Worst food and service. I do not recommend this place to nobody. If you are hungry and happen to pass by, don't even think about stoping here. There's a Mc Donald's down the road. I promise you are better off eating a cheap burger than the "food" served by the rudest servers. Stay away!!!

we showed up at 9:35 on a friday night for dinner, at the time there was several patrons still eating. we were then told that they were closed at 9:30 and we could not order. i explained to them that we had come from out of state and this was a the only time we would be able to use our groupon. the worker stated basically oh well we are closed she then decided to tell me they had some heat lamp pizza left if we wanted that. i said ok something would be better than nothing at that point i was informed by her "oh but you can't use the groupon for the pizza to go." i was shocked how this business (obviously trying to gain new customers) treated us. i could have understood if we were way past closing time, the open sign wasn't on, and there wasn't anybody in the establishment. this was however not the case bad customer service!! i don't live in the area but before anyone else wastes money on this place i thought i would give a fair warning to you they don't deserve your business. five minutes late and you couldn't serve us, come on!

Pasquale's is a pretty good neighborhood family run Italian restaurant. Unfortunately for me, the food prices tend to run a bit higher than I think they should, and the standard dishes are good, but underwhelming. But their pizzas, in my mind, are their shining star. They have managed to craft one of the most delicious pizzas found anywhere. Fantastic crust, excellent sauce and just enough of everything else to make the experience nearly divine. Our favorite pie has sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and bacon! Also good are the more traditional pizzas and their Mexican pizza.

I have been there numerous times for pizza and calamari. Very good pizza for Florida! The owners are originally from the NY area. They are very nice and normally come around to make sure all is good. Once I have a dinner there, I will write a more in depth review.

The food is great. Customer service--leaves a lot to be desired. Stopped by the other day and was met with an apathetic staff. It made my soup taste lukewarm.

Overpriced for pizza and pasta. Food was okay, but too expensive. Chicken parmesan was $18, slice of stuffed pizza was $7. I was looking for authentic Italian, but food was mediocre. Ingredients didn't taste fresh and service was awful. I do not recommend it.

I live across the street from this shopping center Italian restaurant for a long time but never tried it until recently. It seems like hardly any customers in there but to my surprise it was fairly packed while I was there. To my surprise their food was quite good. Looks like they do alot of specialty pizza take outs but still the menu is quite extensive from Pizzas to pretty much all traditional Italian pasta and noddle dishes. For some reason I was in love with the free bread they offered as part of the meal dipping in the olive oil with some cheese and spices. It was very good experience. Price is on the high side though even for a simple dish such as lasagna but it's made on the spot in a personal serving dish, not a precooked cutout portion they serve from a huge pile, not bad! I will go back again!

Went last night with my son. I was pleased to see they had veal parmesan on the menu since it seems to be hard to get in a restaurant these days. The veal was tender and the portion was huge. I had fettuccine Alfredo for the side and the pasta was over cooked and the sauce was nothing to write home about. Next time I will order regular spaghetti because I did like their red sauce. The garlic knots were a little hard so I assume not baked fresh per customer. All in all I will return for the veal and the nice flavored tomato sauce. Price of 17 dollars for a veal dinner isn't that much considering it comes with a soup or salad , bread and pasta. However, if you're looking for a cheap Italian eatery, this isn't it.

I had the chicken cacciatore an it was wonderful. My daughter ordered the chicken Pasquale and my husband ordered the shrimp ravioli. They also said it was wonderful. There was also enough to take home for another meal!

The place got crowded before six on a Saturday night. We had a salad, pizza, and wings. It's a quaint neighborhood restaurant. The food is good. I agree that it is a bit pricey. Also the water should be filtered, it tasted kind of bad.

I don't really like their pizza by the slice. The garlic knots are good when they are hot. I guess if I had not compared their pizza to NY pizza then maybe I would have liked it. I have tried their slices a few times thinking that I would get used to the taste but that didn't work. I did enjoy their baked cheese ravioli lunch special. I never ate at the restaurant but the people that work there were always nice when I placed an order. I have never ordered a pizza pie, maybe it tastes better, or not. However, their claim to have "delicious New York style pizza" is incorrect in my opinion.

Good pizza. Bad service. The girls that work there always seem annoyed. I had to wait a while last time for my pickup order, I didn't mind, but the staff make me a little uncomfortable. like waiting in someones living room.

My old office used to place huge orders for pizza with them from time to time. I think it's really good. Good choice of specialty ones and make your own. You can even get it by the slice. I also love their garlic knots! The pasta dishes are ok. I haven't had anything that was fabulous that I had to get again. I've had things that actually came out cold. Ugh. Their prices are too high for the quality. Skip the pasta dishes and get the pizza.

We are continuously on the search for a really good pizza pie in Orlando. Unfortunately, after eating here, we are still on the hunt. This place was recommended by a fellow NY'er but we were not impressed. We ordered a large pie (half pineapple/half pepperoni) and a small order of garlic knots, for carry-out. The customer service was excellent. When we placed our order over the phone the girl attending the phone and front desk was very friendly and did not place us on hold or wasted time. When I walked in to pick up our food I was greeted and acknowledged immediately and then directed towards the front desk. As for the food, the garlic knots were very good! They were soft and hot and had just the right amount of garlic and butter sauce. The side of marinara sauce was very tasty, although a tad watery. The pizza had a really nice flavor but you could tell that the quality of the cheese and dough was mediocre. The cheese separated from the dough and was soggy. The crust did not have much flavor and my first thought was "cardboard". We were disappointed and will not be ordering a pie from here again. But we might stop in for some garlic knots if we're in the mood. They were even good reheated the next day! If this place changed the quality of some of the ingredients, this would be the best pizza I've eaten in Orlando. The 20+ year search continues...

This place used to be much better. Seems like the quality and service have gone down over the past year or two. It used to be one of our favorites cause the food was decent and it was close by. Not sure what happened.

This place was terrible. Eaten here twice, once by choice, and both times the food was almost un-eatable. The pizza is comparable to frozen, maybe worse. You can taste the stiffness in their dough. And never order the pasta, for an italian place this was some of the worst pasta I've ever eaten in my life. Turned to mush in the plate and served with a defrosted chicken breast and a poor excuse for a vodka sauce. Hopefully never have to be subjected to their food again. One star.

We had the veggie pizza and the slices completely fell apart. The taste was not great either.

BESIDES BEING HIGHLY OVERPRICED ($17 for chicken parm) The chicken marsala came out with a yellowish cream on it. More like a brandy/cognac sauce. It reminded me of a sauce I had in a french restaurant once. I truly think locals only go here because it's convenient. I've gone 3x and won't go back. It's not good and it's expensive. Lose-lose.

Woohoo! Finally a pizza similar to a Lombardi's or Grimaldi's! After moving from NYC a few years ago, it's been hard to find true NY style pizza. This place was great! The service was fantastic, the pizza was great, and the cannoli reminded me of something I'd find at one of the bakery's in NYC, Detroit or Boston. We came in on a groupon and will definitely be coming back (again and again!)

The pizza is delicious and I'm never disappointed by Pasquale's. One complaint is the delivery service. It isn't consistent. Some days they deliver and some days they don't and when placing an order for delivery the staff sounds like they've never taken a delivery order before. This has happened more than once with the same staff member I believe. Either way, the pizza is good so no complaints. When dining in, the menu has plenty of Italian dishes to choose from and they also sell pizza by the slice for only $2 a piece which is a great deal considering how good the pizza is and how large of a slice you get.

Our original intention was to eat at the Tokyo Sushi spot just a few feet away but they weren't going to open for another hour and a half so we ended up here cause we were starving. People there were really very friendly and we made it just in time to order from the lunch menu still. I had the stuffed pizza slice and my friend had the baked penne that came with her choice of soup or salad and garlic knots. We shared the garlic knots and it was really very, very good. I could have easily had a basket of bread and side salad as my lunch. She let me try her baked penne and it was bubbling hot, and really delicious, I liked her dish better than my stuffed slice. My stuffed slice was ok, but that was pretty much it. Foodwise everything was great, what was kind of a turn off was that they had Dr Oz on TV and on screen was a pig's stomach with a lap band wrapped around it as a demo of how the weight loss procedure works on a human being..... Not really the kind of thing I want to watch while I'm eating. This was then proceeded by them talking about heart burn and the major causes of it.. .and guess what; Italian food was on there!! And we're eating Italian food... yeah.... Would I come back though? Sure; just make sure to have my back facing Dr. Oz.

The Alfredo tortellini was amazing. It was pretty busy when we walked in and had to wait about 15 minutes but was worth the wait. The staff was extremely nice & friendly! The cannoli and tiramisu was great! Wouldn't mind going again to try something else.

Not recommended. Bad customer service and long wait even though its not really busy. walked in there and no one was sitting us, the servers are just talking to each other. When we finally got sitted, we waited 10 mins and no one was taking our orders. Again the place is not busy. We only went there as we had a groupon and now we know why they needed it. Bad service and bad experience. We left and went to Carabbas.

Excellent white pizza! And if you like garlic, the garlic knots are a must! They come with most dinner entrees but you can also get an order of 6. We had a Groupon and wanted to try somewhere new. We will definitely be back. The eggplant parm was good, but not the best I've had. Will probably stick with the knots and pizza next time. And, they are NOT open on Sunday, despite the lit up and flashing "Open" sign.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
