Pleasantly surprised - Great Pizza, fresh salad, odd Cheese Bread but great. 55 minute wait, but worth it. So glad we didn't order Domino's. Kid's loved it too. Well worth the wait!!! Will order again when we get back from our cruise.

This review is based on the service, which I did not get. When I arrived at my hotel, the manager upfront gave me a flyer for this place. It said open til 2. Its barely past 1am.. and called a few times as I was hungry from the flight in.. and guess what... No answer. I was planning on giving a big tip too and a good review if they would have came through.

Lets talk about the one thing that cemented this two star review, the one thing that I can't forgive, and would cause this review to be a one star if everything else wasn't good was soggy pizza crust. When I carried it out of the restaurant I could feel the steam and the box seemed to be giving in a little bit but didn't think it was going to be as bad as it was. In an attempted to save the pizza I cut a new piece of parchment paper to slide the pizza on, the one it had been resting on was completely soaked. The Pizza was so soggy I couldn't even tell if it was undercooked. My next attempt was to try and resurrect the pizza in my toaster over. The crust ended up getting crustier but the rest was still just floppy. If I picked up the piece it would flop down and the toppings would slide off. I was upset because it was a large pizza and I had planned to eat it for lunch. The pizza as a whole was a flop. That alone is pretty unforgivable and deserves a one star review. However I'm a pretty forgiving person, this could have been a fluke accident. maybe they didn't let the pizza cool a bit before putting it in the box? There were people eating there, and they obviously have regulars and I can't imagine that if this happened all the time they would have regulars. What saved this pizza place from a one star review was the friendly service, super friendly service. So good that I feel bad writing this review. The pizza did have a few merits, the veggies on the pie looked to be fresh and plentiful. I asked for mushrooms on half and that was executed. They aren't sparse with the toppings. The restaurant itself is an interesting shape but the inside was nice and clean, and patrons there seemed happy with their food. I'm really hoping that the soggy flop was a fluke.

It's pretty terrible that this pizza still tasted so bad after not having eaten for over fifteen hours. Anything is supposed to be good when you're ultra-hungry, right? Not this pizza! The crust was super chewy. I felt like I needed steak knife just to cut the thing and the outside crust was hard and dry. This was supposed to be a fresh pizza- I have no idea how the crust tasted like it'd sat in the fridge for a week. The sauce was tasteless. Again, I'm at a loss. How do you take the favor out of tomato sauce?! The cheesecake was good. It came with disgusting cherry-pie filling sauces for topping in a 2 oz cup (one sauce cup for two cheesecake slices. I really feel like they should have given two or not at all. Or better cheesecake topping.) But between the bad pizza, the price, and the delivery wait, it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience.

The pizza is great, with generous portions of high-quality toppings. It's better with extra cheese. Friendly, quick service - I've started getting pizza there almost once a week!

This local pizza joint has been around for a good long while and has a loyal group of followers, in particular the county sherifs are more or less ubiquitous during the day. They serve pizza, calzone, wings, and greek salads. Everything but the calzones have been excellent in my experience. I have never had the soggy pizza crust Libby described, and I sincerely hope she gives it another try. I do warn against the calzones. many of my friends and family enjoy them but personally I find the cheese far to chewy and the marinara sauce overpowering. However the pizza, wings, and salads have always been excellent. In all honesty I have yet to find anyone who agrees with me about the calzone so I'm probably just being picky.

Hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. The cheesecake was pretty good though. Still, not worth the price, the delivery charge, or the hour-long wait.

We stopped in during a really big rain storm. Because of the rain there was a small leak in the ceiling...no big deal, put a bucket under and fix when the rain stops. This little drip out what had to be the owner or manager into a tizzy, he insisted on taking the ceiling (right above our table) open to try to fix, while it's filled with water. Very entertaining. Anyway the pizza is nice and thin but needs a little pizzazz, or maybe salt. It was all just ok.

Good pizza. Love the dough, it's light and airy. Sauce has some flavor as well. Toppings are fresh and crunchy after being baked.

After a long day of cross-country flying and dealing with delayed flights, all I wanted was a slice of pizza delivered to my hotel. I called around to several of the national chain places and they all refused to send a driver to the La Quinta on Daetwyler Drive. Thankfully, Mama Mia's said it would be no problem. 25 minutes later (despite their original estimate of 45-55 minutes) a delicious pizza arrived at my room. Not only was the food delicious, the guy who took my order and the delivery driver were incredibly nice. I can't comment on the restaurant itself but everything about my delivery experience was great!

Our favorite place for pizza & wings for lunch or dinner, but we go here even more so... for the fabulous family that own it!! Great specials, warm/delicious food, and a fun/cozy atmosphere for anyone. We try to at least visit them once a week.

A little neighborhood joint located in south Orlando where Orange Avenue splits off into Holden Avenue. And when I say little, I mean by the amount of seating available. There are only a few tables inside, as well as some stools along the counter by the front windows. There are also tables outside for dining as well. I went here recently for carry out. I did not have the phone number to place an order for pick up, so I ordered at the counter and waited. Wait time for my pizza and wings was not long. I ordered a sixteen inch pizza with one topping (pepperoni) and twenty wings (medium), and it cost just over $26.00. The pizza was good, with a thin, crisp crust, and plenty of cheese and pepperoni. The wings were good as well, with just a little bit of spicy. House sitting for friends, Mama Mia's is in a convenient location. But from my home, it is much further away to make the trip. But the pizza and wings are great. So if you are on this side of town, stop in and grab a table. Or get some carry out while passing by.

Had lunch today at Mama Mia's and I was very satisfied. I ordered the lunch special of 2 slices and a soda which came out to be $5.83 which for me is perfect. The pizza was crunchy, just the way I like it and it had just the right amount of cheese. It reminded me of pizza from back home in Connecticut which in this area is rare. It seems this pizzeria is the local hangout for Belle Isle Cops because there were a few of them having lunch and hanging in the parking lot.

Great pie I was staying at the Hyatt Place arrived late and was hungry. I drove to pick up. A little far from tourist hotels but worth it. Yelped all the flyers I found on the floor of my hotel, don't waste your time they all had bad reviews.
