Poor customer service. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone speaking in intercom. My husband then said "hello?" and the employee, ASHLEY, later said "oh I'm sorry" sarcastically when there were customers right before us in the drive thru line. When we picked up our drink and food, she made no comment. Again. Avoid ASHLEY. I love Dunkin Donuts but if you go to this location, go inside versus the drive thru and go to the next register if you see ASHLEY.

I been going this places for over 4 years and the services inside is awful, slow and unorganized. the only reason I keep going is because there's no other dunkin around to get my morning coffee and croissants.

A new dunkin near our place we are happy about! Great location right off of E. Colonial and Alafaya. June 6 is National Donut day! Free donut with purchase of any beverage. Open 24 hours, drive thru, no outdoor seating and free wifi. Drive thru can get packed during peak hours which makes the parking lot a bit congested but seems to go quick. Every time I've gotten the egg and cheese wake up wraps at this location and they have always been very fresh! Can't say that about all the dunkins. When they first opened the service was kind of slow but it seemed like they were still working out the kinks. They seemed to have worked them out over time and now service is fairly quick and friendly staff.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin donuts on service. Just this morning ordered a wake up wrap and was handed a wrap not put together. But the best part it was stone cold. They need to rebrand or steal employed away from great customer service locations. The best part there is a consultant in there and these mistakes are still happening. When I told that I felt Oviedo had some of the best service I seen, she says where's Oviedo, really consultant does not no the area there in.

Dunkin' Donuts is what it is...and it is good. I am usually not disappointed with the donuts from Dunkin' and I'm kinda excited to have one so accessible. This is a brand new location located in a brand new Shopping Center at E. Colonial and Alafaya Trail. They are open 24/7 and have a drive through if you are in a hurry. The service is quick and friendly.

Their coffee is great! I love it, the place is usually packed in the morning but they are pretty quick. The staff could be more courteous thought.

Staff was rude... Visited on 5/20 at 3:45 pm. Waited about 5 mins before being acknowledged & they weren't nice afterwards either..

It's a great place, friendly workers and pretty quick with orders. The location is a bit tough to get in and out of but only during it's busiest times. It's a great place to just hang out with the outdoor seating and close to all the shopping!

Though it's awesome that this Dunkin Donuts opened in this location,the service is less than pleasing. The people that work there always seem miserable and uninterested in serving you. They never have a good selection of donuts, espeically the chocolate creme filled. Their answer is always "let me check" "let me tell you what we do have" after asking for a variety of different donuts. The Iced Tea tates like coffee which makes me beleive that they dont clean the filters correctly. The other night I had a young man helping me and was very immature and unprofessional with the jokes he was making. I'm just dissapointed so I'd rather take the drive to Alafaya trail which has great service and stocked with a variety of donuts.
