Yes, I like to stop in here for a lite latte when I am in the area. I grab something here before heading to the airport to save $ also.

We stopped at this location for Iced Coffee in the afternoon since the closest Starbucks was at the airport. We were pleasantly surprised to see that drinks are 1/2 price from 2 to 4 PM every day. The coffee was good, and a very good value at 2 large for less than the price of one Starbucks iced coffee (which are my fave). Now for the not so good: They offer free WIFI, so I thought great, get out the laptop and check e-mail and Yelp lol. Well, the connection was SUPER SLOW, and constantly dropped. There were 4 people there on laptops, and I could do more on the phone than their WIFI connection. Also, it is a secured network, so you will need to request the password. My advise...go somewhere else to use WIFI. Also, the place could use some cleaning. The floors were covered in crumbs, the trash cans in the entry way were overflowing and the toilet in the ladies room had a big ring of mildew. So, it obviously had not been cleaned in over a week. If cleanliness is an issue in plain view...it makes you wonder about the hidden areas. Service was pretty slow. There was one customer in line before us ordering fountain drinks and donuts, that took a while. Then It took them another 8 minutes to make 2 iced coffees. I would hate to be there when there was a rush...

Their current batch of drive through employees is top notch in service! Used to be a drag coming here because of the slowww drive through service. Now it is great! Best coffee ever! Iced coffee with Carmel swirl & no sug is heaven!! Love me some French crullers.

I always get several things consideration before reading a Dunkin donuts. First thing is first, my iced coffee has to be just right. I can sure say that mine was extra tasty one made at this location. The one thing that was definitely concern was the safety in the parking lot of the location. A peddler approached our vehicle and began knocking on the window as I had part having just exited the drive-through. Immediately I departed from the location feeling very unsafe. All in all, I will not return to the location due to this.

I could only give this restaurant a 1 I wish I could give them zero. I walked into this facility and was about to order a refill on a $5 cup I purchased and I wanted an iced coffee with caramel swirl and cream. There was a sign that said "if you'd like swirl with your coffee it will be an extra .29 cents" i said "is that real?" A female employee said "you just read the sign didn't you?" That kind of customer service was disgusting. She said "fine I'll ask someone else, hey how much is swirl?" Two male employees walked up for someone reason, not that it takes 2 additional humans to answer her question. One guy said "what does that sign say?" I said " 29 cents extra and im trying to figure out why?" He said "I don't make the rules, you'd have to talk to the owner" disgusted even more I asked to price the refill of my mug "which everywhere else was a 24oz $1.05 refill and that includes tax. The female employee said "hot or cold?" I said does it make a difference!?" She and thee employee pricing together for some reason said " yes it costs different" I replied "omg this is ridiculous so now it's not only more than a 99cents for this refill Id be paying 29cents for swirl on top of that?" The female finally priced my refill and said "ok so 24 oz cold coffee would be $1.89" plus 29 cents for swirl. I couldn't believe they were doing their own thing so much and nobody cared. I left politely and not one employee said goodbye in any fashion.

Fill out their survey on the receipt and get the code for a free donut with your next beverage purchase. I'm all about the free! I do love their blueberry muffins, but it doesn't matter which DD i visit they are always undercooked. Wish they'd get that right.
