I had dinner at Miller's Ale House last night. It was very casual and laid back. I ordered from the specials menu the Nawlins Style Shrimp. This dish was delicious. It was an appetizer of peel and eat shrimp that was sauteed in a southern-styled butter sauce accompanied with fresh baked bread. I'm not a huge dessert person, but the Captain Jack icecream cake is scrumptious!

Very nice spot. Hostess very accommodating and nice. Waitress seem to have gotten busy and lost us. Steak was good. Broccoli was not hot enough for me but they warmed it up. Baked potato was okay. The food was nothing to tell about. Experience was just okay

Service SUCKED. The server actually never came back after we were seated. We ordered our drinks from another server & put in our meal with someone else. Yes, we went on a Saturday evening at 6pm, but there were several empty tables around us, so I can't even give them the busy excuse. Food was mediocre. Standard. Hubs & I always get the chicken nachos. They were good, but I'm sure this isn't rocket science to make. The beer flight was the highlight was us. It was $6.95 which I found reasonable. All in all another example of a corporation living off there name & the love of the restaurant is gone.

Great service, awesome food, awesome drink specials! I really enjoyed this place, we will definitely be back! Oh and I like this location best out of all ale houses I been to in Miami

Ate at the bar. Quiet night so no issues with slow service. They have a gluten free menu which I appreciate. Burger wasn't anything special, no particular flavor or anything. both BBQ sauce and blue cheese dressing watery. Cole slaw was that god awful bland watery sweet slaw you find in bad diners that gives slaw a bad name. Bartender didn't seem especially interested in making suggestions but was otherwise friendly. Absolutely nothing memorable about this place so I don't see any reason to return

I live 5 mins from this alehouse and it has gone bad. Sad to say. When carlos the manager and Dustin Rosie and other staff was there service was a lot better and food quality. Other day I went ask for a zinger mountain melt and place was not busy and 45 mins in and nothing. Worst part is waitress never even checked on us. I paid for 2 beers and left. I rather drive to kirkman or hunters creek before I go here. Who ever does interviewing here needs to hire more attentive quality and experienced people. No offense but there's ghetto waitresses and I don't like putting it like that but it's true. Be atentive and pass around at lease every 7 mins. It's for ur tip!!!!! And apologize if food is late. It's common sense people.

I have officially decided that I will never eat at this place again! It has taken many a bad experience here to come to this conclusion. I am a person who believes you don't kill the place if you have 1 bad time... But time after time well this place sucks IMO. The final straw, had a family member come from out of town, we decided on eating here, come on it's the ale house. The table ordered I made my selection for a meal. About 20 minutes goes by and right before our food comes out the waitress informs me they no longer have my item to make. So I have been here a million times, I say just give me some zingers. Everyone else's food comes to the table and I got to watch them eat! It was fun, I asked them how the food was and that it looked good! Everyone was almost done mine comes out ahhhh yum! To top it off we order the PB Captain Jack, it was so hard I swear to god a member of my dinner party broke one of the steak knifes trying to cut it. The end!

I normally love the ale house but on this rare exception at this location service is horrible. It took 15 mins for a sever to greet are table. I am currently sitting here waiting for a drink I ordered 10 mins ago. Maybe this is just an off night but I won't be coming to this location again.

Horrible service we got tonight at this place. Ale house has been our hang out place and we love the location near our house, but this loation is nothing compares to any other ale house we have been to. They forgot my dad's dinner and didn't bother to apologize or do anything to make it up. The server barely checked on us because I assume since we have a large party, gratuity is guaranteed. Definitely would never come back here again. We got better service at Chilli's next door, I strongly recommend that if you want a non-annoyed dinner, don't even bother to step into this place.

I have been to the ale house many, many times but this time has been the worst service. My waitress seemed to be training, did not seem very accommodating when my husband mentioned that the sweet tea was not good...she suggested something else instead of finding out if the tea could be redone ... She kinda brushed him off! The calamari was dry and when asked to bring extra sauce she never did... Thumbs down!!!

I have been here several times. The food and service are average, however this location has a habit of being out of many items. Once I went with a friend and we ordered ribs and crab legs. A few minutes later we were told they were out of ribs, so we ordered something else. That meal came out and we were told it would just be a moment on the crab legs. 5 minutes later we were told they were out of crab legs and had to order something else. I have worked in several restaurants where due to lack of communication this has happened, so therefore I still was not mad, though slightly annoyed. I made a new order and after my friend was finished with their meal was then told they were out of my second order. I left hungry, he left feeling guilty, and not one manager came to apologize for it. I still come by on occasion for drinks, but nothing else

Eating here was like the scene in Slumdog Millionaire; when the kid jumps into the latrine. The bathrooms were FILTHY! I wish I could post a pic. I completely lost my appetite. Not to mention that I believe our server was under the influence.

In need of some lunch and a place to watch the World Cup, I decided to stop at this Ale House. I was greeted at the door and promptly seated at a booth in front of one of the many TV's. My server Raychelle was very nice and constantly checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered French Onion Soup to begin and it was fantastic. It was covered with tons of cheese just the way I like it. In the mood for some crab legs, I ordered the Snow Crab Dinner that comes with 1lb of Crab and a side. They were fresh and I think I received more than a pound so I was very happy. I really wanted dessert but I did not want to stuff myself since I had to go back to work. This Ale House does not have an outdoor bar which I found surprising. In the end, I had a great lunch and I will definitely be back.

Love this place...it feels good to be American when eating here. This has been my joint since high school days! I really like the honey mustard wings there and recently my gf introduced me to honey mustard and GARLIC wings. It is REALLY good. You should try it if you like regular honey mustard. The rest of the food is pretty normal sports bar food. I've probably tried everything on the menu. I usually get wings or a hamburger oh and the nachos! It's a huge fun size portion. I'll bring my DSLR next time and get some photos of those awesome honey mustard and garlic wings. :)

Are all Ale house's created equal? Me thinks not. I have been to probably every ale house in Orlando and this one is pretty typical as far as the food and atmosphere go, the waitstaff on the other hand, totally fuckin crazy! On one trip, my wife and I were greeted at our table by a slow moving frat boy who seemed more interested in whatever was going on in text message land than with what his customers wanted to order. After introducing himself, he decided to regale our table with epic stories of beer drinking and fighting the previous night a total rager he attended. Normally, I would have loved to hear about my waiters drinking and mixed martial arts prowess but on this evening I just wanted to order. I asked if we could get the show and the road and place an order, he obliged. I ordered the broiled seafood plate and was informed that it was for people who were "like, on a diet" undeterred, I continued with my order. I then asked for a cup of soup as an appetizer. about 15 mins later when my main course arrived my missing soup also did , I told Freddy frat boy that I asked for this as an appetizer, he replied "I thought you did but I couldn't remember", so he opted to bring it with the food. On another occasion, my father in law asked for a fresh pitcher of beer because the one brought to the table was warm, he was informed by our server that beer is supposed to be served warm. Really? I thought it was supposed to be served however the customer wanted it, guess not. Not sure if they train people at this location or get some kinda tax break for hiring mentally disabled servers and decided to just hide them all here, but the service is rather terrible. Stay away.

I've eaten here many times, but I'll review this occasion. Went there for lunch with 5 others. The service was really good. I got the Grilled Zingers Salad. It was pretty average. Granted, the regular (fried) Zingers are outstanding, but I'm watching fat/calories. There wasn't much flavor to the grilled zingers and the sauce soaked the underlying lettuce, making the last few bites of salad not-too-great. If you're not concerned with calories, get the Zingers - they're really good.
