My first and last visit to Orlando ale house occurred last night. My friend is a big UFC fan, so we set out for food, beer and fights. This should have been easy. When we arrived I was impressed with the number of televisions, but none were showing the fights. My friend asked if the bartender could turn one tv to the fights. She stated that others have asked, but the manager refuses. Then the manager comes over and confirms that he cannot turn on the preliminary fights because his boss forbid it. WHAT??? Multiple people requested this and the guy couldn't dedicate one tv? Then my friend and this manager get in an argument over the stupidity of this, so I bolted. I have to say, I don't watch fights. I rather watch hockey, but this was a simple request and made by multiple people. DENIED. Too bad. I just moved within 2 miles of this place and won't go back.

Today is wed night at 1000 pm. Place not full, bad service. The new menu went from good to blend! Ordered Zingers mountain melt and counted 5 pieces but price 1200$ ordered a Zingers melt for wife and stuff was missing on plate( pico and back again with four pieces of chiken) very dissapointed after 7 years as a regular! Not recomended for new customers with high or mid expectations.

Great place to go grab some food and drinks for any sporting event. Football season in particular this place can get packed, but they have two bars. One inside and one outside so usually there are enough tables inside. they serve anything from chicken wings, to burgers, to seafood.

The food was good (spinach dip and The Big Red chicken sandwich). The service and management were AWFUL. Our waitress (who granted seemed inexperienced) took forever to come back between every step of the process, kept forgetting what we wanted. Most of the beers we wanted, she'd come back 10 minutes later and say they were out. Happened with 5 different beers. Unreal. Also said they were out of ribs on rib night, though they later had them. We spoke to the manager about the service and how they were out of every beer and should have notified staff...she basically shrugged it off. Didn't apologize, offer us anything to bring back our business. As a result, would not recommend this place. They clearly don't care here and you can get a better meal at an establishment that actually wants your business and care about the customer.

I visited this location on Thursday. It is truly a hidden gem just pass mile Marker 4 going toward Hwy 27. Bring your appetite because they serve large portions. The staff was great, See you next time I am in town.

The service is mediocre, the server really just goes to your table to ask what you want and to deliver the food. You don't really feel a good connection. Every time I go I order the Zinger Mountain melt with the honey sauce. They are most famous for that. Great place to watch games but expect it to be full everyday at night.

On our way to the airport with a lot of time and wanted to catch up on some Sunday NFL scores, had PJ as a server and had a great time and great food with a to go dish that was TSA friendly, along with great directions.

I just moved to the Orlando area, and decided to head out Saturday night to have a meal and a few drinks. I'd been to several Miller's Ale Houses around Florida, and always had a positive experience. Tonight was different. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink, and their salmon ala oscar special. The fish was dry and there was hardly any crab and sauce on it. I finished my drink shortly after my meal arrived, and no one bothered checking on me again for the next 45 minutes, to see how my meal was, or if I needed another drink, and basically ignored me, while they bs'd with their friends and co-workers, who had come in. I ate my dry meal without a drink... the bartenders need some customer service training, and the manager should be fired, as they were nowhere to be seen.... won't be back...too bad for them, as i would have eaten there at least once a week.

I didn't think the service was bad. We had Nick as a server. Very attentive to our needs. Of course we came at 3 pm. I wonder how many of the ilreviews came at peak hours. The food was very good. We enjoyed the nachos, wings (sweet thai chile and parmesan garlic), and the pot stickers. All was very good. It got for stars for the prices a little high.

Ale house management needs to provide an intense training to their servers. Most of the waitresses and servers have a bad attitude, blant, stressed out faces you can clearly see that they are just working for a paycheck not passion in it. Believe it or not a great genuine service to the customer is more important that receive your food as you expected. Ale house needs to carefully select the people who will take care of the customers. Looks like they are just hiring whoever shows up. Food is not bad, I can't complain about it. Go across the street to the Gator Dockside it is like day and night differences when it comes to service. Now Gator is my place to hang out with my family and friends.

we came to ale house for drinks and noticed the specials on the way in! it says drink of the day 2.00: tequila sunrise.. when we sit at the bar, the bartender says it is over!! no where on the sign does it advertise a time!! dont go; false advertisement! i confronted the bartender either nick or josh and their response was oh well.. dont waste your time here!! watered down drinks and bad service!!! staff needs revamped!

So I do have an issue. They advertise an All-American Summer promo. Now, summer runs from mid-June to mid-Sept. Yet, they secretly drop an item ($6 Bud Light pitchers) from the promo in mid-July. NOT COOL! So it's beginning to look like you cannot trust their advertisements. Gators and other places honor their promotions.

The only thing ale house has going for them are the zinger mountain melts. Sometimes you just want a pile of fries and chicken tenders covered in garlic medium sauce goodness. Especially after a good leg day at the gym. Service is what you would expect from this type of institution. 20 minute wait to be greeted and 20 minute wait for the check after your table has been cleared. So for lack of better terms, service wasn't that great.

Last 2 times here... 2 bad experiences. I will not be back. Everybody else's food looks great. So upset. What a shame.

We just left their house and was our worst experience our appetizers and food came out at the exact same time our appetizers were cold the steak was overcooked everything about it was just a horrible experience will never be back again.

Service was good. Sat at the outside bar. Nasty oder was present like old dairy products. My beer was cold. Ordered the zinger Flatbread. A big difference from the alehouse on idrive. There you get grilled chicken even though the menu says crispy. Chain inconsistent products. Hunters creek had no blu cheese crumbles as the menu stated. If it wasn't for the cold beer i would have left. My advice to the managers is to the bar up. It smells so bad. Also no paper towels in the handwashing sink . I promise you i will be back tonight to see if you all provide them. If not i will blast this.

3 starts because the service at the bar was excellent! So I visited for oysters and come to find out they are out and will probably be removing them from their menu for good! What a disappointment! Decided to order fiesta nachos and mozzarella sticks which were really good. But the garlic and parmesan wings just weren't satisfying. Bartender made me a strawberry Smirnoff drink with Sierra mist and cranberry juice that was delicious and strong!

Every time I visit Florida my cousins take me over to Ale House. This place is delicious! I usually order their wings but this time around I felt like something different. I had the seafood mac and cheese and house salad. I was very surprised to find huge pieces of scallop in my mac. Definitely a plus! The mac wasn't too cheesy either and the dish was big enough that I had leftovers. The garlic bread on the side wasn't too hard like most places. Their onion rings and fries came out just right as well. Our server was very attentive and he was very friendly. I'm always amazed by their huge cups!

Always a pleasurable dining experience at Ale House. There are plenty of choices for appetizers, entrees, and salads. TVs are everywhere and you can watch your favorite team or match. The wings are especially tasty but do take 10-15 minutes to prepare.

Came here off a recommendation for the loaded fries, which we didn't even get. Basic American pubhouse food with good drink specials (Jack for $6) but nothing really wowed us.
