This location has given me frequent problems. First of all, their drivers never have pens on them. I make it a habit to keep one ready because of this, but if I forget (or if someone else in my house takes it for something else), it shouldn't be on me to look for 5 minutes to find a pen simply because you neglected to bring one. But this is a minor point. I was always wondering why they talked about being fast service wise, as I often wait 45-60 minutes for my sandwiches. But I've never complained, as I thought it normal. But friends of mine told me that it is actually abnormal, and that their local Jimmy Johns are much faster. Tonight...took the cake. I ordered a sandwich, as I've done a million times. To ensure I hear the driver knock at the door, I usually sit in the living room and read and wait. After 50 minutes had passed, I began to get curious, and by the hour mark, annoyed. I checked my order three times to make sure I didn't accidentally choose Pickup, or put the wrong address. Nope -- I did everything correct, and the address, as always, even contained my gate code and apt complex name. I finally called, and the driver claimed he'd come by, knocked for ten minutes, and left. I told him this did not happen, as I'd been there the whole time. He then read back my address, and it was wrong. He tried to say his first receipt had the wrong address (even though on the reprinted receipt I received, it was correct, so it appears he was lying). He also said he called my phone multiple times. This may be true as my phone had died and I was charging it, but in a situation like that, wouldn't you leave a voicemail? He didn't, The worst part...they charged me for the sandwich that it took them eventually two hours to deliver. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the driver continued to blame the receipt (and implied it was my fault for not answering my phone). I still tipped him out of kindness, but I am done with this location.

If you are stuck in a lunch rush experiencing traffic lights that take 5 minutes, long lines of massive slow traffic, and have an appetite of bear but the clock is ticking for you to go back at work then STOP! Do not turn into your nearest fast food joint..do not deprive yourself from having a delicious sandwich because Jimmy Johns will make you a fresh sandwich in a record amount of time! I mean it! If sandwich making was a sport in the olympics then Jimmy Johns would get a gold metal because they are quick and witty. They have a variety of sandwiches but one of the all time best is the beach club. This gourmet sandwich has turkey, avocado spread, alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. It's one hearty sandwich and just like most reviewers stated Jimmy Johns is mildly addicting.

Jimmy John's -- always great, fresh, food... and it never lets me down. Fairly priced, especially compared to other sandwich shops. They have a nice, fresh variety which I always enjoy. This is a chain, but I enjoy it. On my last visit to this location my dining partner said, "it was fast, but it was the slowest fast I've ever seen" as the employee making the sandwiches kept asking him questions. Regardless, that's no big deal in my opinion. It could be a new employee anyway.

I used to hate Jimmy Johns after an experience downtown when that one first opened, but this one here in Millenia has made me a believer.. for the most part. I really like their un-wich, which is lettuce rather than bread. Why eat the carbs if it isn't serving a purpose to the taste. The beachey sandwich is the best way to go with an unwich. The sprouts and avocado just make sense. Today, my lettuce wasn't particularly as fresh as the last time I had one, maybe 2 weeks ago. Disappointed, brought it down a star. Publix subs.. are just better to me personally. BUT GOOD LUCK FINDING A DECENT SUB MAKER AROUND HERE. I have to go all the way to the orange ave or 50 location to get a decent one. The one over here by millenia, as well as the one off kirkman and conroy have terrible service. Anyone familiar with the walmarts local to these areas may know why :0 So jimmy johns it is. This one would get a 5 if I could just compare it to the publix's.

So my bf and I just moved to the Estates which is half a mile down the street from Jimmy Johns. We were exhausted after moving and wanted wanted something delivered. I had never had Jimmy Johns before, but it sounded good so what the hell, i'll try it. The order was very quick, and what I thought was awesome is that the delivery guy rode his skateboard to deliver the food. Im sorry, but I love that. So onto the sandwiches. I had the #10 which was shaved medium rare roast beef with provolone cheese. The meat was cooked perfectly, medium rare, it was like shaved filet mignon, very juicy and full of flavor. The sandwiches come cold but thats okay, i just heat it up myself to melt the cheese. My bf ordered the #11 which was turkey, ham, and cheese. He loved it. We both loved it so much that we had it again the day after for lunch. Great sandwiches, great service. A+

Let me just say, I love a fast food joint that will let me use their restroom without giving me a dirty look. Of course I ate there, too. Always greeted with a hello, this Jimmy John's is on par with others I have been to, and that's a good thing. You know what you're getting: fast service, delicious sandwiches and a quirky atmosphere (signs like, "We'd love to see you NAKED, but state law requires shirt and shoes." are plastered throughout the store). My favorite is the ultimate porker, but for a lighter (200 less calorie option), I would sub the mayo, which comes on just about every sandwich, for the vinaigrette. They were playing 90's Summer Hits while I ate, and I have to admit I probably stayed 10 minutes after I had finished eating, just to listen to the music. 4 stars.

Nothing much new to report. Ordered from JJ's today. Again, had the turkey and again it was one razor thin slice of turkey and an over abundnce of shredded lettuce. Price went up from $4.89 to $4.99. I also ordered a pickle which was good but it also went up to $1.25 from $1.00. Their iPhone app has changed and it is a real pain in the ass placing an order now. The older app was 10 times better. Not hating JJ's but they could do so much better. Just look at Wawa. For the same price you get a freakin torpedo sub packed with stuff. Step your game up JJ's!

Nothing special to say about this specific location, standard fast service and tasty subs!

This is the only JJ I have tried. Both times it sucked. Service was ok, but the sandwich was sloppy and tasted like dirt (not just bad, but like a weird gritty taste, like if vegetables aren't washed)

We've been going to JJ for years but not this location. We've been here a few times and its not the best service. This past time was beyond ridiculous. It took them 3times to correctly do my sandwich. I specifically asked for them not to put something on my sandwich and when they did they tried two different times on the SAME sandwich too just scrape it off! Anyone that knows anything about food service or allergies in general knows that's a huge NO NO. They can end up sending someone to the hospital that way. They finally got it right after our patience was gone and it was the third sandwich. Beyond ridiculous! It seems like maybe the long standing employees were friendly to regulars but the btw definitely eye not and we couldn't even understand the guy cashiering at times because he mumbled.

Made my way to the Millennia Mall Jimmy Johns for lunch. Was surprised the traffic was not that bad at noon- I thought traffic near this mall was always bad! Ehh, okay lets get to it: I ordered the #5 Vito Unwich with added mayo. This basically is an Italian sub (genoa salami, provolone, capicola, onion, lettuce, tomato & Italian vinaigrette. (Hot peppers by request) -only w/o the sub roll. Sorry no discount for us breadless Paleo diet crowd. Hey, but you do get all that extra fresh lettuce okay? Hats off to Jimmy Johns for making a low carb, naked sub sandwich choice possible. No worries though, this concept wouldn't work too well with a meat ball sub, so those are not on the menu. This is a refreshing way to eat a different but typical sub sandwich - you should give it a try at least once. The lettuce "roll" is shingled together and meat and vegs are then rolled up with the sub wrapper at the end. You simply tear the paper off as you progress into the sandwich. This is good eats and people were okay-friendly. Sign on the counter says: We would like to see us naked - but county code says you have to wear shirts and shoes." Ha! Another Paleo lifestyle sensitivity acknowledged!

Jimmy Johns has become a weekly habit for me. A few months ago, a coworker told me about them and I had never heard of them before. We went to lunch that day and I soon discovered their fast service, great staff, and good food. Since then, we seem to go every friday for lunch! They normally serve fish in the cafeteria we have at work and nobody likes it so getting a fresh and fast sandwich at Jimmy John's as been our weekly outing. I have tried a few of their sandwiches but always seem to end up with a number 6... the Vegetarian but I get it on the 7 grain bread. It is a large sandwich for me so depending on my hunger, I can eat the whole thing or save half for dinner later. I have also had the #5 Vito and have enjoyed that too. The 8" subs are good values but the first time I ordered one, it seemed a bit light on the content. I then tried the same sandwich but as a 'giant club' version and then found them to be too much food. So depending on your hunger you should order small vs large. ;-) I also like their low carb lettuce wraps... same ingredients and price of a sub or club but without the bread. I have tried all the types of chips and can say I liked them all but the salt and vinegar ones... I could only eat a few chips before the vinegar became too strong. The staff is great at this store and always make us feel special. I also love the iphone app for ordering! Even with as fast as they make their food, I sometimes order on line... walk over and pick it up! Its all done and ready to go! That saves me about 2 min total of sandwich making time. I recommend Jimmy Johns and hope you have as good experience as I always have!

I'm not sure there is a sub out there that I crave more than Jimmy John's Vito. I had it for the first time years ago when I was sick and I remember how much better it made me feel. Ever since then, it had oddly been something I've craved whenever I was near a Jimmy John's. The speed they make their subs is something to behold and is downright astounding. From the moment you place your order you have a team behind the counter ready to move the sub down the assembly line, quickly piling up the ingredients. They do so in such a manner though, that the food doesn't look rushed. The bread is some of the best of any fast food chain, and blows Subway and Firehouse out of the water. The flavor of the over ingredients don't overpower each other and the mayo and dressing combine to create a mouthwatering sandwich.

    1. great guys, great food. I love that this place is open late. And even if you show up near the end of the night, the guys are still friendly and upbeat. Traffic in the area sucks, but if you can get into the lot, parking is pretty ample. I'm not sure what their delivery range is, but I'm at least 2-3 miles away and they get to me no problem. Never leave Jimmy Johns.

I don't know what the point in them delivering is. I was located 2 miles away and they wouldn't deliver to me. So what is the point? They only deliver within walking distance from where you are. Maybe that why they are so "fast"

Awesome staff and fast fast subs. A good place to go eat if you're on a short break from work or if you just feel line a freaky fast sub. Def recommend jimmy johns
