I usually use the drive through here. Over the weekend I decided to park and walk in to order. The parking situation is tight to non existent, and it is made even more difficult by the line up of cars going through the drive through. I had to reverse out of the lot and park at Pulse next door.

Upon approaching the door I noticed a disclaimer essentially said that 'this location isn't responsible for anything', then while waiting in line I noticed that both restrooms were 'out of order'. One can only make assumptions on where the employees are expected to use the restroom. I decided to leave without making a purchase.

I love their coffee, the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, and I enjoy their mixed box of the little donut balls. However, their actual donuts are not to par! I was actually pretty disappointed, and later wished I had made the effort to go to KK or even a grocery store to get a dozen. Maybe these are only good fresh? I don't know. But they were heavier or something was just off, and the next day I ate them to not waste food, not because I couldn't put them down. The staff is friendly, and drive thru is great and quick; however, their little parking lot makes it a little difficult.

I came back to this location and got really lousy service. It was about 11:00 AM Satuday morning, and there were several people in the store and at the drive thru. I walked up to the counter and was greeted, but before I had a chance to order, the cashier started talking into her headset taking an order at the drive thru instead. Eventually she returned and I was able to order. I got the #1 again-- 2 donuts and a coffee, and my wife got a donut and a small latte. I waited at the pickup window for several minutes watching the 4 or 5 people on staff that morning run around completely disorganized. A couple others had ordered before me, so I waited... and waited... eventually, the cashier that took my order noticed me and asked me if I had the receipt because she forgot what I had ordered. She got my wife's latte which I passed over to her, then made me an iced coffee. I let her know I got a hot coffee, so she apologized and got me what I ordered. Then we walked back over to the "Order Here" area, and she asked once more what I ordered, and had to tell her which donuts I wanted. It was way, way more complicated and time consuming than it needed to be. 2 coffees, 3 donuts. This should take 90 seconds to make happen. I'm going across the street to Einstein next time.

Had a not so great experience. As I walked in there was a line almost out the door and another two women followed me in. Try decided they didn't think they needed to wait so they got out of line, went to the pick up order area and yelled to someone in the back what they wanted. Instead of being told they needed to wait in line, the employee went ahead and agreed to make the order. Then when she tried to jump back in line in front of a new customer behind me, the staff didn't ask her to please get back in line. A fight almost broke out from these women and upset everyone in the store. If they hadn't given special treatment to someone in front of the whole store, none of this would have happened. They did not handle this situation well at all and I will never go back to this store again.

I'm sure everyone knows what to expect when visiting a Dunkin' Donuts. They've exploded in popularity it seems over the past few years due to new products and their spokeswoman Rachel Ray. So this review concerns the staff more so than the products--which happens to be evolving with society's focus on all things coffee and healthy. So for me, I am enjoying their revamping. Nevertheless, I wanted to take a moment to mention the wonderful nighttime staff working this specific location. They were a joy to converse with. We learned that one of the employees had been there for over 10 years and will continue because she has a love for her company. She also told us that despite Dunkin's new policy on giving food away to the homeless, she still tries to help out and push their headquarters to give back. So next time you're on South Orange, the sun has gone down, and you have a craving for a chocolate covered donut, or a low-fat iced latte, stop by and meet the staff.

Dunkin Donuts! French Cruller in the morning with a cup of coffee! Yum! This location's your run of the mill DD. Nothing too fancy and the options remain the same. Customer service has been exceptional here and I have had no bouts or complaints I can think of. I've probably stopped by this place 2-3 times a week and the staff is always helpful and friendly! The only concern I would have is that when this place gets busy the parking situation effects the drive thru and the traffic can be a bit difficult to manage! That's no fault of DD though and I can't fault them for that!

It is not a knee jerk reaction for me to head into a Dunkin Donuts every time I travel to a state that has it. There are members of my work who think differently. We in California don't have the innate love for the coffee that I hear from people who grew up around DD. I have had it and I am not hooked. On this trip I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches. It did the job but I much preferred the bagel shop across the street (Einstein Bros.). The service was particularly slow on the Monday morning we visited.

Booooo Dunkin Donuts. Boo. Huge lines (both in store and drive through), ridiculously slow, incorrect orders. We came here on our way to Disney to add some pep to our step with the long day ahead of us. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a donut, my date got a raspberry iced coffee and an everything bagel. I was charged for a large and then was not given my donut. My date got her drink after 10 minutes and it was literally just milk and syrup, no coffee. Her toasted bagel sat on the counter for 5 minutes until I went up and asked for it. Then I had to remind the cashier what donut I had before leaving so she gave it to me. This place had about 4 people working and all of them seemed like they were on a mission to ruin as many people's day as possible. There were people coming inside from the drive-through that had gotten the wrong things, people having to correct almost every other order, and an overall atmosphere of anger and misery. This location needs more staff, better training, and to get it together. I hope they take the time to address these issues because there's no way I would go near this place again.

Huge Dunkin' Donuts fan. This one is consistently bad. I can't fault them for being busy... but being understaffed and slow every weekday implies either a terrible management system or a necessity for another Dunkin' Donuts store in the nearby region. This store -never- has a donut selection late at night. Prioritizes drive thru passengers over people who go into the store. You can wait 5+ minutes for an order. I'm going to start making my coffee at home.

I went here at 9am and the donuts were old and stale. They have to be using donuts from the day before. Also you could tell the staff didn't want to be there. I've aways loved their coffee though.

First time at this dunkin donuts they were busy with only two employees working Ordered a lg black decaf coffee and a lg ice coffee with cookie dough flavor. Ice coffee all u could taste was a syrupy flavor not cookie dough. The black decaf had milk and sugar and not really sure if it was even decaf since everything else was screwed up!!

There workers English is subpar... How can you properly serve me if you can't speak lol. Idk why I keep going to any DD at all! WHY ARE THEY SO EXPENSIVE? Why does cream cheese cost more than or just as much as a bagel I'm not eating it alone... I only like the chicken but for the price I can buy a whole chicken at teh store. the place's only plus is a drivethru!!
