This is consistently one of the worst McDonald's I frequent. Service is always just ok. Food is generally to McDonald's standards, and the service might technically be to McDonald's standards, but tends to be a bit sloppy and unenthusiastic. Overall speed is a coin toss.

There are good McDonalds, bad McDonalds and then there is this location. Let's face it, for the most part, McDonalds food is McDonalds food regardless of the location but what sets them apart is the service. This McDonalds was horrible. The drive in is soooo slow. Took 10 minutes in line and there was only 1 car in line. The lady to take payment was rude and the food window had two kids more interested in their phone then customer service. Overall just a purely poor experience.

I am not an overal fan of Mcdonalds but when you are in a hurry it's not a bad place to go. This location is closest to my house and has always been a true fast food convenience. they always turn out the food even when busy in less than 5 minutes. The food quality is what you expect from fast food. As the 3 stars say, it's A OK.

Food is fine once but waiting for it for 20+ minutes is very in inconvenient. Parking is a mess and the drive through is constantly backed up in the morning 10+ cars. This is worse then waiting for the line at Starbucks. I love Mcdonalds but I skip this one and drive to Winter Garden for faster service.

I'm not a fan of this McDonald's. I'm not giving them this rating because of the food quality. We all know McDonald's has standards, but there are more significant issues. The parking lot is always a mess. The drive thru line gets backed up. The management should put their best people on the drive thru when it's busy (i.e. lunch and dinner). There have been few instances where my order is 100% correct. I always review the screen at the drive thru, and my order always comes out wrong. I'll ask them to have no sauce, but they'll add on one type of sauce. If I ask to substitute the fries for apples slices, I'll get nothing (no fries or apple slices). I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt when it was newer, but when you've been open for a while, there's not really any excuse.

This Micky D's looks cool on the inside (retro themed)... So park & head inside because the drive-thru is the WORST!! Slow, and it is a rare occasion that you actually get exactly what you ordered. Believe me, I live right next to it.

I haven't been back since he handed me rotten food and kept insisting that it was still good because the expiration date still hadn't passed. If it's not refrigerated and it wilts, it will go bad! They would always also get my order wrong too. I am just done with them.

Worst McDonalds EVER! Every time you go there, they are backed up. Drive thru and inside the store. Managers stand around or hide in the back. This place just opened and it smells like B.O. at the counter? How do you do that? Who owns this place? Mickey Mouse If someone from McDonalds Corporate went here, they would have a heart attack within 10 seconds. Fire everyone and start from scratch...my vote for worst McDonalds I have ever been too!

Paul B is an absolute dolt. I live near this location. Every time I go they are more than awesome. Always receive great and timely service. They are NEVER backed up. This location IS a corporate store, hence the reason they are open 24/7. Not just drive-thru but also inside. 24/7. Paul, you shush. You are drunk.

A solid performer for a Mc Donald's. Staff performed as expected and the eating area was bright and clean.

As a consistent MD's patron, I can tell you all that they are clueless and extremely dysfunctional in the early morning. Basically they are mismanaged and have no idea how to open a restaurant that is famous for fast food. This week alone, I waited over 5 minutes to just get someone's attention to take my order at the counter, if I had not said "hey is someone going to take my order" ! Only then did I get some attention....their drive through service is horrendous in the mornings as well, none of the employees seem to give any concern for urgency...no thank you, no have a great day....I am not going there again...this MD's need an owner to hire a real manager who knows how to run a restaurant! These other reviews must be from their employees since they are so positive, I work with many individuals who have had the same terrible experience at this MD's and have said they will not go again !
