We had a particular one of the 31 flavors in mind when we googled on the fly and found this location. Pistachio Almond! We hit the drive thru, no waiting, clear microphone--a pralines and cream for the lady and double scoop of pistachio almond please! Sorry, we don't have pistachio right now. WHAT?!?! Oh man, you're killing me right now! Okay, we'll take the butter pecan--begrudgingly. I guess we have to go to Alafaya location tomorrow. Other than not having all flavors in stock, the visit was fine but it's really all about the flavors right?? I'm deducting a star mid-review because while writing this review and eating my waffle cone the cone is cracking and disintegrating in my hand (and mouth, for sure). I'm attaching a pic. I can eat faster but a kid would be headed for a messy disaster

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews. I literally downloaded this app and created an account to write a review for the deplorable service and food I received this morning. I've been to this location several times and have not been overly pleased with the service but this was unacceptable. I went through the drive through, ordered a breakfast sandwich, an iced coffee, and two sour cream donuts. I was told there weren't any sour cream so I asked for French cruellers, none of those either. They finally said that they had maple so I pulled up. I was then asked again what kind of donut and when I said maple I was told they didn't have any! I then asked for strawberry. After waiting several minutes and witnessing the woman at the window yell to the woman getting the donuts, I was given what you couldn't even call a maple donut. The sandwich was burnt, the donuts were stale and not even close to what I expected of a traditional dunkin donuts donut, and my coffee wasn't properly sweetened. It's safe to say I will never return to this "establishment"-if you could call it that. My cashier was Gabrielle M., and my tran seq number is 770044, order number 044. I'm a faithful customer I go every day at least four times a day .every single time I go either the mess up my order or short me an item from it and to put the cherry on top just to get a single regular coffee I end up waiting the minimum time of five minutes I would change locations but I'd be driving an extra 2 mile's from my house , So my suggestions to myself and to others should definitely go elsewhere ratings negative the five stars!!!!!!

I go here often for iced coffee and never have an issue. Seems like the Baskin ice cream side of the shop is pulling them down in reviews. No complaints. Delicious cheap coffee!

There is not much to tell. I don't think their donuts are good. I tried some Iced Tea, I asked for sweetened but god, I didn't thought it would be /THAT/ sweet. I didn't even finish it. D: But guess that's my fault. I will never go to DD ever again.

Made a stop here this morning (on the way to Universal Studios!!) and grabbed a small breakfast (coffee and a corn muffin)... service was pretty friendly... although he gave me the wrong muffin... when I told him, he quickly exchanged it for me.. Overall, a good experience... Dunkin' Donuts are growing on me! I wish they'd open some in the CA (South Bay more specifically!)

I ordered a ham and cheddar croissant and they gave me a ham and Swiss. I told the lady and she said I ordered wrong and I have to say I want the egg and ham and cheddar without the egg! What the hell?!? My husband shoved the wrong order in her face and said we ordered it right and simply and told her to fix it. She gave us the right one but nothing on it was even melted. Screw you guys! Lazy employees that don't give a crap.

I love nice, well-mannered employees. They make the food even taste better. Sure a drive thru may not offer the most customer service or even any at all but this DD needs a little recognition. They ask how you are, smile, say thank you and here you go sweetie and enjoy and see you again soon! This is not the typical throw-the-coffee-and-shove-the-bag-at-you window service. I'm an east coast girl and not only do I love my DD ...I'm quite picky about it!

This is my favorite place to stop for a cup of coffee on the way to work/school. Dunkin has the best coffee for the price (in my humble opinion), but there are a couple of reasons why I like this location. 1) The staff. The manager, CJ, is really sweet. She's friendly (even at 6am) and always makes sure that your order is right. They are quick and pleasant here. I've been to other locations where they mess up my order or take forever. Not here! 2) Their stuff is fresh and yummy. This location is pretty busy, so they're constantly pumping out fresh donuts, bagels, and coffee. 3) SALT BAGELS! I'm obsessed with these things are they are pretty hard to find. This location carries them regularly and I thank them greatly for helping me keep my cravings in check. Now that they have pumpkin coffee for the fall... I plan on making this a regular stop on my way to school.

I love me some Dunkin Donuts. Don't get me wrong. Love their glazed donuts, their grilled cheese flats and the fact that they have Pepsi products. :) I actually came to this shop for the 31 cent ice cream scoops a couple of weeks ago ... it was jam packed and I felt like no one that worked there knew what was going on. I made it out the door with my 3 scoops for 99 cents so I was happy. I just wish they were more organized for such an event ... which I loved.

Love to come here for breakfast and have some donuts. I enjoy coming here because the staff is really nice. Today I went through the drive thru and the lady that made my iced caramel latte was so nice to me and she had the coffee ready as soon as I came to the window. So yes they have really good coffee here and good service here!

I'm giving this place a 3 star and the reason is because of an over cook and dry breakfast. I was suppose to get a ham and egg croissant pastry. And what I got looked to me like it either was from the day before. Or they over cooked it and leave it to rest for the whole day. It was not eatable at all. On the other hand, I have to say that the service was outstanding! They did awesome in drive thru. I didnt took long to give me the food and coffe. They did offer me a donut on the house. So I got to say that if it wasn't for that dry breakfast I would have given them a 5 star. So it was very disappointing when I got that dry breakfast. But at the end they handle it well and I got my money back. So I got to say I'm very happy with their service and that's what makes me come back. Just a little suggestion for the employees: We customers don't mind waiting an extra 1-2minutes as long as we get our food done right. Please people work on that. And you guys will have happy customers.

I went there to get ice cream and ended very upset. They had a deal that read "free waffle sugar cone with the purchase of two scoops". The total for two people was almost $10 and when I mentioned the big sign the cashier said "we still have to changer for the free cone". Never again, never! Publix ice cream or any ice cream from the supermarket is better that this.
