I have gone three times to Logan's at the rate of once per year. The first time was because I was in the hunt for a great American steak. I had a NY Strip and it was good. The second time because I had relatives over who wanted a roadhouse/steakhouse experience. The only thing I could remember around the area was Logan's. They seemed to enjoy it, but I know they prefer what they have on the western coast of Florida. The third time I went with just my girlfriend, and I could not find a single thing in the menu that stood apart. She had a burger and enjoyed it and she likes throwing the peanuts on the floor, but I no longer enjoy the "dirty casual" ambiance or the limited menu. Instead of choosing something that I wanted, I had to settle for something that I could enjoy. For steaks, I'll choose an Outback or a Longhorn before I choose Logan's. For burgers, there's dime-a-dozen better choices. So what's left? Peanuts? (Five Guys has peanuts... and burgers!).

This is my first time going to a roadhouse. Boy did it smack me in the face.. Look down.. Theres peanut shells all over the floor.. What?! It's crazy.. As soon as we sat down theres a bucket of peanuts and I just jumped into the festivity of throwing the shells on the ground. I think I had too much fun with that.. I tried the logan. Yummy! You get two sides, so I had the sweet potato and vegetables. Amazing! I love sweet potato. I wished Hawaii offer that as a side. I think I enjoyed it more than my steak.. Hehe.. Huge portion for great price. Now the bread... If you don't love the bread... Something is wrong with you... I'm drooling just thinking about it.. Now when I'm in Florida, this place is a must!

Great steaks and excellent service. We came when they were very busy. It was also obvious the employees were dealing with a very difficult crowd. Our server was extremly pleasant and very apologetic about the service being slow; however our service was not slow; so I can only assume the service is WAY better then we experienced. I ordered the Prime Rib and asked for it as rare as you can get it. The server came back later and said they can't get it rare and if I would like to order something else. I asked for a Filet and also asked if it would delay our order (not that we were waiting long) and she said it would not. My rare steak came out at the same time as all the other food and it was cooked to perfection. The server also didn't charge us additional for the Filet since they didn't have the Prime Rib so we ended up giving her a better tip. I really liked this place.

Let's start from the beginning. It took 3 hostesses to figure out where to seat us (2 ppl) during a slow time if the day (4pm, not many diners). Finally they sat us at a booth, and started to look at the menu. The waiter seemed annoyed that we wanted time to look through it, checking in with us 4 times in under 8 minutes! He was otherwise pleasant the rest of the meal. Don't bother Ordering an Arnold Palmer, they can't make it to save their lives. The steak was dry (on a medium?) and the Mac and cheese was cold on the bottom... Guess they didn't nuke it enough. We were seated next to some noisy and seemingly broken drink station that was making a horrible noise for most of our meal. When leaving the hostess couldn't look up from what she was doing while she wished the chart in front of her a good day. We've been loyal Logan's customers since 2008, but we won't be coming to this one again.

I don't often go to steakhouses, or roadhouses, but I have been here a couple times and it's it's pretty yummy. The bread is worth a trip on it's own - it must be because it comes out dripping with melted butter. Exactly. And since I'm not much of a carnivore, these places usually frighten me a bit, however they have a tilapia that I kind of love. I don't know if it's the seasoning, the sauce, or the combination, and frankly, I don't care, I just know I love it. If you like fish, give this a try. I should also mention, that while I don't eat much chicken (I probably cheat a couple times month), I would cheat for the Hot Chicks. Holy blue cheese sauce Batman, that's a good sandwich. I'm a sucker for buffalo sauce and blue cheese. So when you combine the two, add cheese, and put it on Logan's bread, I kind of die a little. In a good way. Try it.

I dined here with a group of five. It took about 15 minutes to be seated even though there were about six or seven other parties in the entire dining room area. The food is okay, although more than one of our entrees was somewhat cold and for the price you could do better. The waitress was nice enough but we didn't see her very often.

The service is good ..food quality not so much! Sent our burger and steak back 2 times cause it was over cooked ...the salad veggies were old and croutons still taste like old bread ..we won't be back

Let me start by saying, I love Logan's. I've been to many other locations and have never had an issue, but this was awful. We had a party of 7 and a 6 month old. We walked in to the almost empty restaurant and they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. Then we asked the waitress about drink specials and she said it was happy-hour. We ordered a round of drinks all on special. The waitress confused some of our drinks and simply forgot others. Then she took our food order (about half were happy hour specials) and walked off. Five minuets later she comes by and says happy hour is over and she made a mistake and so we ordered different food. It took FOREVER for the food to come out. The manager came over and asked about our service, and we asked him to make sure we didn't get changed the full drink price. When our check came the drinks were all full price and my dinner was $14.99 instead of the $11.99 on the menu. It took her and the manager twice to correct the issues. We we there a total of 2 hours and the food was terrible. No one apologized for the terrible experience. Never again!

Food and service are always top notch here. If you like peanuts then this is the place for you, barrels of them and you can throw the shells on the floor. Oh, i almost forget, the steaks are incredible too! Many choices! My wife loses her mind over the hot biscuits they bring out before dinner is served!

I had never been to any of the Logan's Roadhouse locations so when I was invited by some coworkers to go here for lunch I was interested. I had heard pretty good things about the food, but I wasn't impressed. We were greeted at our table in a timely manner, I explained to the server right off the bat that we were in on our lunch break and would need to be done in time to be back at work. The server understood and explained that medium well steaks may take longer but we were fine with that since non of us were ordering anything like that. Despite staying clear of well done items, our food still took quite a bit of time. When I asked about the status of our meals, the news that ribs take a bit of time to cook was introduced to us by the server. Sheeesh, with a guy with a culinary background I have no problems proclaiming shenanigans on that excuse but whatevs..... The food came out, my medium rare steak that I ordered was overcooked to medium well but I didn't have the time to send it back or say anything. (Must be why it took so long to get our food.) I wasn't particularly impressed by anything we ate. They gave us a buy an entree get one free coupon, but I don't think even that is enticement enough to go back anytime soon.

Oh, do they serve steak? I go for the YEAST ROLLS!!! Because they are truly and honestly DELECTABLE. That being said, their ribeye is wonderful as well. One thing (and yes, they lost a star for this...) A friend and I frequented this Logan's. It was an impromptu meeting, but I recalled having received an offer from the e-club about a BOGO for that date. I called the restaurant ahead, asking if I needed to print the offer, or if I could show it on my smartphone to save paper (and by association, the world). She said yes, of course, showing on the smartphone was fine. When we arrived, our server denied this, saying that unfortunately, the offer had to be printed. We didn't have enough time to go back and print, and I must say that I was sorely disappointed. What is the actual policy regarding ecoupons for Logan's? In the age of ecoupons (which, hello, are PAPERLESS) and smartphones, there seems to be no need to waste paper with constantly print coupons (Sweet Tomatoes always allows smartphone coupons), but if that is the case, I'd like to be prepared in case I ever decide go back. I've emailed Logan's about this, and I'll post the answer here if I get one.

First off, this place was COVERED in peanut shells...maybe that's what they were going for, but I've been to places where they let you throw the shells on the ground and someone at least comes by and sweeps up every once in a while... The waitress was pretty good. Caesar salad was pretty bare, consisted of lettuce and 3 croutons. Everything was absolutely doused in salt. I think I had 3 days-worth of sodium. I ordered my steak medium and it came out almost raw in the middle, so I had it sent back...it was good once I got it back, but I wasn't hungry anymore so I saved it for later. Manager came by with the recooked steak but didn't offer a free dessert or discount or anything. Overall not that great an experience. Steaks were OK for the price but I doubt I'd be back.

Only 3 star. The server and the food is good except for the host. She put us all the way in the back where there was nobody there and the main area has plenty of tables and booth available. Its kind of racist when u think about it. U see all the americans in the main area and when Asian come they send it in the back. Which is so unacceptable to think that you are paying the same amount.

Always like to go to this location. I love the grilled chicken for lunch, comes with two sides, one of which I get the salad which is a decent size. The service is usually really good at this location. The manager is pretty nice, we had a coupon for $5 off $20 and even though we don't know how to read and used it for the lunch special he let us use it. I should have known better. Enjoy their yeast rolls and peanuts. It really isn't hard to like Logan's.

Food was terrible. The ribeye tasted like it was week old with a tinge of ordor of spoilage. We opted to not order something else. My baked potato was very mushy as if was reheated for the tenth time. It was slow for a reason. Don't come here.

Baked potato served at its peak; hot, fresh and full of butter. The 20oz porterhouse is delicious but far from the 20oz size- I'd say this thin steak is more like a 16oz.. North to South this steak measures about 4.5 inches and east to west its about 4 inches. This porterhouse has about an inch-wide portion of meat on the east-side of the bone making this an extremely small steak....20oz? not even close....not even before it hit the heat. I'm giving it 4 stars for atmosphere and cleanliness and flavor....not for truth in advertisement. 20oz???

Okay, so I decided to give this location another try last night with my partner and his mom thinking that maybe I judged too harshly the first time, but to my dismay, I was certainly right the first time and will never come back to this location. I ended up ordering a sirloin steak cooked medium rare and mac n'cheese, the steak was cooked about medium which is fine, but was like eating shoe leather it was so tough and chewy, so my partner let me have his chicken and he had my steak. The chicken was okay, but what bothered me was the cheese on top of the chicken wasn't melted at all and the chicken was cold. So I ended up just eating the delicious bread and butter they have instead. The guy who served us was really nice, and it's not his fault at all, very nice kid, but twice in a row the food has been absolutely terrible and i'm someone who rarely complains and I was a server for 5 years so I know things happen, but this place has some serious management and chef issues....

What a big disappointment. This was our first, worst and the most expensive meal in Orlando. We had the all you can eat option and it was totally not worth of the money. Most items on the grill are too dry and too tough to eat. Everything on the buffet bar is cold and there is no fruit. I didn't touch any of those salads because they are either soaked in heavy cream or just plain greasy. We went to Golden Corel next day, spent less than half of money and had more than 10 times more not only edible but delicious items. Another lesson learned, do not go to a non-national-chain restaurant in a tourist town.

Logan's Roadhouse is a neighborhood friendly restaurant with mediocre substinance. The Kickin' Chicken Salad was anything but 'kickin' today. It was more like a watered down version of a Wendy's salad. The chicken was chewy and the excess amount of white lettuce (isn't lettuce supposed to be green??) was less than enjoyable. I would normally go with a "Hell No, Never Again" rating, but I know there are other things to rave about at Logan's so I will be sparing in my rating. 2 stars for Yelp and a "Hell, Maybe I Will Try It Again" rating for me. By the way, a Wendy's salad is about half the size of a Logan's salad.

Had horrible service at this location. There were hardly any other customers there and we still didn't receive much attention. Both of our dinners were completely cold. I asked for my salad to come out before my dinner but it was never brought out to me until I was almost finished with my main course.
