Excellent service, good food. The restaurant smelled appetizing and not like bleach like other Denny's I have been to. If the coffee doesn't wake you up, then the exuberant energy of server Kacie will!

After a failed attempt to eat at All American Cafe we came to Denny's. Not out of the ordinary, your usual Denny's however a bit messy around the food expo area. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and attentive (unlike my date). Unfortunately that's where it all ended because the food was barely edible and extremely greasy. After we paid we left and ate somewhere else immediately after.

I live near the denny's and its usually a hit or miss with the waitresses. they are usually always understaffed and will make you wait more often than not. its also slightly disgusting to arrive and see the staff smoking right near the front of the restaurant. I was there this weekend with my family. the female waitress which I wish I got her name (but she had tattoos on her hand, which included a money symbol. and shes relatively new to the dennys here) was clearly upset or bothered with something because her attention to detail was non existent from the very beginning. She forgot to order the appetizer we requested and the food when the food did arrive it was very salty and had to send it back. she was bad at keeping drinks topped off and we had to call a different waitress 2 separate times because she was no where in sight. it was clearly the end of her shift because she let us know that. at the end of the meal she asked how we wanted to pay. it was obvious she was after a tip (she even said it, because she wanted to handle it before she left) and we felt rushed. I do understand the importance of the tip, but don't appreciate you telling us you want us to pay now. (no matter how nicely you say it) also for context, the dennys had at least 15 available booths/seats. So I know this was not about seating. If you do go. try and ask for Jenifer. I've never had a bad experience with her and shes very friendly every time and she does a good job of keeping my drinks topped off. sadly Jenifer was not there the day I went. There is another male waiter which I always forget his name but hes a skinny and tall and African american. hes a great waiter as well. he always seems happy to be there and if there is anything wrong with your order he will make it right with a smile on his face. Both Jenifer or this gentleman are the waiters I would suggest you seek them out if you go.

Gabriel B was our server and she did such a wonderful job despite the fact that they were packed as hell! I'm not the biggest fan of Denny's but the week that I've been in Orlando, I haven't had better food yet. Everything was very well prepared and it was quickly done. Thank you again Gabriel for your wonderful service.

Menus stuck together, napkins that wrapped around our silverware were dirty, food was super greasy. The waitress (Andrea, I think?) dropped our check off as soon as we got all our food and we didn't see her again... Needed refills and couldn't get them. As we were leaving, we saw her walking out with a friend to go smoke- which is fine - but why not check your tables first? We left grumpy and irritated.

This Dennys is seriously understaffed. Very seriously. The place isn't even full, and the few (3?) waitresses are running around like crazy. Took 20 minutes for them to take our order. We've now been here for an hour and still no food.

Food was so-so (which I expected). However employees hanging out in the parking lot after shift ending is not professional. Employees playing Young Jeezy on his cell phone, flooding out restaurant Xmas music is not cool either. One person left due to lack of service (unknown circumstances). 3 stars was generous.

Denny's seems to have really stepped up their game in respects the food was actually quite good was okay on the price but the presentation and the quality seem to be well above what I expected! I was honestly Eating here because Dixie Belle's closes at 1:30 on Saturday, and I was running Kate. Driving a classic car up to Denny's, I felt I had to order a Classic American meal. The fresh brewed iced tea, the side salad, in the classic Denny's SuperBird were all well better than expected, and I would try him again in a heartbeat. Heck- even the music was good. Most welcome though, was my waitress, Andrea, who genuinely made me feel welcome. You could tell she had a lot of pride in her restaurant; there was nothing on the floor, the crack between the table and the wall was completely clean , and the salt and pepper shakers had absolutely no greasy feeling or 'residue'... I was very impressed. Denny's, well done!

I have just tried to get breakfast at this Denny's and was seated almost immediately, a menu was handed to me and then I sat waiting to order breakfast and I waited and waited with up to 3 servers checking a table next to me, a table 2 away from me and a table in the corner a woman who had been seat about 3-4 minutes after me she was seated and her server had to pass me twice totally ignoring me. After waiting for some 10 minutes I finally got up from my seat and asked one of the servers for the manager the manager came out and I voice my frustration to her, her reply was simple " I'm sorry sir" no effort was made to even rectify the situation, To say this is "fast food" is a joke. This is not the first time I have been at this location and had dirty utensils and handle protectors on the skillets dirty and disgusting. I have been to other locations but this is by far the worst, one star but this is only because I was unable to remove it.

We had a great time! Service was awesome, ask for Roudy, and all the food was delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better time at a chain diner. We would definitely go back or recommend it to others.

The only reason we ate here is because it was nearby and we didn't feel like dealing with traffic to eat lunch. So we walked to this Denny's from our job. We noticed they had a sign on the front for "help wanted" so we knew then it was understaffed. But we went in and there were only two tables with people and we were seated right away. So they were NOT busy at all. Now we waited for our server to come to our table and once she did, it took a while after she brought the drinks to come back and take our order. I observed what she wad doing because we were the only table she had but it didn't seem like it since she would stand around talking to other servers and waste time instead of getting our order. I'm terrible with names so I don't remember her name. Once our order was made, we waited a good 30 minutes for it even though all I ordered was a sandwhich and my hubby ordered a turkey plate, which then they told him they didn't have it ALL ready. What? Only half of his dish was ready and he was just about done by the time they brought out the rest of it! The server didn't seem to care that we didn't find that ok and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I don't recommend this location and we won't be returning. I've been to other Denny locations but this one is the worst by far. Check out other locations instead.
