This is a great place when you're looking for a quick lunch and one that's light. I get a craving for a salad every now and then and this is usually where I end up. I always get the same thing, which is their caesar salad with smoked chicken. I always get the large with the dressing on the side. It's enough to have leftovers for a second lunch the next day. You can also ask for extra dressing on the side for no cost. They have a large selection of salads to choose from and if you don't like the options, you can build your own salad. The service is quick. The prices are great. The salads are delicious. I would recommend this place.

4 Stars for an unbeatable location, healthy options, and great employees! I stopped in for lunch and was shocked by how spacious the interior was. I went through the line and got a Monet Salad with hummus as the protein. What I loved: - they mix your salad so that the toppings and dressing are in every bite. - the outdoor seating is on a large plaza with a fabulous view of the downtown CBD - you can bring pets! What could have been better: - my fella got a salad with turkey as the protein. I wasn't stoked about the lunch meat style of the meats as I prefer chunky bites, but this is me nitpicking. Overall, a definite DT Orlando lunch favorite!! How often does the thought of a salad make you drool?!? :D

low key interior with outside seating -- build your own salad place with pretty standard range of options but excellent healthy tasty nonetheless....great service: nice girl and a guy with an astronaut tattoo on his arm

Probably one of my favorite places to stop for lunch! You can get an amazing salad with super fresh ingredients! I am pretty much addicted to their Southwest salad, a HUGE salad topped with fresh corn and black bean salsa, tortilla crispies, and black olives. LOVE! The staff are always incredible & always recognize their repeat customers which is really nice. When choosing your salad/wrap...they have already made combinations you can choose from (with or without protein...aka MEAT) or you can pick and choose to create your own salad creation. I highly recommend Eden's if you are anywhere downtown and are looking for a great lunch!

Fresh salads WITH Boar's Head meat. Score. The only way to eat deli meat. You can create your own or go with one of their suggestions. You'll probably be set back about $10 or so, but it's healthy and fresh. I only wish they were open for dinner!

Downtown Orlando is where a TON of my "wish list restaurants" are located but I rarely get a chance to get down there for a meal so when I was recently downtown around lunch time for a meeting, the only thing I could think about was which restaurant I was going to cross off my list that day.I see Eden's Fresh Co. every time I am downtown and have always been intrigued. I am a bit of a health nut, despite my love for sweets, and this place sounded like the perfect spot for a healthy but filling lunch. The location is perfect and easy to walk to. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door and the employee was quick to assist me. I ordered the Athena salad which was there version of a Greek Salad and it was great! You could tell that the vegetables were fresh and the portion size was filling for what you paid. My only downside was that the other co-worker there seemed irritated to be working but who knows, it could have just been a bad day! I would definitely revisit Eden's for lunch again. My large salad was $10 but was fresh, good sized, and had a ton of meat on it. A win for sure!

So fresh and tasty, and super convenient for lunch downtown. Love that you can get your salad as a wrap which makes it easier to eat on those days when I'm chained to my desk. I really like all of the different salad options but usually end up with a "make your own." The salad "artists" (sorry Subway) are always very pleasant and sometimes even funny. The fact that they're serving up Boars Head cold cuts is awesome but I rarely go that route and just load up on the chick peas or walnuts some other veggie protein. Eden's Fresh is usually my lunch option when I'm harboring guilt for other, less prudent dining decisions, so I'm always thankful it's there.

Good location next to a string of restaurants, a wine bar, Publix and Lake Eola. If you want a healthy quick cheap bite, this is the perfect option. This is like Chipotle only with salad; you pick out the salad and they make it right in front of you. Prices are reasonable. Place is small. Good place to have a salad and run. It is the same type of deal as Designer Greens and isn't as great when it comes to the size and quality but if it didnt exist, I would have to drive 20 minutes to get this in East Orlando or Dr Phillips. BONUS: It's open for dinner time, yesss! No place around here is open for dinner time.

As a vegetarian, this place is a wonderful stop for those who work in the downtown Orlando area. I haven't visited the Winter Park location, but the Orange Ave location never disapoints. (as long as they don't run out of ingredients..which sadly happens a lot, and days on days sometimes) Create your own salad, or choose from one of their created salad's. Another big plus (although I have never done so, since I hate dressing) is to make your salad into a wrap. They will toss it for you in a bowl, and wrap it like a burrito. In comparison to Caffe Ritazza salad bar, I prefer the portions to price of Eden's. I will admit it takes a long time when it is busy at Eden's (they could do so much better, but sometime their employee's are kind of slow, or they are under staffed) but it is a good take away salad. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a couple side items along with soda to accompany your meal. Like I said, check it out if you want something light and filling for lunch downtown! But be early since there are always a timely line in around lunch, and they run out of certain products frequently.

yes prayers do get answered....Eden fresh is exactly what downtown Orlando needed. Love the place, healthy, fulfilling, and great combination. AMAJING customer service, being that the entire menu had me reading each and every ingredient thinking this would prob be the best wrap Ive had I went ahead and asked anyway. They recommended the Athena Greek or the Greek Athena can't remember because as soon as I got my plate i devoured the entire wrap. Did I fail to mention the wrap was wheat. You can not go wrong with ordering anything here but I would have to say the Athena is my favorite and then the Oriental or Asian one, cant remember the names but that just gives me another reason to stop by and enjoy a FRESH meal that does not tie you down. Huge fan I would sponsor it if I could. Side NOTE: some people would love to eat it on the weekends...PLEASE stay open on weekends...that is all 8]

This is the best place to eat downtown when you are looking for something a little more healthy. I haven't tried everything, but I everything I've ordered was great.

Finally ... a lunch spot downtown that specializes almost exclusively in salads (and does it well!) Eden's Fresh Co. is a recent addition to the downtown lunch scene, so I decided to check it out on a day when I wanted something a bit lighter than usual. Eden's has about 10 "featured recipe" salads, all of which sound pretty yummy: the Daisy (spring mix, Mandarin oranges, strawberries, almonds and sunflower seeds) and the Desperado (romaine, black bean and corn salsa, tomatoes, onions, black olives, tortilla strips and Chipotle lime vinaigrette) are two that piqued my interest. I decided to stick with a pretty basic combo for this first outing: the BLT+, which includes romaine, bacon, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cheddar, and ranch dressing. I also added the recommended protein (a smoked chicken). All of the ingredients were very fresh, and the taste combo was great. Even though I chose a "featured" salad, it was mixed fresh right in front of me. I definitely suggest adding the recommended protein (all are Boar's Head and have a standard $2 upcharge across the board.) As one reviewer for the Winter Park location noted, it kind of stinks they use what are essentially cold cuts instead of fresh meat, but to be honest, it worked in this salad for some reason. Give it a shot! Instead of choosing one of Eden's mixes, you can also create your own salad creation. In addition, any salad is available as a wrap. This Eden's location also features some nifty, inexpensive breakfast yogurt parfaits, with similarly yummy sounding combinations. Eden's Fresh Co. is located in the bottom of the Seaside Bank building on the corner of Orange and Church, at the back of the courtyard. I didn't ask, but parking is probably street only.

Eden's is one of my go-to restaurants when I'm ordering out for lunch. Their ingredients are fresh, the variety is awesome, the portions are filling, and of course, the price is right! This salad and wrap joint offers several basic combinations, or you can choose 5 toppings that sound good for you. (Additional toppings are a slight upcharge). And the toppings go beyond the basic salad choices - some of the most unique include hearts of palm, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and a black bean/corn salsa. For vegetarians, they also have tofu that's not on the board, but available on your request! (I'm pretty sure it's raw and its definitely not seasoned, so it's bland, but it's there nonetheless and I give them points for the option.) Pay cash and you get stamps on a frequent user card - buy 9 get the 10th free!
