As busy as it was the service was quick and efficient. They easily took my coupon and made it a pleasure to have breakfast. My donut and iced latte were delicious.

This is hands down the worst dunkin doughnuts I have ever been to. There must be a sign posted " help wanted you It's be slow inefficient and incompetent " There were only 2 people in front of me in line and the line took 15 minutes . They insisted that my cake that says 21.99 was 28.99 and that even the manager could not over ride the price. I left without the cake and they were relieved and happy when I left.

By far the dirtiest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! I'm giving this place 1 star only because I have to in order to write a review. This place gets a zero in my book. The 2 gentlemen working behind the counter were pretty nice and friendly despite the other reviews. When I asked for a chocolate donut, the guy reached over and as his hand got close a swarm of flies flew off the entire rack of chocolate donuts!!! The rack was infested with flies!! It was like they camouflaged with the donuts. I almost gagged when I saw that. Knowingly seeing what I saw, the guy continued to bag it as if nothing had just happened!!! Please spare yourself the time and money and go somewhere else!

The food and drinks are fine, but it's the service that people remember. Unfortunately for this Dunkin Donuts, the service was reprehensible. The staff is unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and displayed incredible attitude at even basic requests like a cup of ice water with my order. Do yourself a favor and skip Dunkin for the much more people friendly Starbucks a couple miles down the road.

This is the shittiest Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my life. This place needs to get their shit together. I recommend finding another one. They have no plain bagels, no coolattas, no crossaints, and their donuts taste like they're 30 years old. That shit was the worst Breakfast I've ever had. Fuck you dunkin donuts

Good thing for the Duncan donuts name on the door that attracts unknowing individuals to this backwards run operation or they would probably be closed.

Terrible rude service, the employees here need to all be fired. Can't ask them questions without them looking annoyed or rolling their eyes. Owner please hire good customers, specially since its a tourist area here, you will need the BEST customer service Nehemie needs an attitude adjustment badly

Not the best selection of donuts however it was 2pm. The location was clean and the coffee fresh. At the end of the day it's still just a Dunkin Donuts. Close by where I was staying so it hit the spot.

Very bad experience here today. I usually love going to Dunkins for their Carmel iced coffee. This was my first time at this particular establishment. After my coffee was paid for I waited patiently as a family of four put their order in. The lattes and food for that family were prepared before mine and served. Um. . Ok? I saw the girl who was making drinks filling a cup with ice. (Thinking it was my order I didn't say anything.) Turns out she was making 3 more drinks for more orders after mine. When she put an iced coffee on the counter I stepped forward thinking it was mine. The girl clearly missed my order completely. Another customer mentioned to her I'd been waiting a very long time. Instead of just saying sorry and owning up to the oversight she just asked me what I got and made a really poorly mixed coffee. Of course as luck would have it, I waited to take a sip until after I had gotten in my car. She didn't put any carmel flavor in it as I had asked. At this point I was too frustrated to bother going back in. I did not finish the coffee bc I don't care for it without flavoring. I simply wasted my time and 3 dollars.

I visited this location about a week ago during my vacation to disney world and the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. This was my first time at a dunkin donuts and I didn't know what to order. The cashier who helped me was Nehemie P and she seemed rushed and annoyed while helping me. Not to mention the person who gave me the order was also very rude with a poor attitude, I don't know what her name was but she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for a drink. Very rude and unpleasant people and will definitely not be going back to that location ever again!

This is my regular Dunkin' Donuts location as it's easy to get to on my way to work. It's on 535...between I4 and 536. It does tend to get super busy occasionally, with a long line due to all the tourists picking out which donuts they want (Seriously, people! Why can't you decide this WHILE waiting in line?!?!) Anyways, the staff is friendly, & I love their coffee!
