I've had to edit my review, because well, Juniors has just gone down-hill this past year. There has been a lot of turn over in staff and we have had to send quite a bit of food back. You can tell we are not the only ones who are disappointed because the usually crowd that is waiting to get in...just isn't there. Top it all off with a price increase, and we are officially looking for somewhere else for our usual breakfast spot.

Omelette's or breakfast sandwiches are a great way to go. Delicious! This place has pretty decent breakfast food. Nothing that will knock your socks of, but a good way to cure a hangover with some greasy food.

The little lady loves diners and I love the little lady, soooo, hello Junior's Diner. We went for breakfast and overall it was pretty good. Very basic items (bacon, sausage, sunny side up eggs, etc) so it's hard to screw up. A bit of an inconvenience that they don't take cards, especially considering some of the local food trucks will even accept debit cards. Oh well, thanks to Yelp I was prepared, so I can't hold it against them. Yay - Very reasonable prices. Boo - Lots of people. I hate you all. (Not you though) I wouldn't penalize them being busy since it's good for business, just bad for me.

Absolutely love this no frills diner. Portions are big, so come hungry. Chicken fried steak comes out hot, and is light and crisp. Our coffee cups are never empty, and the staff is fast and friendly.

I ate there a couple of times and it was decent breakfast food. However, they have lost my business. As a new mom with a stroller, the staff was unwilling to accommodate us. This was after we waited 20 minutes for a table and once we sat at a table, the waitress said we couldn't have a stroller in the aisle and made no effort to help us find a new spot. If customer service is just as important as the food and you want family friendly, Juniors is not for you.

It located off Corrine there, tucked in the strip malls there on the South Side of the road. I will say that you can't go wrong with this diner. It's a great place and true to diner form. The service is friendly and fast, they're quick to refill your coffee cup and very pleasant. I always leave Juniors STUFFED and satisfied. Be sure to bring your Benjamins or Hamiltons or Jacksons or Lincolns or Washingstons...because this place is cash only.

This place is exactly what a diner should be. The food is cheap and delicious. It doesn't look so pretty from the outside, but it's actually surprisingly nice inside. Their cash-only policy was a little inconvenient, but I happened to have enough cash on me. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely eat here again. Greasy spoon ftw!!

I've been to Junior's 2 times (only ate there once) and I think that is enough for me. The first time about 7 months ago my wife and I went to try this place since it always looks busy. There were a few open tables and the place wasn't too busy, lots of staff members walking around. We waited to be seated for 10 minutes, after no greeting or acknowledgement, we left. We gave it another try 2 weeks ago, it always seems busy so it must be good... Anyway, the food is barely average, plus the sausage is not fresh, but gross and frozen. Service was okay this time around, but that couldn't make up for the crappy food.

I don't get the 4-5 stars. Average place. Pros - It's super cheap. 5 bucks for breakfast. It's also cute in that old-school diner look with a counter you can sit at if you are eating alone. A lot of solitary men made friends at the counter so that was nice for them to find people to talk to while eating. The food was not greasy. It's next to a bunch of cute Baldwin Park/Winter Park shops like the CD store/hair salon/bead store :) Cons- It's CASH ONLY and there's no sign on the door saying it. I only noticed it on the menu before we ordered. It's really small (35 people tops maybe) so when it gets busy you have to wait awhile for your food. The waitresses weren't bitchy but they weren't pleasant. They were distant and didn't greet anyone or tell them where to sit (apparently you seat yourself). The food was blah. I liked the sausage although it was a bit salty. The eggs were so bland I didnt eat half of them. The homefries were cooked but dry. I dunno what the big deal is. It's super cute on the inside and very cheap but not good food/service.

They are open. They have eggs. They aren't countryfide, fifties-fide, ....relief. It's a diner what more can I write? Dafe

I am very happy to be down the street from a great diner. I wish it were open 24 hours a day for those late night breakfasts, but its not and this is why they lost a star. The food (I've only had their breakfasts, but many people get lunch food (the burgers look good)) is perfect diner food. And when they say "fresh berries" on a special, they mean it... very well managed, and I think the owner is always there cooking in an open kitchen. I am a huge fan of this place, but their hours are very minimal (I guess you can do that when you are this good). I think they are closed Mondays and Sundays. Open Tues-Sat 7a-2p or something like that.

This place is CASH ONLY. You have to get there at just the right time. I say that because within seconds of finding a table each time I've been it seems like the flood-gates opened and everyone else in Winter Park also wanted to join me. This place is a little gem. There isn't anything really special about the menu. Its simply diner- so breakfast foods, sandwich melts and the like. Its fast, friendly service and tasty.

This is one cozy diner that gives me a glimpse of what old timey Orlando may have been like. There are definitely regulars at this place and the waitresses seem to know their orders. How cool is that? I've always had a sweet lady wait on me, and although service can be slow since they seem understaffed, it is the kind of place where you can hang out for awhile. Free coffee refills don't hurt and is the way into my heart. This is a place where I can stop by and get a breakfast biscuit for under $3 and a full breakfast platter for $6. Breakfast that does not break the bank, how sweet.

Went on a Sunday, which should be busy (and it was). Short wait since there were only 2 of us - waitresses appeared very busy/rushed and short staffed but they were friendly. Played safe and ordered sunny side up eggs, toast, bacon - how can anyone do that wrong? Well the server heard me wrong and put down scrambled, she apologized and corrected it quickly. I can see how she could have misheard me because this is a noisy place, so speak up and clearly. Atmosphere is nicely done, tight, cramped, and lots of elbow rubbing. Just how I remember it with the diners in NYC. This may not be everyone's cup of tea. Just remember its cash only! Pricing was very fair, if not cheap. Overall experience was a positive one, nothing spectacular, however left smiling, which was attributed to the overly nice staff (which seems to be an inconsistent thing based on other reviews)

CASH ONLY!!! The Patty Melts are fantastic, and cooked to order. That's the standard by which I measure all diners, and this one was definitely up to snuff.

big disappointment. Checked juniors out after reading positive reviews, but had to leave after fifty minutes and no breakfast. The service was basically nonexistent and misguided. We were one of three tables upon arrival and although our server was new there was no assistance from other staff members. After collecting my own coffee and creamer I decided to pay for my beverages and exit. Never acknowledged nor questiioned about my departure.

Great greasy spoon with quck service and good corned beef hash and grits. Did I mention they have RC products. Perfect for the moderate hangover.

Complete breakfast for $5.79... 2 eggs, 2 pc bacon, 2 pc of sausage and your choice of pancakes, french toast, or biscuits and gravy. The sausage links are kind weird.. a bit peppery but just ask for the patties. The food is always fresh and piping hot. The wait for food is never long. Be prepared to sit at the counter during peak breakfast hours. All the servers seem to be happy to be working and are always one step ahead of the game. Donna in particular is very nice and efficient. The eggs benedict are $8.10 and are very filling. There is 2 canadian bacon slices to each half of the english muffin. Have never had a bad meal or experience here.

This is one of our favorite places to have breakfast. They are always quick, friendly, and tasty. We brought our newborn yesterday and they were very accommodating with a high chair for our carrier. We are always comfortable here and the prices are great.

finally got around to eating breakfast at juniors. good to see it open again. great meal on the cheap. where else can you get 2 eggs, a choice of meats, grits or potatos and a biscuit for under $6 that is good. cute place with a kind of new york diner feel to it. no complaints, worth a stop if you are in the baldwin park area.

A friend and I went there for the first time during the week around 11 and it was pretty quiet and half empty. Seemed like a positive experience at first, got drinks and our order taken pretty quickly. We watched the waitress walk around and do miscellaneous tasks for about 5 minutes before putting in our order. When our order was ready and sitting on the pass, we stared at it for another five minutes while the waitress continued to do other things seemingly more important than serving customers hot food (and we were the only order the whole time we were there, everyone else was already served). Not only that, there was no attempt to refill our drinks which were just cups of ice for the latter half of the meal. Only reason it gets two stars is because the food was still tasty. But tasty food can't cover up room temperature food and poor service. Given the overall rating I saw here before we went, I really expected more.
