We found this place close to our hotel and had a fabulous meal here while on a work trip. It wasn't overly busy and we chose to enjoy the weather on the patio which is partially enclosed and it protected a few sensitive Canadian's from the blazing Florida sun! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive making sure all of our needs were taken care of and after 4 days of meetings I had her running for a few glasses of wine! The food was great and everyone enjoyed their meals. We started with some hot wings for the group that were delicious and for my entree I had the filet mignon which was cooked to a perfect rare. All the prices were really reasonable. So glad that we got a recommendation from our hotel concierge and we got to eat at a great restaurant while travelling, but if I were a local I would go again and again.

As a local I visit many of the Ale House locations throughout Central Florida. Generally, my experience is good. Last night, not so much and to top it off I was introducing my out of town family to it. First let me point out the restaurant was not busy. There was no wait to get in, no large parties, etc. It took over 10 minutes for us to get drinks from our server. That was after we ordered them by the way. Finally when they arrived we ordered our entrees. 10 minutes goes by. 15 minutes passes. We notice that the two tables next to us that were sat and ordered after us received their food. Our server, in passing, says "Your food should be out soon. The kitchen is really slow tonight." We didn't even have a moment to say anything to her as she was in such a hurry. I wanted to tell her that we were in a hurry to get to the airport and I wanted to order my favorite dessert for my guests. Maybe the kitchen was slow but our food should have been out before the other tables around us and good service means giving your customers attention so take a moment and talk to your customers. Do not rush by as if we're at some truck stop diner and you're the only one on the floor serving tables. 20 minutes and our food arrived. Finally. No apologies. At this point I just want to keep things moving. As food is being placed I immediately order the dessert. Glad we put the dessert order in when our entrees showed up because it took almost 15 minutes for it to arrive. Once it did, I asked for the checks. Before she even placed the bill on the table I gave her our credit cards and of course those were processed and given back in practically no time at all. Maybe the kitchen was slow last night but I think our server most certainly contributed to the issue. Whatever the reason, it was poor service and poor service that was noted. Will I go back to an Ale House in the future? Sure. Will it be this location? Probably not.

@11:44 PM, Food is still decent! Good: They give a good size portion here, good price, big & plenty of LCDs for GAMEDAY! The menu has a lot of variety. Happy Hour prices are around $5+, sat quickly, servers are very friendly. They definitely nailed the pr

Had been to a Miller's Ale House a long time ago, and decided to give this one a shot for MayPac fight night (05/02/15). Cover entrance was $25 per person, kind of steep in my opinion. They had us seat down with other people in the same table and, luckily, everyone was very friendly. Waitresses were very polite and attentive. And, for the amount of people there, orders were served pretty quickly. Menu prices are decent, and food is tasty. Nothing out of the ordinary, but good. I can definitely see myself coming back for some other sporting event (probably one without cover fee)!

When were in Orlando which is several times a year we always go to The Ale House. The thing that makes the Ale Houses different from other restaurants and sports bars are there large outdoor bar areas and tons of daily drinks specials. We find that the food and drinks are always good with very affordable prices. Most always we receive very good quick and friendly service. I have seen this company grow over the years and they seem to be doing it right !!

I like Ale House pretty well. All of the locations I've been to are about the same. We usually only go if we want one of the specials. Monday night they have a rack of ribs for a great price. Wednesday is lobster also at a great price. If my wife is in the mood for prime rib, we've gone on Tuesday or Thursday. But they're starting to lose their touch with the prime rib. It tastes kind of like ham. The wings are pretty good. I'd say the lobster is comparable to any seafood restaurant. It seems like all restaurants prepare lobster the same way: Boil some water, throw in the lobster, don't worry about seasoning; the butter will take care of that. I will say that I do like Ale House's stuffing they use with their lobster. It's the only thing that sets it apart from other restaurants.

A couple of friends and I dropped by here on the recommendation of a friend. We were starving for lunch after getting in to Orlando airport, and this place was super close by. The place has a solid bar menu. I ordered a make-your-own chicken sandwich (three toppings are included), but was mildly annoyed when I saw an upcharge on my bill for sweet potato fries. (The waitress implied that it was one of the included options, not an upgrade.) Another semi-weird thing is that the menus say, "Ask your server for our selection of local craft beers." So, we asked. And our waitress laughed and said, oh, we don't have that. At an Ale House?! What? All in all, food is good, the bar is not crowded, and they have excellent (cheap!!) drink specials even at noon on a Friday. I wish they would carry some more interesting and/or local beers, but hey, play to your audience!

I had the 35 shrimp pasta and it delicious. Our server, Yvette, was awesome. Very nice and attentive. Place is kind of loud and when the outside patio doors opened, the smell of cigarette smoke drafted in. However, at 10 p.m. the food was good and service was great.

Not all Ale Houses are created equal and this one definitely failed to impress. We decided on a late lunch and it was a mistake. We sat at a booth inside because the heat outside was unbearable. I began with the French Onion Soup and that was the highlight of our meal. I ordered a 7oz Flat Iron Steak for my 4 y/o son and we always order it medium rare because that's what he likes. When it arrived, the cow was still breathing, it couldn't of been more raw. I called the waitress back and she immediately returned it to the kitchen. When it came back, the middle was still completely raw so back she went to the kitchen. Third try, it was completely well done but my son was starving and he chose to eat some of it. How hard is it to cook steak? That's embarrassing to say the least. My wife and I had the Snow Crab Dinner for $14.99 and the legs were not fresh. It's easy to tell when crab legs are previously frozen, they lose their sweet taste and the meat sticks to the inside shell. We had to constantly fight with mosquitoes landing on our food and drinks and we were inside. Service was ok, nothing special. The waitress apologized for the raw meat but never offered to comp anything, not even the sodas. Quality of food doesn't seem to be a priority at this establishment. Service at the host desk also needs a lot of improvement. Guests shouldn't be ignored when someone can't find their server and they need help. We were ignored a few times by an employee with a hightop haircut. In the end, I think I have had my last meal at Ale House.

Went here for dinner and to watch a soccer game on tv. Overall, not a bad place to eat and watch. I got a booth, and there were plenty of tvs within line of sight. Our waitress was attentive and took our orders promptly. She brought us enough napkins, and definitely didn't hover, like some people do. Our food was out in a decent amount of time. We got 20 wings and a salad. The wings, although advertised as jumbo, were average. Some of the drummettes were pretty measly. the salad was what you'd expect. I wasn't wowed, but i wasn't disappointed either. I'd probably come back.

I was there with a friend last evening and ordered a rib eye dinner., salad and iced tea. It's not a steak house but I expected my steak to be done the way I asked...medium pink in the middle. The steak I received was well done. Then I had to wait until my server strolled by about 10 minutes later to check on us to tell him. Another 15 minutes went by and the manager brought my meal out. This time the steak was perfectly cooked, but my vegetables were cold and the baked potato was undercooked. I won't even get into how soggy my salad was. Since I was hungry I went ahead and ate what I could. Our service in general left a lot to be desired. The server didn't bring extra napkins, didn't offer to comp my meal when I told him the issues with it both times and did not help me clean a mess I accidently caused - the reason I needed extra napkins! Refills were few and far between - on iced tea!! All in all I was quite disappointed in the evening, except being in the company of my friend. I paid 23 dollars for a meal I didn't enjoy at all. I've been at other Ale Houses and been pleased at these locations but this one is right by my house and I am not recommending it at all to anyone.

After first going to TGI Fridays, we left due to a lack of drink specials and came to the Ale House. There were a plethora of specials and when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, our waitress was very knowledgable and suggested tequila shots done a certain way that she liked, they were really good. The outside bar was full of people watching the Dolphins game, but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't carry a conversation with a friend from high school I hadn't seen in ages. Great service and good, cheap drinks will keep me coming back here.

Wednesday is cheap 1.25 lbs. lobster night happy hour vodka drinks (Smirnoff) are only five bucks for a double. Sitting in the outdoor patio area on February 25 without a coat or jacket and loving and living every minute here. Valerie the bartender does an excellent job.

Honestly, it's tough to get a 5 star rating out of me, but I love this place! I drive from St. Pete Beach to Universal Studios (about 100 miles away) & ALWAYS eat at The Ale House. This team of servers are on the ball every time I've been in. Usually on Tuesday evenings...& the place is packed. Zingers are a great app, fajitas are delicious & the bartenders are on point. Even if I weren't going to Universal Studios for the day, I would get a room just to eat at this joint....Ale House Management & Staff...Thank you for a great time, every time.

I must admit I love the Ale House, but the service at this one is wretched. We have been numerous times for both dine-in and carryout and I would say 70% of the time we receive well below subpar service. The last time we were in the restaurant we sat out on the patio, I notified my waitress that there was a broken bottle under our table and she just laughed it off and said, "These things happen, hehe." That was the final straw as far as dine-in service was concerned for me, which is a shame as I have only had a problem with my food (long wait times aside) once and it ended up being comped of the check and I went next door to five guys to get a hamburger when everyone finished. I digress, we decided in lieu of putting ourselves through said awful service tonight that we would call in an order for pick up. They are as adept at answering the phone to take your order as they are when you dine in, that is, NOT at all. I will keep going to the Ale House, but would rather drive 15-20 minutes to another location than trudge through another meal of lackluster service here. I gave them 2 stars as the food is still great, when the momentous occasion a server saunters your way to take your order or to throw your plate at you and run away as fast as possible. More attentive service can be found at your local cemetery, at least there you can find faint signs of life.

Don't get the fish tacos. I didn't get sick or anything like that, I just should have known better that it would not be good, coming from Austin where tacos are amazing. This was like they were throwing whatever they had on it, including cheese, which was just wrong on a fish taco. Bleh. This was not my pick to go to though, I usually don't care for sports bar places like this.

Cool place with good selection of beers. No Oregon beers, so that was kinda disappointing, but whatever. The outdoor seatting was great, the choices on the TV's was really good. The only downfall was that the ventilation in the covered outdoor bar sucked, so it was full of cigarette smoke since nothing went up and out, it just went past ya.

Was in town for a training class for work. Close to our hotel and airport. Drove by this place with some co-workers and decided to check it out for lunch. Came back the following night with the entire class. Chose this place for its variety and ability to appeal to most people. Not a place I would go to if it was my choice but met our needs. Food: 2.5/5 (variety 3, taste 2) Beer: 3.5/5 (they were out of all three that I ordered but selection was good) Service: 3.5/5 Atmosphere: 2.5/5 (typical sports bar feeling, not my preference) Overall: 2.5/5 but have to give it a 2/5 cause nothing I was really impressed with overall

I came in here on Halloween to watch the Miami Dolphins-Cincinnati Bengals game. I do not get up here often, but I have always had good food whenever I have been here. So before the game started, I ordered 10 wings with the sweet thai chili ($9.99). These wings are delicious! Make sure you have plenty of napkins. Afterwards, I ordered the British Burger, which comes with Swiss Cheese and Bacon ($9.49). Burgers come with french fries and pickle. The burger was good, cooked medium well. On another visit, I had the Big Red sandwich. It is a boneless chicken breast covered in wing sauce and topped with melted Jack and Cheddar cheese. This is really good! Miller's Ale House is a sports bar. So you are looking at the usual pub fare. On the night I was there, however, a gentleman seated next to me ordered the prime rib with a baked potato. When our server asked him how everything was, he gave her a thumbs up. The prime rib was the special for the evening, priced at $12.99. Miller's also offers steaks and other dinners, but it seems like wings and sandwiches are the norm. A friend of mine always orders the Zingers whenever he is there. Boneless chicken breast strips served in buffalo chicken hot sauce. Like I said, the food has always been good. Service is hit or miss. I did not get the name of the lady working the bar when I arrived, but she gave me really good service and knew the menu well. She also recommended the Captain Jack dessert, which looked really good on the menu. But being full, I passed on the dessert. Another time I was here, I sat at a table. The waitress seemed to be put off that I was the only one at the table. Don't worry about the tip. If the service is good, I usually leave a good tip. Miller's is always busy, especially on the weekend. So getting a table can be tough. And sometimes I do not feel like sitting at the bar, so I would like a table. You ever have a seat at the bar, and there is some guy who wants to be your drinking buddy? Yeah, I thought you would understand. Parking can be a hassle as well. There are not many parking spaces in the front, but plenty of parking in the back. Careful though, because the parking is shared with other businesses, and there are people driving all over. Miller's is a great place to go when you are looking to watch a game. And Miller's also has many drink specials as well. There is outside patio seating. But that overlooks Semoran Boulevard. Figure it this way. At least you are relaxing while someone is rushing to the airport in hopes of not missing their flight.

Omar, the manager at the airport Ale House contacted me after I posted this and went out of his way to make it right. It says a lot to me that he cared enough to follow up and actually do something about the problem.

I stopped in with my husband for a Friday afternoon lunch. They had fish & chips = $4.99 on special. They were not crowded but not dead. We were seated quickly and given our choice of pretty much anywhere to sit. We chose a high top on the far side of the restaurant near the outdoor bar. Service was prompt and with a smile. Upon receiving my fish and chips I thought they looked overly greasy and was not excited until I bit in. They definitely were NOT greasy - just the right amount of fry - crispy and flaky - very tasty. The fries were decent. I got a sweet tea which hit the spot. My husband was nauseated by their $1 margaritas, but I could have told him that prior to ordering - you get what you pay for with $1 drinks. All in all a nice quick and inexpensive lunch.

Really good! Grilled Zinger melt is highly recommended. Blackened Porterhouse had almost no seasoning and came out warm. Sent it back and it came back hot, although a bit overdone. Blueberry POM was thoroughly enjoyed. We would come back. A significant step above bar food but come for the drinks and Zingers!

We go to the "Airport Ale House" for lunch on a weekly basis. The lunch specials rock! That's what keeps us coming back. The lunch menu changes weekly (we look it up online to see what they are offering before we go). There are always two daily specials that are around $6. That's a great deal! A sit-down meal for the price of fast food? Awesome. Today I had a very lovely Shepard's pie for lunch, other favorites are the fish & chips (a smaller portion of the dinner), the meatloaf (a huge slab of meat, perfect for when you're craving comfort food), the fish tacos are delightful... really, you can't go wrong with the lunch specials here. Our service at lunch is usually pretty fast. We're on an hour break, and usually get back with time to spare.

I was in Orlando for work and wanted to find a place where I could game 7 of the NBA finals. The hotel recommended this place for me and two other associates of mine. We met in the lobby and we looked like a J Crew magazine cover, which is fine on most nights, but not this night. We roll up and this place is Fast & Furious meets the deep south...lets just say more skin that you would care to see on pretty much everyone. Tattoos head to toe. Wife beaters. Crickets when we walk in (just kidding, it was actually quite rowdy but the looks we got were classic wild west "this guy doesn't belong here" type looks). To be clear, this was a fine place to watch a game...everyone was into it...it felt like an English Premier League game in a British pub. For that I will give it props. The food on the other hand was edible, but I wouldn't go much beyond that. My friend ordered a steak (already a mistake as it was like $13) and I think of the 12 ounces he ate, 6 that were actually meat. Just a snapshot into the meal... I hate to give two stars because it seems snobby of me...so if you are a little more down with that blue collar/golden corral type feel, disregard this review. I am really not as douchy as this review makes me sound...but the food just wasn't really that good (it was kind of bad). As for the beer...this place is an ale house, but has very very few craft beers...it has every major branded beer you can find. If you consider Goose Island craft that is fine, but it is owned by Anheuser-Busch (what?!! you say). So that also annoyed me. Anyways I will say I enjoyed the experience regardless and I am glad I got to hang in a place where people actually care about the game they were watching.

Located on Semoran Blvd/SR 436, just north of the Orlando International Airport. I had picked up a friend that was flying out and we were killing some time over lunch before she flew out. Good service, patio is first come first serve, on a nice day it's the place to be to get some sun and soak up the FL weather. I wish they had thought to put in more of a hedge so the parking lot and Semoran Blvd traffic wasn't so much a part of the patio experience. I ordered the mahi tacos, blackened, which were tasty. My order came out wrong, even though our waitress had taken the customizations correctly. The kitchen seemed to be running slow, but the order was remade and back out in decent time. Glad we weren't in a hurry. My friend ordered the loaded fries, which were plentiful and standard bar fare. Drinks were OK, though the new Rum Punch my friend ordered was neither rummy nor punchy. We ended up grabbing a bottle of wine since her flight got bumped back. The new FL law allowing repackaging of the remaining bottled wine was helpful as we didn't finish the bottle and I was able to enjoy it at home later with hubby.

Came here while in FL on vacation. Husband's coworkers love the beer selection so we thought we'd try the food. I've been to expensive steak places and had less than memorable steak...but I can honestly say this was the best ribeye I've ever had. The onion rings weren't great, I wouldn't recommend them. Green beans were fresh it seemed so that was nice. Everybody seemed pleased with their burgers. Service was fine.

I have been to this ale house numerous times but last night - Date night.. the service was just POOR! We were seated pretty quickly and the waiting of a server was about 15 mins long! Even my sweety stated the fact we came in late and the service is still poor! I ordered the half a slab of ribs along with baked potato and side of cole slaw with additional side salad (Ribs were less than $10 and the side salad was $1.95). My sweety ordered the 35 shrimp platter with baked potato and side of cole slaw with also a side salad. His shrimp was about $10-$11 and $1.95 for his salad. Upon arrival of our food which was pretty quick, My sweety noticed he only received 33 shrimp from their 35 shrimp platter. We just ignored the fact they were short of 2 shrimp but the simple fact we paid full price for the shrimp for us was pretty unsatisfactory. My ribs were tender and saucy which i liked. Baked potato was pretty tender as well - came with a tub of whipped butter and sour cream. The water tasted kind of funny as well. We had 2 servers checked on us but the wait on cashing out so we can leave was so long! We will def come back to this ale house due to its close to where I reside but hopefully the service will be more better than last night!

I really enjoy going to the Ale House. It is located near my house and is a simple, nice place to go. I usually order some type of salad, and am never disappointed; and you cannot go wrong with Zingers! They have awesome drink specials. It doesn't matter where you sit, you will always be able to see a TV which is nice, they have so many games on a once! I have never sat on the patio but the option is always there. I have always had great service and would recommend the Ale House to anyone that wants to eat and watch a game!

Just moved here from New York and I already found my favorite spot out here, and best part it's walking distance to where I live which is dangerous. They have drink specials every damn day it's crazy and so far everything I've tried food wise has been on point, the wings here are off the hook smh. Can't wait to keep trying new things here cause I will be here a lot!

Dined here for the Thursday night Prime Rib special and was not disappointed. We were seated immediately and waitress got our drinks fast. The prime rib was a generous cut and tasted great. Husband had fried shrimp and they were a winner too. All in all a great experience. The only negative was food on the floor under table from previous diners...kinda messy. But will go back.

I like Ale house, specially for their huge bar, I recommend cucumber margarita its refreshing and taste just perfect, i all the time ordered the big red sandwich, is hot but delicious, I've to say that the staff sometimes is very nice and sometimes they have their bad days, but overall good.

The stumbling drunks leaving in the afternoon as we walked in should have been all of the heads up that I needed, but I was stubbornly optimistic. Sign indicates there are gluten free and vegetarian menus and when we asked the hostess before seating, she let out a chuckle, stuttered, and then disingenuously sifted through the stuff on her podium in hopes of finding one. None found. After being seated we got an earful of grunting and cheering at some sports event on the TV's, and time dragged on and on... with no server. After figuring out our orders and noting that virtually all of the long list of beers were Bud/Miller/Coors or fake craft beers we started to make polite gestures to see if the servers passing our table numerous times could find our server. Nope. This was one of the few times we just got up and left. Having now read the other reviews, looks like we weren't missing anything food-wise.

This was my second visit to this location, it was a far better experience than the first time. We chose to sit at the inside bar. The bartenders were fun, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Ale has never been one of our go-to spots, but we will return at some point in the near future.

Been a fan of this chain for years but this is the first one I've been in since joining yelp. Finally managed to not order the prime rib sandwich which is my favorite but the 35 shrimp that I got was very good. What was amazing was the cole slaw which was some of the best I have ever had(must find the recipe) The service was very good as well. Just a word of caution, nothing negative, if there is a big sports game going on this place will be packed with a lot of folk staying for the event so there could be a longer than normal wait verses a non sports bar type restaurant. This could be a positive if you are big in to sports though. Almost forgot, they have very well priced lunch specials, around $5-$6 and some other specials for later on some days.

I went here back in January and I completely forgot to write a review. You all know that I don't usually write reviews about chain restaurants but I like to give credit where credit is due. Me and my boyfriend came here spontaneously in the afternoon (I want to say around 2pm). I had sliders with onion rings and my boyfriend got fish and chips. Whoever the chef was, we were utterly impressed! Our food was piping hot, my onion rings were HUGE, and my boyfriend really liked the fish (he liked the amount of breading on them). The food was delicious, many compliments to the chef.

My BFF decided to come to my side of the town to join me for a late lunch, and after 30 minutes of us trying to decipher which restaurant to eat at, we decided to try Miller's Ale House on Semoran. We were starving on our way there, but decided to order their hot dog special- hers with french fries and mine with onion rings. At 10 inches long, the beef was juicy and absolutely delicious! Our waiter was so outstanding that we had to ask her manager to come by to give her compliments on the spot. She was very attentive made our experience a memorable one. She was also able to answer our questions about different items on the menu which made our ordering process seamless. Since I reside down the street from here, I'll definitely be returning with my BFF, by myself, and of course, my fiance in the near future.

Don't waste your money. I was with 2 other people and our food came out separately. Waitress didn't care. Service is horrible. But they just wnt to be a sports bar with people don't care about any quality. I guess it's fine for a wings and a beer. I expected more

Was in town for business and went out with a group of 20 people. We had reservations ahead of time. All I can say is that from start to finish it was a great experience. Had appetizers, dinner, and dessert. All of it was great!!!!

Don't eat here - took 40 mins to get our food for 2 people. Waitress spent more time talking to the table next to us than she did anything else. I literally timed her chatting with them for 15 minutes. When we finally did get our food it was cold probably because it was done 15 minutes before it was delivered. Food was just okay.

I went to this location last night to watch the FSU VS MIAMI ACC game with my fiance. I had a very good time... it was busy but not overly crowded, the perfect amount of people to make a game night fun. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. The pomegranate margarita was clutch! I will definitely be back to this location for game nights.

Well, this location is not as good as the one on International Drive. The experience and the food just weren't the same. There famous zingers were dry, and chips and salsa were just ok. The beer was good, but not ice cold. All is all, it was ok. Nothing to write home about.

Came here again for a bite before the airport. It was just as good, with huge, huge portions. I'd recommend not getting the Bahamian Dolphin simply because its under seasoned. But for some bland plain food, its a big meal. And again, cheap alcohol.

This Ale ouse fits in perfectly on international drive. One of my favorite things is the extremely accomodating parking lot(parking isn't always a breeze at other idrive attractions). I've left a car there overnight and all. The food is all acceptable. The drinks flow at the right speed and a price I'm comfortable with. It's a great spot to start the night. I'll usually grab a couple drinks and maybe something to eat and head out from there on foot.

Take into consideration what the restaurant is...this is not fine dining. It is a sports bar. However, I found their food to be very good quality. I bought the zingers, which are buffalo style boneless chicken fingers. Now that sounds like nothing too special, but as a picky eater, I promise you there is a difference. These were not the over-processed chicken fingers found in the TGIF's and Applebee's of the world. This was real chicken meat, with a grain that went in one direction, without fillers. These are chicken fingers I can get behind. Other members of my party also had the New England clam chowder, which was apparently very good. We all shared cheesy (potato-skin style) french fries with bacon and scallions on top. And the last member of the party had pizza that they felt was good (not outstanding, but a good showing). The downside to this particular location are the seats were painful and the hostess was too busy maximizing the seating to consider if five people could actually fit into a booth. Also, stay away from the shakes. They weren't any good.

Mediocre food at best. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries, for which there was a 95¢ up charge. (I hate places that nickel and dime you to death!) The chicken was dried out with a large vein of gristle. Expensive fries were cold. The diet coke left a weird aftertaste. The portions are large, but not very good.

I've been here three times and have enjoyed the experience every time (Aug'06, Jul'10, Oct'10). This place always seems to be crowded no matter when I go, and with good reason: Food is good, beer is cheap, and atmosphere is laid back. Whenever I come here, we always order the zingers to start out (though to my confusion, sometimes they come out with green onions and bacon bits and sometimes they do not). I've had the wings and jambalaya and both were good (though nothing unique). See photo for the zingers. Nice location near the Orlando Airport. Would gladly return for a fourth time.

This restaurant is so great! It has my all time favorite comfort food. The zinger mountain melt w/ Bar-B-Que. I normally make this a once or twice a month tradition to watch the UFC fights and the food is always great and fast service. It is within walking distance to my house and they even have 2 for 3 PBR's. Great deal! One of my favorite restaurants for a picky person and they never fail to disappoint!

I seem to find myself at this ale house location several times a week for dinner and drinks for the past year. During that time I have tried most of the menu and overall I am a fan as a great place for watching a game with food and drinks. Some of my favorites: Zingers (Hot), Cobb Salad (one of the best), Ale House Loaded Fries, Bahamian Dolphin (Mahi Mahi cooked in foil with veggies, great with Broccoli, great with chipotle hot sauce), Baby Back Ribs (Monday dinner special for $10.99), Fish Tacos

I order out from Ale House frequently. I've never had any issues the few times that I actually ate at the restaurant. The staff there is always friendly even when they are really busy. They never get my order wrong when I order to go, which sometimes happens to me at other places. I can't give much of a review for their food as I have only ordered five items from the menu- fish tacos, blackened mahi mahi sandwich, blackened turkey burger, and the chocolate brownie or lava cake. These items are always really good when I order them. My brother loves their zinger mountain melt. My sister is obsessed with their fries and chicken fingers. I hate chicken so I will never try those items, but I am sure people can find something delicious on the menu. At the very least, their burgers and sandwiches are not that pricey and would be a good alternative to a late night fast food craving (open until 2am). Many people go to Ale House for the bar and/or the sports entertainment. It's a nice place to get a decent meal.

HORRIBLE service. Can't comment on anything else because my wife and I walked out after the rude treatment by the hostess.

No one is going to mistake the Ale House for a mom and pop place or nouveau cuisine. But, like most successful chains, it's about consistency. You know what you're getting when you go there. If you liked it the first time, odds are you'll continue to enjoy it. The menu is huge and they always have great food and drink specials. The sandwiches are good, as are the salads, and the fish tacos are some of the best in town. And they may have the best desserts as far as chains go. And, of course, the TVs are large and numerous so it's great for watching a game.

oh do I have a story to tell :) our server came over a total of three times, once to get drink orders, another to drop off drinks and INSIST we sign up for their club whatever thing, then one more time to drop off food... never saw her again, until it was time to pay of course. no drink refills, no checking on us, nothing.. and there was literally only maybe 5 people in the whole restaurant. I was on a first date, so when my grilled chicken pasta came with absolutely NO CHICKEN ON IT I just kind of sucked it up and ate my chicken-less pasta, I didn't even notice until like two bites in, since, again... first date. Also we have another ale house up by us on University, go there all the time, this was like a terrible, sad version of the original. I would not suggest this place.

Nacho's! yum! Think i'll make a list of awesome places to get Nachos. lol! Their portions are huge so go in hungry. The place is usually packed so get there early. I did try their bloody mary, wasn't impressed at all. It had no flavor with an afterburn. Kind of like spicey flavored water. blech! It's a great place to come watch any sports your are interested in. There are like a bazillion tv's with something different on most of them. Suprisingly for a sports type bar, the noise level wasn't too bad. :-)

My reviews are VERY seldom above the Yelp Average. At Miller's, I debated even going 5 stars. There is one reason why. ZINGERS. ZINGERS. Get the damn ZINGERS you fellow yelpers. Their menu is so extensive that you might not even see them listed, but if you look close enough, they're there. The ZINGERS are singlehandedly the BEST damn boneless chicken wings I've ever had. Lightly breaded with a fabulous buffalo sauce and all white tender chicken. The best. You have to be insane not to get the ZINGERS. Just go get the ZINGERS, and if you don't like them, send me a personal message on yelp letting me know. It's also a good way to check your health, because if you don't like them, something is wrong with you. ***I warrant nothing more on their menu, but then I'd never get it anyways.

I was pretty disappointed by this one. It was not the service or the people - it was the food. Salad was brown, Sampler of apps were obviously frozen and overcooked except the spinach dip which was cooked in an onion soup crock and totally cold in the middle. Can you say microwave??? New England clam chowder was nothing like clam chowder - I can't even place the taste. It was gross. The seafood I had a combo of - was total rubber. The clams, crab and lobster were so chewy - actually the crab meat disintegrated when I took it out of the shell. Really too bad as I liked the atmosphere and out waitress was lovely. Drinks were good too. I was just going to pay the bill and not come back but another person in my party decided to say something to the waitress out of my hearing and when my bill came back it was cut in half. So, I did appreciate that and like I said it was not the service. Need to upgrade their food a bit that's all. I had to come back to edit this review after reading others. It seems it's hit or miss. The thing I really like seeing from the reviews is that someone from the company is responding to them. That is enough to make me try it again!

Zingers are the way to go! I used to love going here in college, and hadn't been in probably years. I was thinking all the same stuff right, no! They have totally changed it up, but I a great way! Still have the staples, wings, zingers, burgers, and of course all day drink specials! But now they have seafood pasta, gumbo and even pizza....with zingers on it! Cone in soon and find out what zingers are for yourself!

Although this restaurant is part of a family of restaurants here in Orlando, this location is my favorite. It's called the Airport Ale House since it sits a few miles away from OIA. Many things have made this particular one special for me so I'll name just a few. First, the fact that you can go there on Sundays and happily watch any NFL game of your choice, either inside the restaurant or outside on the patio, is a treat. Plus, almost every team is represented by other patrons so you will not be the only one. Second, the drink specials are pretty incredible. They claim that they are the "Home of the $5.00 Pitcher" which is good all week long but only includes the brands Miller Lite, MGD, or Icehouse. Should you only want a pint glass of those same brands it is only $1.95. And if that wasn't enough, if you order 10 chicken wings on Sunday or Monday, those pitchers are only $3.00. I could list the various other drink specials they have throughout the week, but it would be extremely long so feel free to check it out yourself. Thirdly, the food we ordered was delicious yet simple. And as far as price goes, phenomenal! For example, the chips & salsa priced at $4.95 is a steal. You are served 2 baskets of tortilla chips, which are refillable, a side of salsa, and a crock of refried beans covered in cheese and garnished with pico de gallo. It was enough for an entire table of people and tasty to boot. Next, being that our team lost and we needed a Sunday night pick-me-up, we ordered the brownie sundae for $3.99. When our dessert arrived, I almost fell over. It was as if they baked a pan of brownies and served us half of the pan. It was the single largest brownie I've ever seen! With a generous slathering of warm fudge all over it. I honestly believe a family of 4 could have easily split what we were served and each have been completely happy. So if you are budget conscious but tired of cooking, try this Ale House for some feel-good food and drinks.

Came here for a late lunch with some friends that wanted to go to watch a soccer match before heading off to the airport. We couldn't really find a proper futbol pub around so we gave this place a try. It took us about 15 minutes to get service and the place was empty (at least inside). On the outside they have a nice bar area that was pretty happening. After the waitress finally came by it took another 10-15 minutes for anyone to try to find the game we wanted to watch and then they only played it on one TV even though we were the only ones sitting at the bar. We had a couple of appetizers that were ok, typical bar food. The Zingers were good but there seemed to be only a couple of very small chicken pieces here and there. I tried to order the lunch special but they told me they were out. Ok service, ok food, the place is spacious though and had a bunch of TVs and beers of tap. Wouldn't be my first choice in the area but it's ok if you're just looking for a run of the mill sports bar with some food.

Really, at 1:00am, you're not really going to find many other places to get decent food in southeast Orlando. At this point, you've probably been drinking, you need something fried or you're just being crazy and wanting oysters on a half shell. Either way, Ale House fits the bill, and you can get beer or booze. And to echo other reviews, Zingers. It's really what Ale House is all about.

I was expecting a lot more from this place. We had to wait a while even though there were tables open. In fact, a guest standing close to us complained to management. After our long wait, I had the blackened grouper with fries and slaw. I requested the slaw be substituted but our waitress informed me there are no substitutions. WTF? Who doesn't allow substitutions? The food was good but the beer selection is less than desired. You would think with a name such as Miller's Ale House they would have an excellent beer selection. The vast majority of what they offer is every mass produced beer offered at every other typical chain restaurant. The one beer that really caught my eye was the one they were out of.

This is by far my favorite Ale House.. Ok, i'm lying but if I had to choose which I really can't, i'd choose this one. There's a nice balanced atmosphere about the Ale House that appeals to me, not the perfect place I will admit. How ale house wins: Great food, nice selection of beers, great specials that seem to switch up every day, TV screens everywhere showing different sports and if your game isn't showing just ask a waitress and they'll change it for you. How ale house loses: Watery mixed drinks or drinks with wayyy to much ice. Ale house is perfect if you stick to beer.... but great place for me, i'd recommend to anyone.

We just got into Florida yesterday to visit family. We all decided to meet at Miller's. We had a party of 10 and they were quick to accommodate us on the porch. They had a huge industrial fan out there. The breeze from it was nice but it was very noisy. I know this is a weird complaint but they had too much to choose from. Everything sounded good. The menu was HUGE. I pondered over the buffalo shrimp, the bistro steak salad, or the fish sandwich. I opted with the grilled mahimahi sandwich and chips. It was delicious! The tarter sauce was served on the side so I could put as little or as much as I wanted. The chips were some of the best homemade kettle chips ever. Another complaint was that my dh's grandmother had to send her burger back because it was RAW. Not undercooked... seared on the outside and RAW and bloody in the center. I've noticed a lot of places in Florida ask you how you want your burger now. In Alabama, it comes well done.

Its ale house, what more can you say. Zingers are the best and its a good place to go for some drinks or watch a game. Def lots of tvs so you won't miss any of the action. Prices are so so, and it can get pretty crowded at times, especially on big game nights. Doesn't hurt that this is within walking distance from my place so that is good if I need a beer stat!

This Ale House skimped on the buffalo sauce for my zingers. I also had the clam strips and the shrimp they were ok. Very crowded parking lot.

I've been here twice now and have been severely disappointed both times. The first time for a lunch that literally took 1 1/2 hours because our food took forever to come out, and they were far from busy. However the food (Chicken Philly) was pretty good, which is why I gave it another shot Tonight, I sat at the bar so I could watch the NBA playoffs. They took my drink order right away, gave me a menu and I asked them to put the Bulls game on; and they agreed to do so. 10-15 minutes later, they still had not changed the channel on the TV or taken my food order. A few minutes later, noticing that my drink was empty they asked if I was doing okay. I finally ordered a ribeye blackened and medium rare, of which the steak came out unseasoned and medium well. They did however finally turn the game on after 15 minutes and a reminder. Unfortulately, it looks like my best bet is Chili's or TGI Friday's within hotel shuttle range of the Orlando Airport. Ugh.

I live in Orlando and eat out with my family alot. My first time at the Ale on 6141 Semoran was good, food was good service was good all went well. 2nd time we ordered 4 meals and 3 of them were wrong. I had to go find the waitress outside smoking to get it corrected. Manager is never around. The table behind us were complaining as well and they had a different waitress. We said okay we had a bad experience but let's not judge on that one time. We went there over the weekend and got sat right away. and we waited and waited and waited 10 minutes later we asked a waitress that was passing if she could find our waitress she said you don't have as this section is closed. There other tables sitting behind us and across form us. I was shocked by her pure lack of caring. We got up to leave and told the hostess that she sat us in a closed section, she just looked at us like : well what do you want me to do about. It I asked for the manager cards called and Spoke to Carlos, well found out were they got there non-caring attitude. He did not give a crap what so ever. I have been to restaurants all over Orlando and have never experienced anything like this before and have had bad service but they were always quick to make it right. This particular Ale house was not quick to even acknowledge an error and reflects poorly on the management staff. I will certainly be spreading the word about this particular location to friends and family

I don't usually go to places like this because the number of TVs make my brain turn to mush. I had some "cajun" pasta, and I use the term "cajun" loosely. It was OK, that is the best I can muster. The service was decent and the beer selection was decent with one surprise wheat beer I never heard of, sorry can't remember the name. It started with an "L" and was about ten syllables long. This is our contribution to the world of cusine? It was kind of bland and institutionalized.

Miller's was a good experience. Friendly staff. Pretty good food. Prices were even decent. Would recommend the Ribs. Slide right off the bone. Lots of cool sports memerobilia at this place. In a neigborhood where it is mainly chain restaurants, this place is a sweet find.

Food was terrible. Ordered fish tacos and they were ice cold. Not much concern after telling the server. Told the server I wanted to change to the plain grilled fish and they upcharged me from the tacos! Good drinks.

My visit there was on April 28th 2013. I believe this Ale House has to be the worst in Orlando. The server was ok, but when they started shutting down at 2am, the manager "Ivan" came over and basically kick us out when we still had half our meal still on the plate. He didn't care, he just wanted us out. Not only that, but he got an attitude with the friend I was with. I will never go back & will tell all the people I know to skip this place & it's horrible staff.

Ale House has lackluster food but is a good place for sports fans. Every once in a while I crave the salsa chicken nachos, but the last time I had them at this location they were not that great so I do not see myself going back for a while.

  • Ryan W.

This place I horrible. Granted its a sports bar. The food is awful and my friend that ate there the other night got food poisoning. It doesn't matter what kind of restaurant it is, food poisoning is unacceptable. Save yourself the trip to the hospital and avoid this place.

This place would b a good hangout spot for your friends on a typical night out. I was diggin the woody look...sorta reminded me of Hooters. The service was pretty good. Had an exceptional amount of TVs. Food was typical however. We had the mountain melt...which was aiigght. Chicken was a bit dry. I'd go back only to try something else.

Surprisingly good food from your basic sports bar. Went here as a group of 4 for dinner on a business trip. The Ossobuco was exquisite. I highly recommend this house specialty. The other 3 with me each ordered different dishes and each was surprised how good everything was. I'm pretty sure they were jealous of my order, though. The place is somewhat laid back and has the sports bar feel. We had a late dinner and the place was hoppin' the whole evening. We left at 9:30 and and the lot was still pretty full.

  • Robert H.

Miller's Ale House is a good "bar" with decent food, but EVEN BETTER lunch specials! Wow - at lunch, they have 3 entrees each Monday-Friday that are either $4.95 or $5.95. Each month, the specials change. These range from 1/2 orders of any pasta on the menu, Corned Beef Ruben Sandwiches, Chicken Fried Chicken w/mashed potatoes and gravy, etc. You can have a full lunch including drink and tip for less than $10 per person. It can't be beat!

  • John S.

The food is probably the best sports bar food you will ever have. It is always good and I want to say I've been to this particular location over 100 times. One tiny flaw. They have changed or watered down their hottest wing sauce. Once I ordered ten in the hottest sauce and only got to six. Lips were chapped, huffing, and puffing. Since this occation I always ordered it on the side. I want to say in the four years since eating here, the sauce is definitely weaker.

This place should probably get 1 star but I am going to be nice. Have stopped here a few times when I get into Orlando late. Not sure if things are different during early hours. Late night it is definitely a boozer bar. Food is served but staff seems to be more interested in just filling beer mugs and hanging out with their friends. The food is on the positive side of average but make sure that you get everything you need up front or you will be waiting until the place closes to get it. Check took forever to receive and staff was not even friendly when taking your money. This was not a 1 time visit. I had given them multiple tries just thinking it was a bad night. Very Loud and large groups of heavily intoxicated foul-mouthed patrons.

before going, I read a review that mentioned poor service. thinking this was, likely, an isolated incident, I figured I'd give it a shot-- and left dinner wishing I'd gone someplace else. I've been to several other ale houses, and this one was nothing short of disappointing. The service wasn't just bad, it was non-existent. I had to scavenge for silverware, condiments, and napkins. the food, too, was mediocre. my suggestion would be to try the bonefish grill just down the road...

This place is really good. Lots of Tv's so we can watch the Bengals game on vacation. Close to airport so you can get food and beer right when you get off the plane *Yuengling on draft!* The atmostphere is cool and they have a huge outdoor bar. I had the zingers florentine aka chicken tenders with spinach dip on top and parm cheese with tomatoes. Why can't I get this in Cincinnat?! My Hubby had the zingers melt- a mountain of loaded fries with buffalo tenders on top. We left full, happy and ready for vacation to start.

I asked for a place that had sports and beer. Immediately, this place was recommended. Loved the big covered outdoor patio. Two huge bars with plenty of seating at the bar or nearby tables. Decent beer prices, tons of tv, friendlly staff and customers. I didn't meet one native Floridian there (staff and patrons alike) which was interesting. Fun place to catch a game. I didn't try the food but based upon what I saw, it was typical bar/sub par food. Come for the drinks and lively atmosphere but eat elsewhere.

Nothing bad to say here. Super friendly staff...was waited on by Debra who was fantastic! The hostess sat me in a booth that had a plug so I could work which was awesome. The manager was doing one on ones with his staff which I thought was great. A lot of TVs to view different sports and best of all the WINGS! Wow so good!! I travel all over and these wings were great! Sauces spectacular! Great job! I will be back if visiting.

This is a great spot to come to for a good meal if you are staying or work in the area. An airline favorite. I've had the pull pork, the ribs, and chicken wings here. Everything is always great! This time I had the nachos and guacamole and the calamari appetizer which were tasty. For my entree I had the mahi mahi tacos. Which came with rice which I never understand who can eat 3 tacos followed by rice and beans. The tacos were good but they had some sauce which gave them a bitter dark olive taste at the bottom. Which I wasn't a fan of. But everything else was great. The servings are huge and the place is great for groups.
