BEWARE if you park in their parking lot, and walk down to another store and come back with the intention of coming and giving them your business, your car will be towed! There is a tow truck company named The Tow Truck Company which has a worker who sits in the parking lot, and wait for someone to walk somewhere other then Dunkin or the restaurant beside it. So are you telling me that if I was an employee who came early, and walked down to a near by place before my shift, I would get towed? Absolutely ridiculous that they are allowed to just sit in the parking lot to make peoples lives miserable. If I want Dunkin Donuts, I will go to a different location for fear my car will get towed even if I walk right in, or grab a coffee and go about my errands. Bad for business!!!

I was greeted with a smile, even when I ordered two dozen. The cashier took care of the order quickly and politely. My team at work loved the donuts, as people usually do when getting free donuts. The store had a good size parking lot and even though there was a line I did not have to wait very long to get in and out.

I love this place. Everyone is so Cheery and Happy all the time. I have never had a bad experience. I just wish they made more cake donuts... but then I probably wouldn't fit into my wedding dress in February.. Blessing in disguise.

Whenever I'm in College Park, this is my first stop. Although there is a drive-thru, I prefer to relax inside while I eat. I've tried donuts, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Although the Fappuccino is my drink of choice, I prefer the Ice Latte here. Most of the food and drinks you find here are about standard as far Dunkin Donuts go. But despite how busy this place gets in the morning, the staff continues to be fast and reliable.

GReat! We came in kind of late at night and they were all really nice and sweet! That snacknado ice cream was fantastic and we got donuts too!! It was amazing! Great after a long day!

This store is CONSTANTLY out of items! I filed a previous complaint with the Regional, went back in 5 days later to find they're out of the very same item I complained about. Whoever does the inventory in this store needs to be properly trained. Even the employees are stressed out because they're constantly having to appease upset customers! HELLO .... the phone's ringing! Pick it up!

This Dunkin' Donuts offers fast & reliable service, as I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered here and have never been surprised with something I didn't if it's food I took home with me. It seems that there are new people working here every time I visit this store (I don't drink a lot of coffee anymore and usually only go to Dunkin' Donuts - any location - maybe 2-3 times/month), but every/any employee I've interacted with here has been pleasant and accurate in their coffee-making skills. Every time I'm here, I'm always in-and-out in a matter of minutes ... though maybe that's because I like to keep things simple and almost always order only a coffee and maybe a couple of bagels/donuts. I'm sure most of the chain's stores are relatively similar, so I won't go into too much detail about this one. However, I did see that many Dunkin' Donuts shops in the area & reviewed on Yelp have some less-than-stellar reviews. I didn't read all of those reviews, but I can tell you that this store is one of the good ones. Also, as the name states, it has a Baskin-Robbins! I haven't tried the ice cream here yet, though. Maybe I will one day?
