My kids call Logan's "the place where you can throw the peanut shells on the floor." Its a casual restaurant with reasonably priced, decent food. Logan's is one of those places that most of the family can all agree upon for a good dinner. They serve basic American roadhouse type foods. The menu is pretty extensive, but most everything is centered around the steak/beef options. Steaks are good. They're at or a step behind the Outback steaks. Burgers are good. They are tender and flavorful. If you don't like beef, there are some seafood and chicken options. Kids menu is good, and will have something for just about all the little ones. Service is also usually pretty good. The peanuts on the floor is an interesting concept, and if you have a peanut allergy, stay away. Basically you are given a bucket of peanuts on your table which you shell, nosh on and throw the shells on the floor. If peanuts are not your style, the staff delivers some pretty good, very buttery, yeast rolls to the table as well. Desserts are tasty as well. In keeping with one of the restaurant's running theme concepts, they are served in miniature replicas of the peanut buckets. Logan's is a chain, and you get a little of that feel when you're there. They are good at accommodating large groups, but will get very busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, its a solid place to eat and the prices will not break the bank.

Not up to the standard I usually expect from Logan's. The place was kind of dirty looking. Plus there was a bug walking across my menu as I ordered. The food was ok. The service was good though.

OMG, been a year since last visit and still quite unbelievable. Received a gift card so why not? Well crap, I'm still not impressed. With a title of Fried Cheese Bacon Burger, one would think home run!? I gotta say for my pallet, this $10 burger, though cooked right, was a solid "meh". Just lacking that grill-charred goodness. No beefy attributes to this entree at all. Zero actually. The fried cheese "patty" is like a cheese balloon that will go gooey all over when first punctured. Okay unique but not a good dine with the boss entree. The bacon was the only plus I can attribute to the expense. The fries proved over salted for me - and that would have to be near criminal as much as I dig NaCl. So mercy now, what to do with a 1/2 used gift card? I think I should give them another try at changing the 2 star rating, but not an entree from a bovine origin.

16 minutes before a server first greeted our table. 35 minutes for our food in come after we placed our order. I was expecting a better tasting and better cut of meat after receiving an email from Logan's celebrating national Prime Rib Day, not something dry and chewy and over salted. I tried to help the dinner with some horseradish sauce but it was horribly sweet.

This place was very convenient being that we were staying at the hotel right behind the building. It was late and we made it just in time before they closed. I had never been to a Logan's before and I read mixed reviews on it. But when hunger sets in, some of that thought process goes out the window. A walk inside and you feel like you've stepped into a western bar. It didn't take me long to find out that this was one of those places that served peanuts and that you could the shells on the floor. While waiting on our drinks and bread, I ceremoniously did so. It was late so I decided against having a steak and ordered salmon instead, the Rum Glazed Salmon. This came with grilled pineapple and a veggie skewer. I ordered an additional skewer of mushrooms as well. The entire entree was great and it hit the spot. We have a Logan's Roadhouse in my city so I may have to check them out.

I've eaten at the bar 3 times so far. Service, while friendly, is unbelievably slow. The other night I counted 6 servers hanging around the host station, yet even getting a beverage takes an eternity. Once a steak ordered rare came out medium well, next two times were okay. Kitchen is also slow, regardless of how busy the place is. Food is okay, if it weren't for the convenience of the location (by HIE) I wouldn't bother going back

I love the salads here! The kickin' chicken with peppercorn ranch is my "go to" meal. It is noisy, it is casual, good happy hour prices. Don't sit in the bar, service isn't always great there- sit on the restaurant side.

I have visited this Logan's Roadhouse several times while traveling to Orlando. It is always well maintained and the staff are excellent. The food is reasonably priced and of a very good quality (I have tried several different menu options as well). I would recommend this Logan's location to anyone looking for a steakhouse.

This place doesn't even deserve one star... I came to have dinner with my husband and three other tables were severed drinks and orders taken before anyone even acknowledge us, I had to go get the manager to find out where our server was. The server gave us a horrible attitude ordered our food incorrectly and then said it was our fault, then continued to say he would fight my husband in the parking lot. I have never been treated so terribly in my life, the server needed to be fired and the manager needs to take control. All and all terrible experience. DON'T GO HERE!

Visit was on 3/12/12 and review posted on my FB page: So after a full day that included going to bed at 1AM, getting up at 3AM, flying to Orlando, 18 holes of golf and driving all around Orlando, Carol and I went into a Logan's Roadhouse (a growing chain of about 200 restaurants) for the first time. The choice was obvious as it was about 100 yards outside of our hotel. We arrived about 8:45PM and the restaurant was clearing out. Our greeting at the front door was pretty lacksidasical. The host took us up to the bar area on our request and we then decided to actually sit AT the bar. The bartender, Chris was taking care of some food as we sat down and greeted us soon afterwards. Once again, the greeting was less than enthuthiastic. Decor of the restaurant is that of a typical Roadhouse. The big thing in the roadhouse (as you will read about in my review of the Texas Roadhouse) seems to be the metal bucket of peanuts on the bar/table. The floors were littered with the peanut shells which to me was very reminiscent of the Ground Round chain. There were beer signs and a large bucket of peanuts. The restaurant looked worn and not a planned roadhouse worn. The bar looked beat up and the restrooms were in dire need of a refit. With the peanut shells and the need of a renovation, I did not get the best feeling of cleanliness and sanitation. We needed to work Chris for suggestions of menu items. When we asked what they were known for as this was our first time there, we were treated to an almost grunted "steaks". As the meal progressed, he did warm up - especially when discussing basketball with us as the Knicks were playing and we ended up talking about the team. We ended up going with Burgers, I had the Deluxe Burger and Carol had the "Roadies" which were sliders. I also ordered their smoked wings to start and for drinks, I had a Platinum Margarita and Carol her usual Charddonay. They served Barefoot which is an average "house" wine that seemed to be very popular in the Orlando Area. While waiting for the food they brought a basket of hot yeast rolls that were outstanding. Food was also very good. Wings were smoked and then grilled to heat up when ordered. They were served as whole wings that were skewered on a metal skewer - two skewers with three wings each. My burger was cooked perfectly and you could tell that the beef used was a good quality. It was flavorful and juicy. I opted for the house chips which were crisp and well seasoned. Carol's sliders were also very good (I of course had to take one from her to give you an accurate review!) and she took the upsel to Onion Petals which were also cooked properly. The dipping sauce they served was a nice compliment to the Petals. The service through the meal was attentive and Chris checked back, got us water and served Carol a second wine. At the end of the meal he offered dessert and coffee which we refused. He presented the check and processed my credit card quickly and efficiently. I did not see a manager while we were there and during our meal a server was sitting to my left doing her checkout on the computer. Overall the experience was good. It is an unfortunate curcumstanse that at the end of a shift, 90% of the restaurants out there (especially those in the quick food/pub style catagories) tend to forget about the guests and tend to focus on the close down and side work. Over my 30 years in the hospitality industry, I have always found the slower times of the shift to be more challenging to keep your staff motivated, but it is the challenge that can make or break a restaurant. As I post my other Orlando reviews, you will see this is a comon theme down where we were staying. We would have given the restaurant a 2nd chance especially since the food was so good, but on our next attempt it was about 20 minutes before closing and the bartender on duty (not Chris this time) actually told us we would be rushed and suggested a restaurant across the street that was opened later. If you eat there, its amazing. But if you get your food to go, they don't care at all. My fries and rolls were cold. They didn't heat up my soup at all and they didn't give me any extra rolls when I requested them. I was very unhappy with my order because I am used to great service when I go to eat there. P.S. I live less than 5 minutes away, so it wasn't the drive home that made my food cold.
