The quality of the food and drink served here is what you'd expect, but the service is not up to par. The staff is unfriendly and slow. Lines are also long and parking is a hassle. In fact, they really don't have enough parking spots. If service would improve then parking wouldn't be an issue. I'd advise anyone in the area to go to the one that is about 1/2 mile west of I-4 on the same route. Parking is not an issue at that Dunkin Donuts and the service is much better. Lastly, if you ask for your bagel to be lightly toasted at any Dunkin Donuts your request will be ignored. Apparently, there is only one way they toast and that's it. So be it, but my beef is the fact that the staff won't tell you that when you order.

Never had DD before but after this visit, family will not return. Donuts are cakey taste & dense, not light & fluffy like the mom's & pop's donut shop. Bought a variety to try & we liked the blueberry cake donut best. For coffee, it's on the light side so if we were to put flavor & cream in it then it's like flavored water. The taste of coffee is gone. Not a fan of DD donuts nor coffee.

I stopped by a few mornings while staying nearby - food is good, but they really need to get some sort of system together for orders. There is a long line everyday, and it seems like no one knows who is doing just what in there. They could fix the problem by putting up some ropes to direct the line a bit better, and have the cashier just take orders and have an expediter pick out the items your ordered.

Parking lot is small, we almost didn't get a space, and it wasn't even a busy time, almost 10am. I'm from CT and I'm used to putting my own sugar and cream in my Dunkin Donuts coffee (that's how we do it up here). I dislike the old fashioned way where they do that for you here. But twice in a row she didn't put too much sugar, nice job. And the coffee was good and hot. Tables sticky and not cleaned after each use, as to be expected in a joint like this, as nowadays there are no cleanliness standards in any type of fast food place (in my opinion). Donuts are too small, but they are too small at every Dunkin Donuts. My boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich and did not complain.

I'm not much of a fan of the central Florida Dunkins, but I do like the product and the price, so I keep my ingrained habits. In Jacksonville or elsewhere I have never had problems, and in Orlando I have a problem about every other visit. Usually the Dunkins are inconsistent, things are broken, employees seem to dislike their jobs and customers, etc. Anyway, this location seems to be one of the better ones around. There isn't a drive thru which is a bummer, but at least it looks pretty new inside. The employees are consistently friendly and know how to make good drinks, but the speed sometimes slow.

For an extremely busy Dunkin Donuts, the efficient staff at this location are incredibly nice and pleasant. It is a small place and can get rather chaotic due to the tourists trying to get cheap and fast breakfast before hitting the Disney parks, so having a great staff is a definite win. If you want donuts or a quick breakfast, this Dunkin Donuts may be what you are looking for.

Always a good place to grab a cup of coffee and a doughnut before heading to the parks. Make sure you stop here to not have to pay the price of breakfast in the theme parks. They have a variety of doughnuts, bagels, sandwiches, coffee and other drinks for your day!! This location also has ice cream for the kids and the kids in all of us!

I love donuts! I headed to Dunkin Donuts to try the new heart shaped, cookie-dough filled donut. Unfortunately, I think I got a flawed donut (at least I hope so). There was only a teeny tiny little bit of cookie dough. It wasn't like the cream filled ones or brownie batter ones I've had. I guess I need to buy another one to see. I also tried the brown sugar coffee. It was tasty!

It's your standard Dunkin Donuts but far busier than any I've ever seen. I come from the Northeast, which is over saturated by Dunks, but they are all still busy. This summer I was in Cedar Park, TX (Austin) and saw the massive response when a Dunkin opened there. But this is like nothing I've ever seen. The quality was what I expect from a Dunkin, the service was friendly, but the wait was almost unbearable. Twenty minutes in line is far too long for me to wait for a cup of coffee. I'll be back when the line isn't out there. When that is remains to be seen.

I visited this location about a week ago during my vacation to disney world and the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. This was my first time at a dunkin donuts and I didn't know what to order. The cashier who helped me was Nehemie P and she seemed rushed and annoyed while helping me. Not to mention the person who gave me the order was also very rude with a poor attitude, I don't know what her name was but she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for a drink. Very rude and unpleasant people and will definitely not be going back to that location ever again!

This Dunkin Donuts is on the corner of a very busy intersection so It's constantly busy. They have seating inside and outside but the main area is narrow and cramped. The men's bathroom was horrible, the faucet barely worked and the hand dryer did not work at all. There were no paper towels so I had to wipe my hands on my shirt. We both ordered bagels with cream cheese, toasted. The bagels were barely toasted and they spread tons of cream cheese on so it was dripping off. I don't think we will go out of our way to go back to this location.
