had a piece of a fluffy golden waffle which was perfect. The service is friendly. Make sure you ask for Brandon. He's the best and will make you come back the next day. 5 Stars.

Oh my word, this was one of the awfullest dining experiences in the last ten years. A year or so ago I tried to visit the Peach Valley Cafe near Windermere, but the line was out the door, so I moved on to something else. This week, I and two companions tried the newest Peach Valley on Orange Avenue at Michigan. Two of us ordered a fish sandwich, and the third ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. The slimy open-faced fish sandwich looked completely unappetizing and was just as tasteless as it appeared to be. Toppings were anemic: a very thin small tomato slice, and a laughably small amount of iceberg lettuce and onion. My other friend's Philly Cheese Steak was as dry as the Mojave Desert, and just as sadly presented as the fish sandwiches. One waiter (not ours) passed by and asked how everything was. One of my dining companions answered, "Not so good." The waiter answered, "Ha ha, I know better than that." Later, a manager stopped by and the most outspoken among us expressed his disappointment with the meal. The manager didn't seem to be the least bit sympathetic toward his complaints. She offered us a complimentary apple fritter for our next visit. One apple fritter for the three of us, mind you. The Outspoken ordered sweet potato fries as a substitute for regular fries, not noticing that there was a $2.00 extra charge for sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries according to Outspoken were "lousy," and in smaller portion than regular French fries. Defensive manager explained that sweet potato fries were more expensive; yet instead of removing the charge from the bill, all we received was the afore-mentioned coupon for apple fritters. There are many fine family-owned diners in this area. I'm sure with its name recognition, Peach Valley will thrive, but we will not be returning. As for us, we'll be back to frequenting our favorite diners.

Though we are Peach Valley fans at the Gainesville location, this restaurant is not up to snuff. Service is lacking as we had to even beg for straws after our drinks were served with two children seated at the table. I don't believe it's too much to ask for a long-handled teaspoon with which to stir an iced tea. Upcharges for any possible substitutions seemed petty. Even our orders were served inaccurately. Quite disappointed with the apathetic service. Diners beware.

My girlfriend and I had a good experience at this newest Peach Valley on Orange and Michigan. We met up for brunch and sat outside on their patio. The patio itself was nice but the view of the parking lot was not so nice. Still, our server was pleasant and prompt. Food came out quickly and correct. My eggs Benedict was cooked nicely. It is kind of hard to mess up breakfast but eggs Benedict is one thing that is often cooked incorrectly. My friend was happy with her meal as well. Prices are a little steep, considering it's breakfast but not outrageously so. Make sure to get the apple fritters with strawberry yogurt sauce. They go great with coffee and will tide you over until the rest of your food arrives!

Unfortunately, after a promising start, Peach Valley has gone downhill. I had lunch with two friends and the restaurant failed at nearly every level. When I know the menu and ingredients better than the server, there is a problem. When lunch arrived, one order was a completely different dish (which my friend ate because it took so long to arrive and no offer was made to correct the problem). My other friend's French dip had been over cooked to the point all moisture had been removed. After he complained, our waitress did bring a replacement half. My chicken pot pie was good, though. At no point did a manager come by to check on us or apologize for the problems. Clearly more training is needed in the kitchen and with the wait staff, along with stronger management. We won't be back any time soon.

I had the vegetable and egg croissant benedict, it was very nice. Served with potatoes that were also well done. Their biscuits looked very nice, but I didn't try one. We were seated promptly on a Sunday morning and had great service. This place is only open for breakfast and lunch, and they close in the early afternoon.

I really like this restaurant. It's location is great and close to our neighborhood. Can't comment on the other location since this was my first visit to to a Peach Valley Cafe. I ordered the eggs benedict on a croissant. The vegetables were cooked just right and had the right amount of sauce. It came with a side of breakfast potatoes that I wasn't crazy about, but my husband loved them. My daughter really liked the stuffed french toast. It is a large portion so we ordered the half size. Decor was light and cheery. Staff was pleasant. No lines early Sunday morning. We will return!

I've been here once before, love the apple fritters. I'm sitting in a booth waiting for my sister and niece, watching one of the girls scrub down the wall of the booth across from us. You can always tell how clean the kitchen is by how well they clean the rest of the restaurant. The prices are good, and so is the food. They have a good variety too.

I had a hard time deciding how many stars to give Peach Valley, because the food was actually quite good and our server was nice enough, but the service was just not very good, and God help you if you make any sort of special request with your order. My husband and I went to Peach Valley at about 1 o'clock on a Sunday, so it was still pretty busy. I do love that they serve breakfast all day. You MUST try the Apple Fritters, they are soooo good. They are like little donuts with an apple pie filling, covered in brown sugar, and then you dip them in a cool creamy strawberry yogurt. I don't know who thought of the strawberry yogurt, but good job. Unfortunately, our Apple Fritters took nearly 15 minutes to arrive. When we did finally get them, a different server brought them to our table. Our server came by and noticed we were just getting them and said "You guys hadn't gotten yours yet??" and we said no, and that was it. No apology. We also asked for more coffee at this time. Almost 10 minutes later, after much grumbling from my tired husband, the waitress came back with coffee, and as she was pouring it her pot ran out. She left, came back another 5 minutes later, and said they were brewing more coffee. We then began to time how long it would be until we got coffee. It was another 20 MINUTES, I kid you not. I tried to flag down our server a couple times to see about getting coffee, but she was too busy to notice. Coffee should not be that difficult at a breakfast cafe. I love eggs benedict, and ever since having Toojay's where they put a tomato on it, I love it with a tomato. Peach Valley's classic eggs benedict is just that, a classic bene. But they also have a philly cheesesteak benedict and a vegetable eggs benedict. The veggie one comes with, among other things, a "grilled beefsteak tomato." So when I placed my order I said "I would like the classic eggs benedict, but could I get the grilled beefsteak tomato that comes on the veggie one on the classic?" You would think I had just placed the most complicated order known to mankind. I cannot believe how difficult it was to just get a freakin' tomato on my eggs benedict. The waitress at first acted extremely confused by my request. I pointed at the words "grilled beefsteak tomato" listed under the veggie benedict, and said I just wanted that on my regular eggs benedict. Our food took quite a while to come as well, and when it did for some crazy reason they had given me the philly eggs benedict. I had specifically pointed to the menu when asking for what I want, and explained it twice, and waited a long time for my food only to get the completely wrong order. I was pretty hungry and cranky at this point. The waitress even knew it was wrong, she said "is this what you wanted?" and when I saw the piles of shaved beef on top of the eggs benedict I knew it was not. I said all I wanted was a tomato, and she said "wasn't there something about beef?" and I said "it says 'grilled beefsteak tomato' on the menu." She then left with the plate, and a few minutes later a manager came over and said there was confusion about what it is I wanted! HOLY MOLY, how is it so hard to understand that I JUST WANT A TOMATO ON MY EGGS BENEDICT?? They acted like I had created all this confusion by calling it a "beefsteak tomato" but that's what THEY call it ON THE MENU. Finally I got what I had ordered over half an hour previously, and I have to admit, it was actually damn good. It was just too bad I had to wait so long and go through such an ordeal to get it. I am not sure if we will return to Peach Valley, at least not any time soon. The food is good, but for how incredibly slow the service was it was not worth our time. We were extremely hungry and cranky by the time our food came, compounded by the fact that no one wanted to refill our coffees. I think it just opened not long ago, so maybe we will return in a few months when they get themselves together.

What a disappointment this was. The food was bland and barely warm and the server was perpetually in the weeds. We had eggs Benedict, pancakes, scrambled eggs, coffee and apple fritters. The fritters had a great taste but were cold and rubbery. The rest of the food was just bland. The Hollandaise sauce was almost certainly not made on site-it reminded me of room temperature, runny lemon mayonnaise, the English muffin wasn't toasted and the eggs were the equivalent of hard boiled, and full of water. Our server got the order wrong but didn't make it back to ask how we were doing until we were done. (a runner brought our food). Overall, just a bust. This is the Orange and Michigan location. I hope they were just having a really bad morning. Based on the other reviews, I'm not sure that's the case.

This place is a good alternative for breakfast, I know it's been receiving a lot of heat but I enjoy the food here. The apple fritters are awesome, the Benedicts are pretty good and the service is pretty good, a lot better and not to mention much cleaner than other chain restaurants. No undercooked runny eggs, doesn't smell like cigarettes inside and prices are fair. If there is no mom and pops available and the moment calls for a chain retsurant for breakfast Peach Valley will be my first choice. Not a brainer.

I'm so glad we have a breakfast place the neighborhood now! This is great. I ordered chicken and waffles, sat at counter and enjoyed I nice breakfast after church with no line. My only comment, and I won't ding them a star for this, is that I sat and watched the expediter get the food orders together and send them to the rest of restaurant. Although mine came out quickly I'm not sure multiple orders were coming out with the same rapidness. And since they opted for an open kitchen design then they might as well have opted to tell the expediter to find a better way to communicate with the kitchen staff. It wasn't a Peach Valley. Other then that, yay for our neighborhood. This is a great add.

GREAT FOOD! POORLY MANAGED. I saw this place had opened recently so we decided to give them a try for our Sunday breakfast (really brunch since it was about noon when we arrived). It didn't seem too crowded when we got there - but somehow, the hostess staff seemed very overwhelmed. There were a ton of empty tables outside, but not many inside. The hostess asked us if we wanted to dine outside and we said yes... but there was a couple waiting before us and we allowed them to be seated first. Well, as they say... no good deed goes unpunished - because even though there were at least 3-4 empty tables outside, we were now informed that it would be a 30 minute wait. Hmmm, you offered to seat us IMMEDIATELY just a few seconds ago, but now suddenly it's a 30 minute wait? I didn't think we would actually have to wait 30 minutes so we sat. The seating procedure seemed to be utter chaos. People who didn't want to be seated outside were repeatedly asked if they wanted to sit outside... while we and another group of three were consistently overlooked. Meanwhile, people who just walked in were getting seated now too. There were containers of free coffee offered while you wait, but the regular coffee was empty and no one refilled it the whole time. The manager came over to seat the couple next to us who had one small baby. She actually asked them "how many highchairs do you need?". Uh, I think just one. As they walked away, I asked the woman "Are you sure you didn't need more than one? Maybe you wanted to sit in a highchair also?" Finally, we were seated and it was less than 30 minutes... so that was good. Our waitress - Linda Lou (I wanted to ask if she ever "cut a rug down in a place called The Jug") - was VERY on top of things. It seemed like she was serving 6 or 8 tables at once and was doing a great job. She may have been the only thing keeping the whole place from devolving into a Lord-of-the-Flies-type situation. We ordered the apple fritters and they were delicious - as was the accompanying strawberry yogurt to dip them in. The coffee was nice and strong - just how I like it. However, soon my wife discovered a nasty ring of dirt and scum in her coffee mug. She informed the busboy - and asked for the manager. Our waitress brought two fresh coffees in clean mugs. Then the manager came over and we told her what happened. Her response was QUOTE "Wow, that's a bummer." We just kinda looked at her in disbelief. Then she awkwardly offered us a card for free apple fritters on our next visit. No apology, no explanation... just weirdness. I'm not a big "complain to management" or "ask for free stuff" guy. I would have probably just been satisfied after the waitress brought fresh coffees in clean mugs. But here's a case where the manager actually made things WORSE with her awkward "bummer" response. Anyway, we move on to the food - and it was REALLY, REALLY good! Worth waiting for. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but I settled on the Chicken & Waffles - because it's kinda like a little bit of breakfast AND a little bit of lunch, right? BEST C&W I've ever had. It was served with blueberry butter (yum) on the waffles - and what they called Cajun Maple Syrup (regular maple syrup which seemed to be infused with cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes). It hit on EVERY flavor point - sweet, salty, spicy, savory. Totally delicious! My wife got the Greek omelet and it was also very good... with generous amounts of feta and spinach, and the eggs cooked just right. The breakfast potatoes were tasty too. So overall, the quality of the food overshadowed the chaotic situation and awkward management. We'll probably come back - with the hope that the organizational structure has their act together better the next time. This would've easily been a 4-star review - if not for the poor management.

One of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch. Today I had the best chicken pot pie ever. I also had a piece of a fluffy golden waffle which was perfect. The service is friendly. Make sure you ask for Brandon. He's the best and will make you come back the next day. 5 Stars.

BEST. GRITS. EVER.
