I am currently living right around the corner from this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo and so therefore I would say I stop in to get a coffee about three times a week. So far, I haven't had any major problems with my order like a few of the other Yelpers here have noted; however, I have definitely noticed that this Dunkin Donuts is swamped in the mornings during the week. This is probably due to its convenient location right off of Kirkman Rd. As far as the food and drinks are concerned, my order has been delicious and consistent to other Dunkin Donuts I have had in the past. I have only had the chance to order one item from the Baskin Robbins side of the menu (a cappucino blast) and I do have to comment that it was lackluster and tasted a lot more like a coolatta than an actual milkshake....not too sure what was up with that. The other thing I would also like to note is that apparently you cannot buy a donut from Dunkin Donuts (at this location anyway) after about 7PM at night. If you try to order one, they will more than likely tell you they are out of donuts...even though they stay open until midnight...? Regardless, I will probably continue to frequent this location due to its convenience and the fact that I do enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee.

They are always quick with it at this DD. I love to come here because it's the one nearest to home, I barely ever have to wait and they always get my order right. I never leave annoyed like I do sometimes at other DD locations. The staff are always friendly and make the experience of getting coffee a bit sweeter each morning.

Gave it three stars just because the person taking my order had great customer service skills. I ordered a large cookie dough ice coffee very light ice. He repeated back the order correct however when I got the coffee the cookie dough flavor was left out. Huge disappointment as I was looking forward to that.

I ordered a bagel, my order came wrong, they swapped my food but kept the old one; even after I told them I touched it. Yuck. Sanitary conditions = 0 stars. Emailed Dunkin Donuts. Never coming back disgusting.

Typical dunkin donuts with a baskin robbins inside. There's usually plenty of parking. In fact, I usually have to park at Dunkin Donuts to go to the Chipotle next door for lunch. I came here around 1:30 to get some post-lunch donuts for my team at work and got a dozen donuts and a box of 25 munchkins. The donuts were no better or worse than other dunkin donuts, and the service was adequate. it was about $12 for everything. If you're needing some donuts in metrowest, why not this one?

It pains me to write this review, really my heart is torn, but the revolution must be televised... or is it written in this case? :-/ You see, this is usually my go-to Dunkin. No matter the day or night, I can count on this budget friendly coffee to get me through. However, it seems as if the shelf life of its employees is about the same as its donuts - every time I visit, there are new faces and the new face today, Misty S., has this particular Dunkin on permanent probation. After taking my payment for the drinks I ordered, Misty berated and inconvenienced me as she attempted to steal over $16 from me because she was so busy conversing with other employees instead of giving me her undivided attention. I sat in the drive-thru suppressing my desire to step out of the vehicle as she went back and forth trying to convince me of the amount of money I provided for payment. ** When I tell you that God has done wonders for my patience level over the years, this experience is a prime example of how great and mighty he truly is! ** How are YOU going to tell ME how much money I gave you?? If you would have just processed my payment when I handed it to you, we would not be in this situation. I mean before she even attempted to give me my due or incorrect change the woman had the nerve to look at me as if I was in the wrong and ask: "is there anything else?" Uh, yea, my change?! Sigh... Needless to say, after receiving a falsified receipt and "telling dunkin" about this experience I will take my money to Starbucks from now on.

Awful. I am not a morning person what so ever. So forgive some of the anger, but I can't be held responsible when you mess with my breakfast. I got a cold sandwich! (Oh clarification its definitely not supposed to be) The cheese wasn't melted and an untoasted english muffin. I waited far too long for this to be acceptable. I worked food service many years, and the menu here is not rocket science. So maybe try a bit harder and you may get my order right. Cant pass judgement on the coffee because it comes from a machine. Lets just say I am now counting down til lunch. Disclaimer: I love Dunkin! Just not this location.

This place is horrible. Always messes up my order and has charged me for items I never ordered. It says 'under new management' but it's still horrible. I'll drive an extra ten minutes to go to another location or pay extra and go to Starbucks!

I loooooooooove this DD! They always get my order right. I go to it twice a week. They also told me about all their coffee flavors- I've tried blueberry iced coffee, coconut, raspberry and my season favorite: pumpkin spice!!!!!!!!!! I didn't even know they have other flavors outside of hazelnut, mocha, original and french vanilla. The staff is nice and super fast - perfect place to grab a drink before class!

i always go to this dunkin donuts at least twice in a week for ice coffee and bagel with cream cheese. it's very busy place but they ALWAYS MESSED UP MY ORDERS! so i gotta give three stars because it happend too many times past a year. oh, and make sure check your orders again when you do drive through because they dont really do good jod taking orders..

This Dunkin Donuts used to have spectacular service. I knew the cashiers by name, I was in there all the time. Then! Then management or owners changed a few years ago. All new workers... results not so good. They aren't as friendly. Food is not consistent, nor is my beverages. Additionally, there are times my order is not accurate. So! Its not frequented by me so much any more.
